I’ve had the cookies from this location before but no one answers the phones when you call. Also they don’t allow for online order to this store. If you want a customized cookie with writing on it go somewhere else. If you want whatever they have in stock and you happen to be near by than it’s worth it.

Overpriced cookies you need to have the prices stated

Lord!!! The boss lady made me so happy after driving all the way from Gastonia to get the cookies I’ve been craving ALL DAY literally after riding around all day! Got there & they were closed after seeing they would close at 9 on google. I guess she seen the devastation on my face and open the doors and served me and treated me like they were still open! She really really made my evening!! THANK YOU!! I will be returning!

Who charges a 40 cent commodity fee without telling the consumer? The cookies are already overpriced and then this.

I visited this establishment on 1/13/19 at 640pm right before the outlet mall closed. When I arrived the doors were locked and there was a note on the door stating “went to the bathroom be right back”. The Great American Cookie is located right beside the public bathroom. So I waited in the 30 degree weather for the employee to return. Other potential customers came up as well but didn’t wait around that long. It was 6:50pm when I finally saw the employee coming from the food court area with food in hand.So I was waiting in the cold for the employee to get her food and not actually go to the bathroom that was stated from the note. The first thing I stated to her is I know I will receive some type of discount for waiting right? Which she replied all I can do is 10% off. As you can see from my receipt (picture enclosed) these cookies are expensive as hell to receive such a slap in the face discount.In turn I had to wait for her, was lied to from what the note stated and only received a 10% discount! I feel she presented terrible customer service for someone that buys from this establishment 3 times a week.

Love this place. We get a cookie cake for every birthday. The cake always looks amazing. They did a unicorn cake for my daughters birthday and everybody loved it

The ACTUAL COSTUMERS should start reviewing this place instead of the salty employees. I LOVE THIS PLACE

I used to give them a 5-star rating but they dont make the Brookie anymore!!!

Is the store not fined for closing during normal business hours? This is insane. They run out of cookies EVERY weekend. They already stopped making cookies with frosting during thw week.

Wanted to place an order but the number does not work (sounds like a fax machine) and there is no other way to contact.

Pathetic place, they do not respect employees who are kind, respectful and caring!

Have tried to go there 3 times today and each time the door was locked and had a will return time. It was past the return time all 3 times i went today. Sad
