Their website has poor and incomplete information, so I tried calling, but the customer representative was clueless and difficult to even understand. After about five minutes of getting nowhere, I did what Total Wireless customers have suggested online for dealing with the poor customer service - I hung up and called back and spoke to another ill-informed and poorly trained person in their call center. The second one spoke a little more English than the first, but he was still unable to tell me how to subscribe. I gave up and visited this store at 10:17am Saturday. Despite advertising that they open at 10, they were closed and locked up. We couldnt wait, so we went back to Verizon. Reliability matters.Impossible to deal with on the phone, and a locked door during business hours made it clear that this is not a company to do business with. There are plenty of other Verizon MVNOs with low prices, but Total Wireless were so bad that it left a bad taste in my mouth for these lower tier services. You get what you pay for, and TW just arent worth the trouble.
Excelent attention, go and buy your new line, new cell phone or accessories. They helped me change from Booz to SimpleMobile and I had excellent support from them. They also have technical service to repair your cell phone.
(The owner?) went above and beyond to solve the problem. Very grateful.
