DJ was THE BEST!! I explained the issues and the hours I’ve spent on the phone with Verizon and let him know I was told by a Verizon phone rep to go to a Verizon store and get a replacement SIM card for my phone. He was already taking care of a customer but managed to take care of me at the same time while she was on the phone with a Verizon rep. He was amazing!! DJ was also kind, considerate, professional, and caring. Wow!!! I’ll definitely be back here again.

I messed up my Verizon account and my son’s phone number disappeared. I went to the Verizon at the Arboretum in Charlotte. The Verizon employee was rude and told me my son’s phone number was gone and could not be retrieved. I have been with Verizon for 21 years and have never been treated so poorly. I decided to go to another Verizon on Connection Point Dr in Charlotte. Here I met Dajon B who quickly found my son’s phone number in my profile in a shell account. He called a help desk and restored service. Dajon listen to my problem and quickly fixed it. He is a knowledgeable, friendly employee that Verizon is lucky to have. Thank you so much Dajon.

DJ fixed my phone!! This was after meeting with four other Verizon reps at other Verizon stores who claimed they fixed it, but did not. This store and employees are the BEST!! Not only was DJ professional and knowledgeable, he was very personable, patient, and thoughtful.

Everyone needs to know that this store is not an actual Verizon store! This is a licensed retailer, and is not directly affiliated with Verizon. We did not know this until we were already in the process of trading our phones. Had nothing but issues with one of our trade ins, and the phone was never shipped back to Verizon for our credit. Finally after a month later we were able to get it corrected through multiple frustrating calls back and forth with the store and Verizon directly. Know what you’re getting yourselves into!

The SIM card in my unlocked phone of 5 months stopped working due to a technical glitch. All I needed was my old SIM card inactivated and a new one installed. After I was there working with someone for 30 minutes, I was told they couldnt assist me, gave me a new SIM card, and told me to call Verizon tech support. I was told that MAYBE Verizon could help me and that it was difficult for an unlocked phone. They were vocal and obvious about the fact that they didnt want to deal with tech support. I left the store in tears. I am still working to resolve my issues with Verizon IT. My biggest issue is only having 1 phone and needing a separate line so they can call me. This would have been avoided at the store!Verizon tech support was appalled they wouldnt help when all it took was a call to tech support. I regret going in to this location and wasting my time. If you need technical support, please DO NOT go here. They are in the business of selling, not helping. The customer before me was also having SIM issues and the rep was not interested in dealing with IT. He was very vocal about it too.

Customer service is a 0, they try to make you spend money and are extremely pushy. Took 2.5 hours to order a simple warranty replacement phone, and the instructions were already on the account. Should of been in and out in 20mim max but he was trying to sell all types or warranties and services

I had 2 horrible experiences with this store. Particular with the manager. He Do not Care about other During These COVID times. I waited 2 days 6 hours each day just for him to give me my phone taking 30 seconds. With no receipt in the bag at all! Such a substandard representation of Verizon.

Worst Customer Service!! Do not waste your time here. I along with another customer waited 1hr30min. She then knocked on the door just to be told its going to be another 15min and he closes at 6pm- its now 530... I left went to the Verizon wireless on Albemarle rd and was in and out in 40 min with a brand new fully connected phone.

If you like to feel insignificant nobody, just come to Dan or Colin. These guys would do anything for their commission, including: selling you telefones which are on sale for the way above sales price as long with accessories you never asked for, just for $110 per case. Nothing is for customers at MoRa point, the ripoff salesperson is always right.You offered no choice once or ever!

This is such a ripoff store. Verizon asked me to get a new sim card which is free of charge for my existing line, the guy here wanted to charge me for that, I said goodbye and went out. They try to judge people by phones, and if you have got an expensive one they will make sure to rip you off as much as you can.Would never go back, please stay away.

When I went in, I went up to a lady who said that shed be right with me. She then went into another room for 30 minutes while I waited, ate her lunch and laughed. Then they came out again, got a wrapped gift, and returned to the back and closed the door.They came back out and were about to go back a 3rd time when I said I had been waiting 30 minutes and asked if it was going to be much longer.The lady I first approached didnt say anything to me, no apology, no how may I help you?. She just ignored me while her coworker said if I would have known she (referring to me yet talking to her boss) had been waiting, I would have helped her, even though she had been within earshot of me when I had been dismissed by the other lady when I had first arrived.Then, while I was with the coworker of the lady who had ignored me, the lady who was with me ignored me for the most part by listening to and laughing at the conversation the other lady was having with a different customer.There never ended up being an apology by the lady who ignored me and took a different customer than me.

Went to this store to get two new phones and change our plan on 1/1. We dealt with the sales rep Adam Winslow. Rather than listening to what we asked for and what we wanted, he had a clear agenda of trying to get us to buy things we did not ask for or want so he could increase his sale. We wanted to go from a 2 year contract with 8gb with 4 people which had expired to the new 3gb simple plan for 2 people. He failed to sign us up for that, we got the two people off but still have the 8gb plan. I had to go back online this morning to get it corrected. However,we got two new phones, two new cases we said we didnt want, the most expensive screen protectors we didnt want and 11.99 insurance a month for each line we didnt ask for. Oh and he threw in some type of charger we didnt ask for. When I specifically said we didnt want insurance or protection he said we would not be getting it. When I questioned the new cases and protectors and charger, he said it was part of the deal we were getting for the phones. The overall price did not sound exactly right to me but I figured with taxes, it was coming out about right. At the end of the transaction he never went through each charge. Then told me he would have to email me a receipt because they were out of paper. He did this because he reset my new phone and knew I could not get email on it yet because I wasnt set up and couldnt get wifi. Then he charged us $15/phone to do the set up, transferring our contacts, and setting up the phone. He did not do this because nothing was restored from my cloud and I had to redo it myself once I got home and was on wifi. To get the two people off the old account and get the new phones took over 2 hours in the store. This was also part of the reason I didnt carefully check the details because by the time we were done we were in a rush to go to another commitment we had. Additionally while we were there another set of customers spent over two hours there talking to a manager where they had also obviously been swindled and were discussing how they were taking them to small claims court. Apparently this location is an authorized dealer and not part of Verizon corporate stores. If you do a google search you will notice two main locations come up. Only go to these locations, not the shady ones that are not actually part of the verizon family. Our experience was terrible and you should go to the other locations even if it is out of your way.
