Decent coffee place in uptown Charlotte if you need a break from the stress of your day. The service is a little slow and the drinks are a bit pricey so I wouldn’t come here everyday but this did give me a good break before my next round of meetings (the little things in life). I wouldn’t use it as my every morning coffee but if you want a treat and have the time I would recommend it!

Stylish coffee joint with a strong cup of joe. Latte had a nice design. Pretty quick and easy. They even have a walk up window leading to the sidewalk in case you dont want to go inside.

I was the last supervisor at Parliament. I want all of you to know how grateful and honored I have felt serving you all and getting to know you. This place and all the beautiful individuals that came with it and helped fill my day with so much purpose and belonging will forever be in my heart. I love you all and will miss you terribly. I had a coffee here with my colleagues and all I can say is “this has unique style” across everything. I would strongly recommend this to anyone.

My friends picked this place to meet. The interior decor is cool, modern, and spacious. I really liked that they have the bar seats at the windows that gives you the opportunity to people watch.However, at my core, I’m here for the coffee not the couches. I had a cappuccino and it was not good. Mediocre at best.If you want a place that looks posh, it’s great. But if you want a good cup of coffee, keep looking.

Best flat white in uptown. The pastry is really good too. Its an intimate place with plenty of seating for lounging and having a conversation. Ive never seen this place too crowded either. Ive used their app to pay out the counter although Im not sure I see where the value is other than not having to grab your credit card out. Ive seen where you can pay ahead - again Ive never seen it too crowded where I thought it would have been a time saver. If french press is more your thing, I recommend Amelies a few blocks away instead.

Cool laid back vibe. Good service. The brew is pretty good. No pour over from the look of things. I’d recommend the light roast of course. Real coffee taste without the coverup of a dark roast. Coco and the Director is still my fave in town. Combine this locale with the taste of Crane Coffee and you might be onto something.

This is one of the better coffee places in uptown. I had a job interview here and the environment made me feel very casual and comfortable. They also offer a glass of water from their water tap as you wait in line. This is awesome to have first thing in the morning. The staff is extremely friendly and smiling.

Its a nice spacious coffee shop, with decent coffee. Very nice staff.For some reason they play Pandora with the ads. Theres nothing more disconcerting than having the vibe shattered with someone screaming at you to try Subways new brisket sandwich.

Its my favorite espresso store inside the location. Nice coffee shop with lots of seating and a nice bench in the back. Amazing little spot with enough seating internal and out.

10/22 Charlotte Business Journal says this place and La Belle Hêlene restaurant now closed permanently. So sad.Excellent mocha; strong chocolate & coffee flavors and not too sweet. Perfect to pair with a pastry.

Very clean and nice. Coffee was great tasting. We got an almond latte and soy latte that turned out to be smooth and not bitter, which is hard to find in this city. Would recommend to anyone who loves coffee.

Excellent espresso drinks. The flat white is a must try. They also have a selection of pastries and a wall cooler with various sandwiches and salads for a quick bite. Order in advance via their mobile app and stop by the pickup window if youre in a hurry. Plenty of cozy indoor seating with a clean and cozy decor.

Editing my review of this coffee shop - most of the staff used to be very nice, but now most of them give off cold demeanors. They also consistently blare explicit songs on the speaker, killing the coffee shop vibe. Coffee is still good though, and the decor is really nice.

Used to be good but going down. I recently noticed sanitation score dropped to 90. I hope they bring the quality back up soon

Friendly service. Ordered an Americano, which was top notch. The atmosphere is nice; a variety of seating - comfy chairs, tables and two long tables with plenty of outlets on the table top for mobile workers.

Ordered their chai tea latte and it was delicious! Love the ambience and great location. Servers were rather stoic and did not care to thank me for my business. I plan on returning for sure next time I am in town.

Sorry to have bothered you for coffee this morning. One gal was on the phone, the other finished her shelf stocking before she could be bothered with me. Rude and snippy. Visiting Charlotte for several days, I am sure there is another coffee bar that will appreciate my business.

The bill was fair for the quality of food.

Nicer than the typical office building coffee shop. High ceiling with lots of ducts. Big street facing windows that make it well lit, but not overwhelmingly bright. 10 or so nice wood tables, including two long ones with outlets in the middle. Couch and a few easy chairs. Concrete floors. Rap on the audio. Free wifi with no password. Cooler case of lunchy food. Nice selection of pastries. Decent bagged teas. They claim to make their own chai, so I got a latte. A little sweet, but not bad. A pretty small foamy cup for $4 however.

I walked around downtown for 40 minutes looking for coffee with my dog before I asked a local. He told me Parliment has a takeout window! They do, and it saves my morning!! 😀

I absolutely love this place. My favorite coffee shop in charlotte. They use a wonderful dark roast on the espresso and nitro cold brew, which is just full of those deep and complex flavors...a stark and pleasant contrast to all of the other coffee shops that go too light. The staff is super friendly and remember you, they have wonderful pastries, some great quick grab-and-go food, not to mention the space is really swanky. Oh... awesome rewards program! Give it a try!

Good for coffee - they make a point to make great latte art and coffee is always delicious. The store has self serve sparkling water and good spaces to sit and do work.

To start with, I got the free flat white from the app, it’s really dark. Taste just like Starbucks. Save your time and go to Not Just Coffee!

Nothing special. If you want a coffee shop that knows how to pull shots correctly without burning them and actually texture milk don’t go here. Very disappointed in the quality.

My first visit here (I know one of the baristas, she ROCKS!), Im already in love. Great location, very cozy- but what I loved most was my coffee. I ordered a Flat White and it was delicious! Not generic or watered down like so many other places, but rich and yummy. Real coffee. Plus coffee art in my foam, yay! I will be back.

I always order the Macchiato. The vibe of this place is awesome. The coffee is smooth and not bitter like Starbucks. And the cost is MUCH better.
