My husband and I bought three rugs for our new home, and Jim was great to work with. The in-store selection is great, but not so crazy much that you’re just overwhelmed. We love all three, and you can tell how high quality they are the first time you wander around on them barefoot. I would definitely recommend them, and plan to look here for future rug purchases.

I love my rugs. It’s been two month and I am still in love. I shopped around in person and online. I spent a lot of money so I needed to make a rational decision. The moment I walked into the showroom I was greeted by Jim. He was with a customer but still made me feel welcomed. I then did my due diligence and shopped some other places. After a couple of months I went back to Carpet and Rugs on South Blvd. I worked with Jim. He is a gentleman without any pressure. Customer Service is important to me so I brought two rugs. They look as good today as the day I got them. They are soft and pretty, just what I wanted.

The team that came in to do the install was equally professional, efficient, and diligent. The entire process took under 6 weeks which is really not bad considering how COVID has slowed so many businesses down! Whenever we decide to replace our upstairs carpeting, I know who Im calling.

Arturo & his team of installers were polite & very hard workers. With a team of two in the morning & four in the afternoon they were able to rip out old carpet, prepare for new carpet & install vinyl & carpet in my 1600+ sq ft home within 9 hours & in one day, even though I was scheduled for a two day install.Jim is a great salesman. Kevin was amazing! I can not express enough how kind, caring and understanding he was. He listened to me vent about frustration with another company that was scheduled to do my carpet. He got the carpet in my house in the time I needed. He called me with every update and I looked forward to his calls. I will never go to anyone else, but Kevin.

The one star review is for a total lack of communication and help in getting an order delivered. I was told my flooring would arrive on a specific date which it did not. I had to cancel and reschedule an installer and move furniture back to the area. Then I was given a new date, so I moved furniture again and scheduled installation. Upon calling, I was told they still didn’t have my flooring. Faced with losing my installer and having to move the furniture again, I rented a van and will go get my flooring at some warehouse that is about a 60 mile round trip. I hope that it is there, but I am obviously skeptical. During this ordeal, I was told I would get a call back 5 separate times. I got 1 and it was initiated by me. My recommendation would be to buy somewhere else or get something they have in stock. Never again for me.

Jim Gardner and his team did a terrific job from quote to installation. Jim was excellent at communicating along the way, followup to see that I was satisfied and the team doing the work arrived early, got the job done right and were swift in completing the work.

I just re did the floors in my house during the pandemic and am so glad I used Carpet & Rug Superstore. I met with the owner at the Pineville location and he clearly has decades of experience. He helped us pick out the flooring that would best suit our needs and helped us through the entire process. Jim was fantastic to work with at Carper & Rug Superstore on South Blvd. I was on a super tight budget to replace my master bedroom carpet in my first home, and he worked with me to find a budget friendly option that matched my color scheme and I didnt feel I was compromising for. In fact, I love what I ended up with and know I got a great deal on it - plus its a brand known for quality. The installers were prompt and quick, but the end result is beautiful. They definitely know what they are doing and there werent any areas of concern after they left. When Im ready to replace the carpet in my upstairs and staircase next year, Ill definitely be going back to see Jim.

Great selection available and ended up saving even more money by purchasing a large remnant that worked perfectly in my home. We recently bought a home and needed to have the carpet and floors replaced before we moved in. Based on other great reviews, we stopped by the store one day and began working with Jim Gardner. He was super knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. With his guidance, we chose from several samples and are so happy with the carpet in our home. We also wanted to replace the carpeting in 2 of the bedrooms with the existing laminate that was already throughout the rest of the house. We found the matching floor at Lowes and he was able to order it for us and have it installed within our 2 week deadline, as well. He went above and beyond to help us and was always responsive and beyond polite in his communication. I believe the prices were fair and comparable to the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot. Great experience overall and Id recommend to anyone!

Very happy with the workmanship of Miguel and his coworkers. The installation of my entire second floor carpeting was done extremely well, moving heavy furniture, and cleanup/vacuuming. Drove across town yesterday to the South Blvd. location, after checking their hours which stated opening at 9am. To be safe, we arrived at 9:32am and there were NO cars and a LOCKED door, with the hours clearly posted outside that they were supposed to open at 9am Saturday. No note, no on vacation or gone fishing, just a closed business that should have been open by all accounts. Theyve lost any business I might have given them, and Id suggest looking elsewhere for a more reliable source.

For carpet that we had selected that was also available at an old-line Charlotte carpet stores Amir at C&RSS did an excellent job being responsive to our preferences in a way that the other store wasnt willing to do. The price was better as well. Were very pleased with the rug we bought and will likely buy another rug from C&RSS in the spring that will complement the one we just bought.

Excellent overall experience: Recently we had new vinyl flooring installed in our den, kitchen and living room. Mr. Amir gave us a nice overview and information on different types of flooring without any sales push. He special ordered the flooring we wanted and also stored it in his warehouse until we were ready to install. Mr Amir’s installer Mr. Amelio and his crew did a great job in removing the old flooring and installing the new one. They work hard and cleaned up after the installation.We are very pleased with their work and the entire experience and we will definitely use their services again as needed. It has been a year and the rugs still look terrific. We purchased our third piece just the other day. Absolutely NO customer service. I walked in and the store attendant was vacuuming. I started to peruse the options and see what was available, assuming he would shut it off and greet me and ask if I needed assistance. Nope. I spent Atleast 5 minutes perusing items, walking past the attendant TWICE, and he didnt so much as even smile at me. Just ignored me. No matter the color of my skin, all money is green. Horrible experience.

I worked with Amir and have had a great experience. The building itself is a bit sketchy and the store overall isnt much to look at. However, they have a lot of rugs and Amir is a great help as well as educator. Im not someone who knows much about rugs and he took the time to explain a lot to me and was very helpful!!!! Great store with a ton in stock! Amir was knowledgeable and very helpful. Prices were fantastic so we bought 4 rugs and pads. They also offer free financing which is great. We took half of what we bought that day and went back 2 days later to get the rest. Amir brought everything out to the SUV and loaded it up. They also offer delivery if you need it. Amir knows his stuff and his customer service is top notch. Go take a look, you will not be disappointed!!

If you have ever shopped for any type of flooring you understand how stressful this process can be. We moved to Charlotte last year and while our new home was being built I searched the area for area rugs using the builders floor plan. The Carpet & Rug Superstore run by Amir Masood was the best place for a broad selection of rugs, best pricing and the flexibility to meet our needs. Other stores might have supplied one of our rugs but the Carpet & Rug Superstore did 4 area rugs for us, cut and bound one that we needed for a smaller room and coordinated the delivery. Amir is very responsive and professional and understands all aspects of the rug business. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a quality area rug at an affordable price.
