I got my windshield replaced a year ago and they calibrated and did a phenomenal job for a great price. I unfortunately, went in yesterday for a chip repair, they were once again affordable and it looks great. Would highly recommend, especially the owner who is very honest and forthright.

I shopped around for quotes for my windshield replacement after Safelight quoted me over $400. Mobile Pro Autoglass was super responsive and also offered a far better rate! I was able to get my windshield replaced the day after emailing with them.

They arrived in a reasonable time. My window was not fixed properly and it is broken again 9 days later. I have called and emailed repeatedly but I am not receiving a response.

Gave me a quote I set an appointment up a week later. The day before the appointment they called me and changed the price to a Higher Amount. The receptionist said it’s because the glass they got in was damaged. This is why I repeatedly told them to order the glass right after I set the appointment and put a deposit. Had they not been unprofessional and procrastinating they would have ordered the glass ahead of time just in case incidents like this. It’s called being prepared and professional. What’s the point of setting an appointment and taking a deposit if you going to wait till the last minute to order the glass. This place is unprofessional and does not know how to take care of business. Don’t waste your time!!

Mobile Pro Auto Glass Repair was AMAZING! They were the first people I called after a Google search. After looking at the reviews, I called and spoke to Shay. She is the best and so friendly. Mobile pro auto glass backs up their warranty. The owner looked at my new windshield because I thought I had a leak coming from my windshield but actually it was my sunroof. It was right before Christmas and he fixed my sunroof leak for free and would not charge me at all. He was extremely thorough and even cleaned the water damage made from the sunroof. He definitely gave me a Christmas present to remember, his generosity is an example of how we should all treat each other.

I had an appointment with the mostly used company and I got suspicious with service when they added cost of mobile repair and windshield calibration cost. Their quote was also 30% higher. So I went on line to locate a competitor and found Mobile Pro. I called them, the young lady answering the phone was very professional and helpful. She asked the right questions about my vehicle and gave me a quote over the phone and I was blown away. I asked if that was the real price with everything included and she said yes. We scheduled the appointment, I chose to go to the shop, I got there on time they took my car in within 5 min and I was done within the hour. I would highly recommend Mobile Pro to my friends and enemies. Calibration of the windshield is necessary only if the rain trigger does not work after the installation of the windshield, they told me that.

Solid and professional, price was competitive. The windshield in my 94 F250 was delaminating so needed to be replaced. Tech was on site when specified and the work was completed quickly. He had a struggle for sure, that was the original glass and definitely didnt cooperate. Still got it done with a great result. Highly recommend.

This was a great experience from the quote to the installation. They were very professional. The quote was good and the work quick and clean. The tech even replaced my whole transponder. During the quote, I was offered noise resistant glass which I declined (and it added to the cost). My new windshield is noise resistant enough just like my old windshield. Anyway, I was nervous to use Mobile Pro Auto due to some reviews but my experience was excellent. I would use them again!

WOW! I cannot begin to say enough good things about this business. They haven’t even come to replace my window yet but based on my experience so far I know they will do an amazing job.The office ladies were very kind and professional, helped me get a last minute appointment on a Friday to fix my window in what I was 99.9% sure was a 2008. Turns out I’m a dummy and it’s a 2006. I could hear the tech in the garage having trouble trying to get a window to fit that wasn’t even the right window (again 100% my fault). This guy came in who I assume was the owner and multiple times I heard him say “no, let’s get this done the right way”. Finally they figured out that I told them the wrong year and were so, so, so incredibly nice about it. They even resealed my window with plastic and vacuumed out all the busted glass from my old window.They worked hard to find me a replacement window which they couldn’t find locally but set up a time to pick it up Monday and then come by my home Tuesday to put the new window in my car. Through this whole ordeal they were nothing but understanding, kind, and thorough.100% give this place your business. They do things the right way! Not to mention they were the cheapest auto glass repair place in the area and they do mobile installations for no additional charge. I will be sending everyone their way! Absolutely could not be happier with their service.

Had an appointment for a technician to come out yesterday to replace my daughters windshield after it was hit by several rocks. They charged me 40% less than Safelite and didnt have an additional charge for mobile replacement. They also gave me a coupon for a free chip repair if I needed one in the future! Would definitely recommend and use them again!

Theres a reason this company has high reviews. Theyre the best. A rock had hit my Honda CRV windshield and the glass was starting split so I found this company online. The Mobile Pro Auto Glass staff were friendly when making the appointment and promptly gave me a very good quote (I only had liability insurance). They came out to my home (free/no extra charge) to repair at a convenient time that worked best for me. Jaime was our technician. He was courteous and professional. The new glass looks great; it was the exact same kind as the one I had on before which is what I was hoping for because it had a little section in between the sun visors that helped block the sun! These guys took good care of my windshield replacement in the shop, They even went above and beyond by alerting me to a battery issue and a missing battery tie down (fault of the dealership ) and later followed up to make sure I went to a reputable place to solve the issues. I called another mobile auto glass shop. They were going to charge me $304 They came out brought the wrong part. Couldnt reshedule until 3 days later. Found another appointment next day same shop online. Price changed to $200. Then I go to cancel my order and the resheduled job was now $450. So, I decided to call Mobile Pro. Receptionist was excellent on the phone. They got me in at 830 and I was out the door by 920. Price was right.

Just had them replace my windshield for the second time in 5 years. I had absolutely no issues after the first installation. When I needed it replaced this time I knew I would call them for a quote at the very least. AAA Auto Glass: $232+tax, Safelite $242+tax and mobile service (they did come down to $198 plus the $35+ for the mobile service), Mobile Pro $198.42 total! The installer arrived on time and did a great job. He inadvertently knocked my neighbors recycling can over when he backed out of my driveway and made things right. This is a small business I am glad to support!

Requested their service to replace a passenger window. The first mobile autoglass company that i was referred to came out to fix my window but could not get my door open as it was jammed due to glass falling in between my door. I then requested Mobile Pro Autoglass and a guy came out while it was freezing rain and got the door open and replaced my glass in a very timely fashion. He, along with the ladies i spoke to on the phone to coordinate the appointment were all extremely professional and i would definitely use this company again!

Stole or broke my good rear view mirror and replaced it with a smaller size one that is busted. I noticed it right after work as I was adjusting mirror driving home, it felt and looked different. I drove the same car for 8 years so I know if something changed. I called them right away and followed up, they kept denying it and I am now stuck with a busted mirror. Called to get a quote on replacing a rear window in my car and spoke with Alexis. She sounded not interested in helping and initially when I asked for her name refused to tell me her name. Then I asked for a quote, but seem not interested to help. Finally gave me a quote, but by then regardless of the price I had already made a decision.
