5 star service! I purchased custom cookies for a birthday party. The designer brought my vision to life! Orders need to be done at least 48 hours in advance. Professional! Fast! Tasted great. My guest couldn’t stop raving about how awesome they turn out.

Was pretty excited to try a new Bakery I have not had before.This was the first and last time I will order from here.Red velvet cheesecake tasted burnt, the cheese itself was curdled not smooth.Red velvet cake was dry and had no flavor at all, left an oily residue in your mouth.Hummingbird cake was dry, and barely tasted like banana bread.Cheesecake brownie was the consistency of chocolate cake, not a brownie.All four of the cookies I ordered were different kinds, they all had barely any flavor and tasted very similar.Pretty dissapointing experience.

Been a customer since Dec. 2013, Ive never had a problem with them. Cakes are always flavorful, well decorated and budget-friendly. Staff has always been friendly and easy to communicate. I have ordered cakes, cupcakes and cake-pops and cookies for a baby shower and heard nothing but great things about them. Definitely recommend this bakery, cant go wrong with them.

Poor customer service!! I ordered a dozen cookies for my daughter’s 15th birthday treat because she doesn’t eat cake. I called several days in advance and asked if they could put pictures on half and Happy Birthday on the other half. When I got there all the cookies had her picture on them. And when I brought it to the guys attention he replied “You only ordered a dozen”. So it was too complicated to put Happy Birthday on six cookies. What a waste of $45. I had been going here for awhile the sweet potato pies are the best Id buy 5 at a time along with a few slices of cake but after ordering a cake for my wifes birthday and showing me that my money and business isnt appreciated I havent been back in over a month. My wifes cake wasnt ready I had to wait 15 minutes and there wasnt a sorry for the delay or have a cookie on us.

Banana pudding cheesecake not what it use to be.There was a time where this bakery couldn’t keep this cheesecake. That should have been my sign. There were four slices in the display case. I dkk ok my know what they are doing different from a couple years ago, but this is not it. There was barely a banana flavor. The cheesecake was hard a bitter. The vanilla wafer on top does it no justice. Ugh!! What a waste of money. I couldn’t even eat that bitter burnt tasting crust.Please go back to the old recipe.Very Disappointed.

Ordered through door dash for delivery and found the MOST AMAZING Bakery!! Got a little taster of slices and cookies. Unfortunately 1 cookie (lemon crinkle) was missing from our order, but thats not a huge deal and was refunded. But in this order what impressed us most was the Almond pound cake!!! It was so incredible I told my husband then and there THATS the cake I want for my next birthday! Their red velvet cheesecake was also INCREDIBLE as was the NY Cheesecake! I only leave reviews if I really enjoyed the business/company or if I was dissatisfied; at the moment I am dissatisfied and disappointed. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from here. A few days ago my husband and I were craving cookies and I wasnt in the mood to bake so I figured we could try Cosmic Cookie Bakery. I was impressed by the assortment of cookies that were offered as well as the price for a dozen cookies. I ordered ahead online for pick up, when my husband came back with them I was impressed by the size of the cookies, but instantly noticed that I had extra of one cookie and didnt receive a different cookie. My husband had mentioned that the guy working there had an attitude problem and lacked professionalism. I called the bakery and told him that I was missing the 2 red velvet cookies. The guy I spoke with apologized several times and told me that hed just given the last of those to the previous order. He let us choose 4 cookie instead of just the 2 because of the inconvenience. At that point I was okay with it. Out of those 14 cookies we only enjoyed the funfetti cookies which we only got 2 of. Those other cookies were DISGUSTING! Baking soda was over used in each one of those cookies. It was like amateur hour at the bakery or something, I kid you not! They had also given me 2 of the same cookie and didnt give me another one that I had ordered as if to make up for it without me realizing. I am so upset about the service we received, the deception, and that poor quality of cookies. I should have just made my own instead of choosing Cosmic Cookie Bakery.

Unfortunately, I was trying to support the business, but wish I had not. Called to place a custom cake order for strawberry shortcake. Was quoted a price, paid half deposit. Call on the day of pickup only to be told there is no strawberry shortcake, but a strawberry cake was made instead. I head to the business willing to accept the mix-up and was presented with what looked like a 1 year old’s birthday cake. Looked nothing like the website depiction. Asked for the icing to be changed to at least improve the look of the cake, still wasn’t 100% satisfied, but didn’t want a cake to go to waste. Finally cut into and eat a slice later the night and the cake is DRY DRY DRY, as if it was made days prior. Didn’t even finish my slice, and we are throwing the cake away. Honestly, I’m scared I’m going to get sick. Such a waste of time and money. First time visiting, will not be back and would not recommend.

Service was well-below satisfactory. Placed an out of town order for pick up for a birthday gift. Called to confirm the pick up and was advised by a young man to pick up after 2 pm that day. Upon arrival, my recipient, who drove 25 miles, was told the order would be ready 2 days later. She was given a complimentary item and settled to return. Two days later, she arrived home from work to find an exposed box of cookies sitting on her door stoop. As a result, she could not eat the cookies I called to speak with a manager and was told he was not there and that since they were so busy, it was not clear when hed be there, which makes no sense. I have yet to hear from the company. This is unfortunate because I was really enthusiastic about supporting this business.

I have been craving bean pies all week. I thought the mini bean pies would be small as I had never visited here. It was too late to go to the local mosque for a large one. I was pleasantly surprised. The first pie just melted in my mouth and was better than most Ive had. I am just too pleased with the taste and the great customer service. I WILL be back.

Cosmic Cookie Bakery is our go to! It’s a mile away from us and we just stopped in one day.Since then, we can’t stop going. They make the best banana pudding cheesecake!!!! My husband loves their butterscotch brownies. Their cupcakes are great and I just ordered a key lime pie. Everything is always very fresh and everyone is very nice and helpful!

I got the coconut pie today. It was very good! I wish there was a few more flavor options to choose from but maybe I went at the wrong time. They have cookies, pie, cake, and brownies. Service was great.

I ordered through Uber Eats. Most of my order was missing and what I did receive they shouldnt have served. Our chocolate chip cookies were burnt and the chocolate cheesecake brownie was still partially frozen.This is my second time ordering from them, the first time we received a partial order and the cupcake was dry.I tried to like this place because the staff was so sweet when I did postmate orders.

Visiting from out of town, I found this bakery through a quick search and I was so pleased by the quality of the carrot cake! Perfectly moist, great balance of spices and carrot, and the top-quality frosting - I would recommend this to pickiest carrot cake lover.I travel to the area a lot for work and this is now my must-stop staple every time I am in town to bring to my local Charlotte branch office. They all go wild for the custom cookies! They enjoy them so much that they have been ordering cookies in the shape and color of our company logo for big office parties. Tracy is great to work with and the cookies are lovely! I have used Cosmic Cookie Bakery for several school event needs. They are always a fun hit with the crowd and so personal to each occasion. Love how they come wrapped individually and tied with a ribbon. The delivery is great as well!

Wonderful sugar cookies were baked for my daughter’s class party while I waited. They were a huge hit and several days later the left over cookies are still fresh! These cookies aren’t too sweet but have just the right amount of sugar and softness. Highly recommend.

We ordered four-dozen custom cookies for client gifts. There was a small miscommunication about the order, but it was fixed up in a hurry, and the bakery staff delivered the box of fresh-baked cookies to my office within just a few hours. They looked and smelled delicious, and our clients loved them! Im just sad I didnt order an extra for my own taste test :-)

I ordered throw DoorDash and my order is completely wrong. I ordered Sweet Potato Pie and received a Bean Pie. Also ordered 2 M&M cookies and did receive those. Just a bad experience all around.

What can I say but WOW! I live in Las Vegas, and have used Cosmic Cookie Bakery twice now. Once last year for Christmas cookies, and this year to send a birthday cake to my son in Charlotte. I am so impressed with their outstanding quality and customer service. I truly appreciate they have always helped out when I order last minute. The birthday cake was delivered on time as promised and when my son wasnt at work, they changed delivery to his home. He loved it and it made his day. I drove from University City to your location on a Saturday night. Your hours show that you close at 9 PM. I arrived at 8:23 PM only to find that you were closed. The worker inside seemed that she was counting items, but the open sign was off. To make matters worse youre closed on Sunday. I was looking forward to supporting your business, but thats not good business. I wasted time and gas to get there. I cant say that Ill make the effort again.

Id been to Kais every time I visited Charlotte and was blown away by the delicious cupcakes and welcoming customer service. Not being able to be in town to see my girlfriend on Valentines day, I emailed Kais to see if they could help me make some bespoke blackberry cupcakes to be delivered on the day. Sure enough Tracy came to my rescue and after sending her images of what I was looking for, she made up a batch of the most delicious cupcakes, presented perfectly. What can i say...the best service ever...Cosmic Cookie created cookies with our new logo and their work was superb! The service and the whole process was smooth with no glitches. The cookies looked fine, but the service was horrendous. My coworkers and I placed an order as a sympathy gift for our boss. We asked if they could be delivered around 9, and were told that the delivery driver doesnt like to be in before 10, so the earliest we could do is just after 10. We agreed and placed the order. At 11:10, we called again to find out where the order was, and were told that they hadnt been baked yet, so it would be 30 minutes, and then at the end of the call they said 30-40 minutes. An hour later, we called again to see what the status was now, and we were told the driver was on his way and had left 10 minutes prior. Our office is about 15 minutes away, and he didnt show up until 20 minutes after the call. I dont care how great the cookies are if you cant get a delivery within a couple hours of the original scheduled time, then Id rather go with a more dependable company.Edit since I cant reply: I appreciate the apology and the difficult situation. Unfortunately, we just felt like the situation wasnt handled well. Your employees ended up spending more time talking to us on the phone because they kept missing the latest deadline they gave than if they had just called us once and given us a realistic timeframe. We also would have been a lot more understanding of the fact that a small business was understaffed. However, the construction that you claim added 15 minutes to the trip, its confined to the back of our building. As its newly renovated, that would mean turning into the building parking lot, driving past all of the signs with Building Entrance and arrows on them, and then ending up on the construction side.While our boss appreciated the cookies and seemed to enjoy them, the lies and excuses that were given to us after the fact at every step will be what we remember.

I ordered some of Kais Kookies about a month ago and asked the baker to make sure my cookies were delivered to a wonderful woman in my life hot and fresh. She guaranteed me they would be, and to my amazement they were. My girlfriend said they were some of the tastiest cookies she has ever had. My boyfriend and I arrived around 6:30p on a Thursday night. The young man at the register barely greeted us when we walked in. Then as we are browsing through the desserts to pick what we want, he was not interested in answering any questions we had. His responses were either short or he acted like we were bothering him. For example, I asked him what the difference was between the almond cake versus the almond pound cake. He replied: “I’m not a baker. I just sell product.” (with much attitude in his tone). Even with that being said, we still bought both the almond cake & the almond pound cake. Almond cake was dry & hard with little to no flavor. (not worth the $3 at all.) The almond pound cake tastes much better so there’s clearly a difference & I think it’s terrible to have someone at the store front with no knowledge of the “products” that he’s supposedly selling. Probably won’t be returning to this business especially if he will be there because his personality was as dry as that almond cake!

Kais Kookies & More Bakery was a hit for my daughters 4th birthday party! Extremely well-organized, the girls and boys loved rolling, cutting, and decorating cookies. The Oreo cake was fabulous and adults raved about it, too. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend -- will do it again sometime!

I gave 5 stars by last encounter here, back in June, when I had my husbands birthday cake made. However, I called yesterday to have my sons bday cake made from here as well. The guy i spoke with advised me to send an email, I did, and waiting and waited for a response. Not only did I never receive an email back, but when i tried to call during business hours the next day. I never got an answer and kept sending my calls to voicemail. I take my stars back and give you a 2. Poor customer service If you cant do it....just advise next time.

I placed an order on Saturday and they were able to deliver on Monday to our office in North Charlotte. I left it up to them to do a combination of cookies, cupcakes and brownies. They did a great job and everyone loved them!

I just came across this new Bakery near Northlake Mall and had the most wonderful coffee and Brownies. The Butterscotch Brownie was divine and I bought a Salted toffee brownie to take home. The young woman told me that they are planning on staying opened till Midnight and this was their second location in Charlotte. I think I will be back for the Banana Pudding Cheesecake.

Ive been there twice. The first time was when they first opened and the cake was dry and not so good. Since I wanted to support a small business I went back again today thinking maybe it will be better. OMG THE CAKE WAS SO DRY I AM SURPRISED THEY EVEN SOLD IT TO ME! Never again!

If youve spent years trying to find a real German Chocolate Cake, with coconut pecan or coconut walnut frosting and a delicious (not too sweet) chocolate cake, then look no more. Trust me. Ive tried GCC at a dozen or more bakeries in Charlotte (and before that, in Greensboro), and nobody does it right but these guys. Just like I had it growing up.

Been here on 2 occasions and the last time the cheesecake brownies were extremely dry and tasteless. My fiancé said the same about the one he got as well. I tried the cheesecake on my first visit and it was okay. The cheesecake has a different taste and texture than others I have eaten before.

My roommate and I went to go check this place out. It was supposedly in the University area (The owners do know that its a good 15 minute drive from the university area, right?) and was apparently open until midnight. It took us a while to find the right place as they dont have any signs up for Kais Kookies. It had the older bakerys sign still up. When we got there on a Friday night at 9pm, there were a bunch of hand written signs saying they close at 6pm. NOT the hours listed online. I doubt well ever make the effort to go out there again as it doesnt really seem like they know what theyre doing. Too bad I cant let anyone know about the actual product.

I have been using CCB since they opened over on South Blvd. I love the family, really good people so always nice to support our locals. The presentation and delivery is always perfect. Our nephew was hospitalized in Charlotte. Unable to visit in person, we wanted to send him a basket of cookies. We found Cosmic Cookies in a search, so called and ordered a dozen assorted cupcakes. The staff taking the order was very professional and efficient and the cupcakes were delivered shortly afterward. He ate three of the cupcakes and he and the visitors all gave rave reviews! SOOOO Cosmic Cookie was VERY NICE to then take them to the nearby hotel that we were arriving to later that night and leave it for us to pick up. We appreciated that SO MUCH!!!! With all that being said the cookies and brownies were fresh and fantastic!!! My son and his friends enjoyed them all weekend. Thank you Cosmic Cookie!!

I love this place. Her cupcakes remind me of home. They deliver and stay open til 12am on certain days. I just wish the cupcakes were bigger, but still love them.

Besides looking fabulous, Kais Kookies are absolutely delicious. They are very friendly and customer-oriented. I have ordered from them for several occasions and always been extremely pleased. I highly recommend them!!!

I ordered for a cake delivery for Sunday and though they are closed on Sundays, to my surprise they do delivery till midnight on Saturdays (nothing could be better than this)...the cake was just awesome delivered on time despite of it raining like cats and dogs on that day....Tracy and Darius were so helpful and they made this so much convenient for me...thanks a ton to the wonderful team!!!

Trash food, trash service. Closes early all the time, even with customers there. If I could rate lower than a 1/5, believe me, I would.Icing on the cake(pun intended) was when they gave me food poisoning.

I called Kais to send celebratory cupcakes to a friend. The owner baked the cupcakes the same day and delivered them herself! She was very nice and accommodating and the cupcakes received amazing reviews.

Both great cookies & coffee.Also today the owner told me about their special deal where you get a dozen free cookies on your 10th visit. :thumbs up:

Uber Eats driver here, the man behind the desk was super helpful, and a great conversationalist, I had not heard of this place before, but I will definitely return!Starbucks isn’t open till 12 on weekends, but this place is!

As I was waiting for my friend at the nearby station, I decided to drop by Kais as my friend was running a bit late.I ordered the Oreo cheesecake and OMG the cake tasted amazing. My tastebuds were literally begging for more.The freshly ground espresso was definitely great too!Nowadays, I do my best to drop by as much as possible to taste their mouth watering range of cakes.
