Ive been to several other Crumbl locations and this one isnt the closest to me, but I was in the area so I decided to stop by for a couple of their weekly flavors.Covid-19: ordering and paying through their app is really easy. You check in on the app when you get there and they bring your order out to your car.I got the Lucky Charms and Key Lime Pie cookies this time. I loved both of them. The marshmallow frosting on the Lucky Charms was really good. I also loved the Key Lime Pie filling.This cookie chain has some consistently good flavors that I think are worth checking out.

I kept seeing people carrying around this long pink box so I got curious. Ordered four - chocolate chip, sugar cookie, mint and fudge brownie. All were very good! The icing was not overpowering with sugar and you could definitely taste the butter! I’d you only pick one try the chocolate chip! Hard to go wrong with that! I’ll definitely be back!

Yummy!!! Delicious cookies! They are very moist and just melts in your mouth. Such a cute place, very clean and every employee was friendly! Love how they switch up the flavors weekly! Will be going back :)

My newest addiction! Crumbl cookies are amazingly delicious and the employees are always extremely friendly and helpful and seem to truly enjoy their jobs. Cookies come straight out of the warmer and are dressed while you wait (fun to watch!). The packaging is beautiful and they make a great gift for any occasion. I look forward to their Instagram post each Sunday with their video for the upcoming weeks flavors, though I always try (and fail) to talk myself out of going. Try them once and you will be hooked, they are that good!

Got the chocolate chip cookie. Gotta say it was pretty great, very filling and i would say that just 1 cookie is somewhere between a meal and a snack. My cookie was fresh and moist throughout. Good with some milk too.

I was really disappointed in these cookies. I bought the Reese’s, cheesecake, and two sugar cookies. The Reese’s was the only one that was ok. The rest was horrible. I shared them with my friends and they were just as disappointed. The employees was very nice and friendly. I would not recommend these cookies to anyone. There are other places that are better.

When Crumbl first opened near my house I was trying new cookies every week. Quickly earning rewards to cash out due to my frequency. My 4 count boxes were always perfectly wrapped with an elastic cord and presentation was perfect. The cookies are huge and delicious. The 3 star rating is simply due to the inconsistency with presentation. My orders no longer came wrapped with an elastic cord and my boxes are frequently covered in fingerprint smudges and icing on the box. I believe if they wrapped the boxes with the intent of each box likely being gifted to someone presentation wouldn’t be an issue, even if you don’t pay extra for the sticker or message.The cookies are delicious and incredibly huge! However I’m interested in more flavors outside of chocolate options. Now I only purchase when there’s a fruit flavor available. I’ve learned to bypass curbside sometimes because they sell out of flavors and if you pay online and do curbside you may not get your order. If you go inside you will have better luck because you will know what’s available and not have to wait for a refund to process.Again, delicious cookies.

I never thought I would rave about a cookie store. But man, this place is amazing!! The second you enter the store, you are hit with the amazing smell of fresh cookies being made. The best way to describe it would be, “this is what I imagine heaven smells like” It is heavenly! The cookie choices rotate every week and seem to never repeat. We order cookies almost every week and just when you think they can’t come up with any other flavors, the following week blows us away with new exciting ones that make us get more!! It’s an addiction but a good one! We love Crumbl!!

Crumbl cookies is definitely my new favorite thing. I love waiting until Sunday to see the new cookies and i now go once a week with my boyfriend and we try them all! They’re all so unique and so good! I also love how fresh they are and how friendly and quick the staff always is!

Ordered chocolate chip cookies curbside yesterday. Definitely not melt in your mouth. I thought these were going to be warm, fresh cookies. Cold and not soft. I called and asked and was told they should have been warm. Maybe I let them sit too long. No, they were cold when delivered curbside At 3$ a cookie? Very disappointing!

These cookies are like nothing I’ve had before. They are so addictive and the flavor profiles are astounding. Just try them and it will be difficult to stop. Amazing is all I can say about Crumbl.

This is the best cookie spot I’ve ever had the pleasure visiting. Every cookie is unique in its own way with a rotating schedule. Every week I think, “maybe the flavors won’t be interesting” or “is it really worth it to make the trip?”. Then every week they wow me with just how diverse and delicious the cookies can be. My local store sees me every weekend now and hopefully in the future!

I can confirm all of the rumers and gossip. Crumbl really makes the best cookies youll ever taste. I wasnt really that big a fan of cookies before Crumbl. But now theres a pink box on my counter every week. My only advice is to try going late in the week. That way you can limit how many times you go back for more before the menu changes!

These cookies are delicious, and Im not even a fan of cookies!! And theyre huge!! Ive tried several different flavors. Cant go wrong! My reasoning for one less star, they got my order incorrect, and when I reached out to let him know, no one ever responded. It was disappointing, because I only realized this when I came home, and the cookie that was missing was the one I REALLY wanted to try. For the price of the cookies, it was unfortunate to not receive the one I wanted and instead a chocolate cookie, which no one in my family likes chocolate.

The Key Lime Pie and the Cornbread cookies are the best! Wish they stuck around for more than a week at a time.

I ordered online for curbside pickup. When I arrived at the store, I only had to wait for about 5 minutes before the employee brought out my order. I had been drooling over these cookies on social media and finally broke down and got some. They were SOO incredibly delicious and I cannot wait to order them again.

It was Heavenly. You walking in the workers were very happy and it smelled so sweet in there. The decoration was delicate and Sweet. The way they displayed the cookies of the week were awesome. The workers were all very helpful and made sure you got the cookies you wanted. 10 out of 10 experience can’t wait to go back

I love Crumbl cookies. You can place a curbside order and they will come to the car. I got a free cookie for my birthday and they are huge. You can also get special notes written on them if it’s a gift for someone. They change the cookies each week but always have a chocolate chip. Run to a crumble near you!

The App is really helpful and they are super fast! The cookies are super yummy! Highly recommend. We ordered from the rotating menu and it was a lot of fun. Everyone in the family was able to pick something they enjoy.

Cookies are too sweet so much sugar very disappointing. I got cookies for a birthday nobody enjoyed them. We shared cornbread, churro, sugar and few others and it wasn’t hit. Cookies weren’t ready and I ordered them an hour in advance for curbside pickup.

I’m going to be a little critical here, but maybe it’s just because my taste buds have high expectations. I love everything about this place, the cleanliness, the packaging, service, and astheticness. But, if I’m going to be completely honest, the cookies are “okay” for me. I didn’t think the chocolate chip cookies were sweet enough and I don’t like how they use milk chocolate chips instead of semi sweet but that’s just me. I love their wide variety of flavors, the size of the cookie, and I think the concept is well thought out and very unique. However, the cookie recipe itself is average and I believe it can taste better to bake your own cookies at home. But, I give everything else about this place a 10/10. There’s nothing wrong with stopping by every once in a while or grabbing these for someone as a gift. It is a great place to socialize and try unique flavors. I just believe the recipe wasn’t up to my standards, but hey, everyone is different! Try and see for yourself!

I’m not sure how this place has a 4.9 rating.Don’t get me wrong, the staff member who took our order was nice & knowledgeable (plus a clean space), but the cookies are just................average, maybe even a little less than that. They’re not chewy; they have a sort of crispiness to it but not completely? I suppose you can try it and see for yourself.

We learned about Crumbl from my daughters teacher. We checked it out and got a 4 pack and were delighted. Every one was unique and wonderful in its own way. All were delicious. They are large and more like mini pies than cookies.

Really good cookies and the people there were really friendly too. The cookies are really big so we ended up splitting them and saving some. They were still good the next day. However, I wasnt a huge fan of the almond icing, but the chocolate chip and the specialty flavors were all really good.

Got them delivered by my brothers all the way to Philly from Charlotte! The Caramel Apple Cookie was soooo good!!! Berries n Cream was worth trying as well. Yum!!!

First visit. Doubt I return. The cookies were unlike Mrs. Field cookie locations that I used to love. Passing by decided to give them a try. Purchased 4 cookies. The chocolate chip was the best. The Biscoff cookie was ok, but too sweet for me. The peanut butter was too crumbly and just lacking. Would have preferred a more full or hearty in texture if you will. It was like the 3 ingredient peanut butter cookie you make at home just not as good. The last was the Orange Julius it was ok the cream was on point. I did not care for the sugar cookie part of it.
