DO NOT GO IN THERE. TERRIBLY POOR SERVICE.I went there to order a replacement part for my broken cabinet door. They looked at the door, told they would send a quote and put in an order soon. They kept the door at the store and told me collect it back once theyve put in the order. After a solid week, they still did not put in an order and the door was just lying there with no use.I followed up every other day (via email and phone) to see if they would send me a quote and place an order. They say they are busy and wouldnt even respond to my emails. If they cannot do this single simple order in time, what would happen to large orders ?And, if they are really so busy, they need to communicate ahead of time before keeping the door with them so that I can try with other stores.ABSOLUTELY DISSATISFIED.

We had a island built and installed by KB kitchen. Weve had a very positive experience working with them. Angel was able to walk us through the process of designing our island and answer all of our questions and create exactly what we were looking for. Very impressed by Ebin Morales, who came out after installment to check that installation was completed correctly and ensure that it was built to KB standards. Small imperfections were discovered and steps were taken to correct them. Ebin was very courteous, professional, detailed-orientated and went above and beyond to meet our 100 percent satisfaction.

I have used KB and was satisfied with my bathroom cabinets in 2020. However this year as a repeat customer I got the run around for my kitchen remodel. I first contacted KB (Billy) on June 7th. He was at my house on June 14th and he said it would take a few weeks for a quote. I touched base after 2 weeks and every week through August 2nd. My last communication from them was August 2nd: “ Ill have my laptop up shortly and will check. I know it was being worked on this morning.” I never heard back. Nearly 2 months later and not one communication from them. Needless to say my kitchen remodel has been contracted out to someone else. KB Kitchen and Bath will no longer be getting my business.

My wife and I recently moved from Florida into our new home in Fort Mill, SC. The new home has Aristokraft cabinets so we contacted a couple of Aristokraft dealers to discuss a modification and addition we were considering. The first dealer indicated that she was uncertain the modifications could be done. However, when we contacted Molly at KB she was very helpful in her response. Two of our kitchen cabinets were converted to glass display cabinets and we added a Wall cabinet complete with an Appliance Garage to our Master Bathroom cabinetry. During the ordering and installation process Ali in KB customer service was very helpful and kept us well informed of our order. We are very pleased with the results.

We selected KB Kitchen and Bath for new install of kitchen cabinets after a renovation. This has been our WORST experience of any home remodeling company. The process from installation to the final walk through has been a nightmare and taken over 7 months from initial install. Many of the employees that we dealt with, cabinet installers and customer service representatives are no longer with the company, which says a lot about the poor craftsmanship and communication that we faced on a regular basis. I requested throughout the 7 months to speak with CEO to address issues that we felt were unsatisfactory for the price we were paying. The Vice President disregarded all our frustrations, stating “these were minor issues, and nothing delayed installation of other aspects of our kitchen”. The company demonstrated HORRIBLE customer service throughout this period; for example, the supervisor initially agreed to refund the repair of a damaged wall from install of a cabinet, by their installer (see photo). A week later, they denied this refund and stated the damaged wall was “minimal”. To repair, we had to Spackle, prime and repaint the entire wall. There were also areas throughout the kitchen that the installers cheaply repaired by using a touch up paint that did not match the original white of our cabinets, did not properly seal edges, covered up cracked cabinets with unmatched touch-up paint verses reporting them to their supervisor. The installers’ attention to detail was horrendous and in addition to that, the communication among all the employees was horrible. We received multiple orders of incorrect cabinets and crown molding that delayed the project and was only noticed to be incorrect by myself, not the installers or representatives. They were unprofessional and as stated before, cared little about customer satisfaction and service.I have shared my experience with fellow home renovators, so others can avoid our AWFUL experience. We will never use them again, and unfortunately heard of other customers who recently used this company share a similar seven-month installation experience. Save yourself the time, money, and sanity and chose another kitchen remodeling company!

My and I visited KB Kitchen & Bath to discuss adding additional cabinets for storage and changing our counter tops in the kitchen of our new home. We consulted with Molly, who visited our home to assess the flow of our kitchen and where new cabinets should go. Mollys expertise was obvious and she provided a great solution. She recommended adding a super pantry. Molly was great to work with. Equally up to the task were the installers, who paid great attention to detail. We had one damaged cabinet door which required replacement. Ali did a great job in promptly replacing the door. I have no reservation recommending KB Kitchen and Bath.

We have never been so well treated by a representative of a company. Shawna is so efficient and very customer oriented. We were not sure if our particular request was even possible but she got us an answer so quickly and walked us through the process. This will always be our first go-to place when we need anything in this area. I would give her 10 stars if I could .

I have been a builder for many years and had worked with many cabinet companies. KB Kitchen is at the top of my list for a great trade partner. I have worked with Shawna Furtaw and Jeff Ledford and they have done an amazing job for me. My installer is Chris and he does an amazing job with all my installs. I rarely have to have them come back and do any type of service because they do it right the first time. That is important in this business. Zack does all my field measuring and he too is amazing I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thank you all for all your hard work and all your support you give me out in the field

Ill start by saying that I have never written a negative review until this one. I fully understand that delays happen and that there are sometimes things outside of a salespersons control, but the number of issues we had with this vendor during our new home build was staggering. Our builder said there is always one vendor that you end up having to deal with long after youve moved in, and for us, KB Kitchen & Bath was that vendor. We are generally pleased with where we netted out with them, but it dragged 1.5 months into our move-in date, it included countless errors, emails, visits to correct things, balls dropped, etc. It is my understanding that other homes in our development are having similar issues. Again, we can deal with hiccups, but when they happen over and over and over again and arent met with apologies and rapid efforts to fix the problems, it leads to reviews like this. Buyer beware.

After shopping around for vanity cabinets we had decided to use KB Kitchens for our selection. When the cabinets came in 3 weeks later they were delivered to our home. Craftmanship of these cabinets are really poor in construction and held together with staples and cheap laminate. Only the front of the cabinet is real wood. After realizing one of the Vanities was damaged on the bottom corner we called back to re order a replacement. After speaking with Jill for a bit.. told her we would be willing to keep the cabinet if they would consider giving us some money off for compensation. $50 bucks is all that was offered. Told them to Re order and they said they would put a rush on it. Instead of 3 wks it should only take 2. Still took them 3 wks to get replacement. They never put a rush on the order, never wanted to compensate us for the time lost on replacement and never called us again after 2wks to let us know it would be later. Poor craftmanship, poor customer service is why this business only gets 2 stars
