We recently purchased a home and had it remodeled. After extensive research we chose to use Darren and Blair Fuller with Contractors Flooring to replace the carpeted rooms and refinish the hardwoods. We were extremely pleased with their quality of work and customer service throughout this experience. Their design recommendations and attention to detail were unmatched. My wife and I bought a house through Niblock Homes and Contractors Flooring did the carpet. We had an issue where our puppy pulled up a section of carpet and I called Contractors Flooring to come out and give me an estimate to fix it. I called and spoke to a guy who was to give the right person a message to reach out to me and I never got a call. Since then, I have left 2 additional messages over a 10 day period since they dont seem to ever answer the phone and still have not gotten a call back. If they are this difficult to use to pay for a repair, can you imagine how difficult to get back out for a warranty situation? We have hired someone else to make the repair and I dont feel comfortable using Contractors Flooring for any future jobs.
