After shopping for a different brand of car and having nothing but a less than good experience, I decided to check out the Chevrolet. The cars have fantastic ratings and are visually appealing. I cold contacted the dealership, Collection Auto Import, and I began communicating with Sam. What a night and day difference!!! Sam was very responsive, and quickly found the exact car I was interested in. We worked my trade in and brokered the deal entirely without me having to leave my house. I did not have to wait days for responses from Sam. When we were to the point everything was done except for the test drive, I went to the dealership and was very impressed! I never write reviews. I have even sold the truck I got here after barely using it (for a good deal less than I purchased it for), but have to say how good this place was when I purchased it. I had some issues nearly immediately with the tough emissions system problems that would be expected for the mileage. I purchased a 2007 Ram 1500 that they primped up to look nice but I knew it had some cosmetic items. I was ok with all that but having some check engine after the purchase I was worried Id never pass emissions again. I took it back to them and they never made me think no warranty despite the as-is. Granted it was days after I purchased it but bringing it in THREE times with each time escalating up the scale of replacing things starting with charcoal filter, to fuel lines, to filler lines, and eventually the entire tank. That finally fixed everything and they never asked for a dime to troubleshoot or replace. They were honest and responsive each time. And I think in the end they probably didnt make any profit on it based on the work that eventually went into it, but they stuck with it and I highly appreciate the effort they kept giving it. I wouldnt expect that from other places. Kudos to you guys

This place has had its ups and downs, but are on the rebound with some new employees that want to work hard to make the place a great experience for the potential car buyer. Bought a car an they told me it hadnt been wrecked nothing wrong with it 2 days later check engine light comes on an here i am a month later an it needs a whole new rear end costing me $3000 an they wont fix it for me they ignore my calls they’re rude.. by far the worst place to buy a car wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

Not a lot of these genuine dealerships around anymore. I could see why the business has been able to sustain for over 30 years since 1990s. They were able to maintain their integrity with absolute professionalism.

One of, if not the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Sam was incredible at making a deal happen for me and my wife. We were looking for a specific Tahoe, and Sam and the staff delivered! We did almost all of our dealings via text/phone to find the right vehicle. After the first few options not being the right fit, this team delivered a GEM! One of the nicest Tahoes I have seen. Then they were able to work with our budget and make the money right as well. I highly recommend you get with Sam to find your next car! I never felt any pressure like I have so many times in the past, and Sam did an incredible job being a professional salesman. DO NOT buy a car from here. they will sell you a car with problems. within 3 days the check engine light was on. there were parts zip tied under my boyfriends car causing the problem they said they would order a part and fix which took 3 weeks and when he would call they would not answer yet would for other numbers. here’s the BEST part he’s had it a month today and found out it needs 4,000$ worth of fixing including a new rear end, cradle, etc. they suggested we sell it to carvana HAHA. do not go here they are bad people expecally the manager. a 23,000$ car !!

I was able to buy this beautiful 2010 Ford F-150 from this dealership. I wasnt able to get off of work until 3:00PM. They waited for me until 9:00PM because it took me 6 hours to get to the shop. They accommodated with me which was greatly appreciated!

Saw a truck I was interested in on the website, drove an hour and a half after speaking to someone on the phone who confirmed that the truck was in excellent condition and very clean. Arrived at the dealership and was brought to the truck listed online. They were 2 completely different trucks!!! The one on the lot had a different colored door handle, no gas cover, messed up paint and a bumper that was falling off. Not to mention, it even had a flat tire!!! The truck in the pictures was in pristine condition! What a waste of time, I wouldn’t trust anyone at this dealership.

I bought an 04 cummins here and drove it to Montana the next week. it works great pulls horses and cattle at ease. Alex was professional and helped me a lot and fixed small issues i had with the truck before I left. Honest company 10/10 would do business again.

Bought a 14 Tacoma. They were super friendly! I would get the car check out before you buy it. Found some things wrong and they agreed to fix it. Did not end up fixing anything except for one part that was visible. Also said they would send me some parts. I called several times and they said they ordered them and never showed up. Make sure you get in writing what they will fix before signing the deal! They will say what you want to hear then not follow through.

I dealt with Amin and he had none of that used car bullish*t, I checked the car out, and by no means was it perfect he knew as well as I did that for the price he was asking for the car. He was nice but straight to the point, he told me that if I had any issues that he would take care of it. Im not one for writing reviews but I definitely dont think the several poor reviews this place has should represent them.

Unprofessional language used by the manager. Delivered the car to me dirty and still had trash in it. The oil was not changed and there was a piece that needed to be replaced, I live 2 hours away so they would not pay a local mechanic to fix. They are nice to your face until you need something fixed. I went there and bought a Mercedes-Benz ML350 last year, and have no issues since. It was really tough to find the color combination I wanted but luckily they had it. We took the car to Hendrick Mercedes for a pre-purchase inspection and they recommend a lot of service to be done (which is expected of a 8 year old car). Troy took care of all the recommended service at their dealership and we proceeded to buy the car. We just now bought our second car from them, a 2017 Toyota Tundra.

Fantastic place to purchase a vehicle!

Bought my first Silverado at the end of May and it was such an easy process! Sam, the salesperson, was great! Even with the COVID19 stuff going on, Sam made it very easy. I test drove the car on my own for safe social distancing. Negotiating was done over the phone the next day. They prepared all the paperwork and had it ready when I came in to sign and I then drove away in my new Silverado! I did go back a few days later so that Adam could give me an overview of all the cool gadgets and safety features. He was very informative and saved me a ton of time from having to read that big manual in the glove compartment. I am loving my new Silverado!

Amin sourced me a E63 AMG for a good price that i couldnt walk away from. The Car had a couple scratches here and there but i could not walk away from the deal. Great people to work with, eveyone is very cheerful and not down your throat about trying to buy a vehicle.

Went to check out a car, test drove it and all that good stuff. The staff were very helpful, however I said I would be looking to comeback for the car at a later date and if they would hold the car, they said they would get back to me the next day with financing information and never did, and the car is no longer listed on the site (i.e. sold).

Outstanding costumer services. when you buy a car from them they make sure 110% the car is in great shape and works absolutely well. if the car having problem you can call or text them anytime and they will help you with it.

The truck ran great but when i got the truck and tried to get it alligned the whole front end of the truck was wore out and the wheel was about to fall off. it is sorry of them to sell a truck with the wheel about to fall off.and ive been waiting on a gas cap since i bought the truck and still have not recieved it after the salesman told me he was going to replace it

I thought I was purchasing from an amazing car lot. Everyone that was working put on what seemed to be false faces as well as attitudes to get me to purchase my dream car, however, I pointed out some problems I had notice during test driving. I was made promises that the car lot definitely did not keep as far as them fixing the issues on the car. Not even two weeks later after purchasing my car it broke down & I was told I had to pay for it, but was reassured they would try to accommodate me. I went without the new car I had purchased for a total 2 1/2 weeks & received no compensation nor the consideration of one even though they knew about the problems prior. Once I got my car I thought that would be the last trouble I was going to have to face with them, but to my surprise the trouble hasnt stop. Im one to make sure my payments are ahead, however, they ended up making a mistake on their part thinking it was behind after speaking with me & before I knew it I was getting a knock on my door from a repossession company stating they was taking the car back. I went the next morning to find out what was going on. I was told I went default on my loan, but when ask for them to show me what constitutes to a default loan no one could explain. I them asked the same black worker (Cant Remember His Name) for my contract as well as payment history of what they had on file & was told I had a copy in my glove box and I couldnt get what they had on file. I was also told the bank that lended me the money wouldnt reissue my loan and the worker wouldnt give me the number to contact the supposed bank, but how is that possible when its a buy here pay here car lot. It also dawned on me that one of the workers the only black one (Cant remember his name) had went through my car. How would he know where my paper work was? Still being refused my paper work I stated I would take this matter to court as I had everything on camera. The worker then stated Oh Wait I Think I Can Get It For You. I was still told to wait 4 hours before I could get my Car & they stated I had to pay for them coming to pick it up. There is mixed communication and they provide no clear understanding as the worker states one thing & the owner states another. Lastly, the customer service I would give a one (0) star rating as you receive phone calls from the owner sometime with him being majorly rude. At this time I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAKE UP EVERYDAY WONDERING IF YOUR CAR IS GOING TO BE OPERABLE OR EVEN IN THE DRIVEWAY FOR YOU TO DRIVE!!!!!! THIS COMPANY MAY BE SCAMMING PEOPLE!!!! IF I COULD THEY WOULD GET NO STARS FROM ME.....

BEWARE!!!! SCAM ARTISTS!!! Worse company ever... They lied and told me I was 2 months behind on payments, which I realized I wasnt after checking my bank statement. I then called back to verify with them what I showed on my acct, and then the guy proceeded to tell me not to worry about it.I am just 2 weeks behind on a payment and set up a day when I would pay. He told me as long as pay monthly they werent concerned with what day it was on. I went to work today and when I was done I went to leave and noticed my vehicle was gone. Called them to see what was going on and they told me they didnt have it and it was towed which it wasnt because I work on private property and tow trucks are not allowed on the premises. Then when I asked how much do I have to pay he told me the entire balance which is about $7000 and I said to who?! He claimed he didnt know to who because it was a silent investor and then tried to come again and say maybe a couple thousand will get it back for you. Then said it wasnt at collection auto but will be tomorrow....Scam artists and liars! I have contacted my attorney and they informed me that what they are doing is illegal and we will take necessary action against them
