Their website says they will get your glass replaced in two hours and they will. I went in at about quarter after 3, no appointment at all with a cracked windshield, and they had me out by 5. Not only that, but they were so helpful and kind. I definitely will be suggesting them to anyone who asks me.

If you want a really bad unprofessional experience, look no further than Auto Glass Now.Got a mobile install for my s2000. The guy seemed nice at first but as soon as he got to work he was muttering constantly, cursing under his breath like he was having a really hard time doing the job.After a while I heard a really loud racket and came out to find him working a power scraper on my car to loosen the old glass. Surely this is not a standard method. He damaged the plastic trim inside the car and scraped the paint under the plastic cowl. Probably he hoped I would not notice since it is covered up when done. But I saw and that now bare metal will have to be fixed to prevent rust.For my car, part of the windshield is a rubber trim piece that is part of the windshield. When he was done, the corners did not sit flush with the frame. He assured me that eventually these would settle and look right. Its been a month and no change (see pic). Hes probably still laughing about that one.When finished and he was gone, he had left dirt and debris all over my interior. Quite a mess. Completely unacceptable.Adding insult to injury, after I called and paid with my credit card, my bank app showed me that they charged a higher amount than I was quoted. The lady on the phone literally confirmed the amount and then charged a higher amount. This is theft and I will be pursuing action against them. Completely unacceptable.

They took my window but they didnt take the broken glass out. It was all left in my car. But outside that the service was great and fast. I think it could have been explained to me they didnt clean out the glass. I called today and the man told me they repair glass, they dont do detail work. In a very nasty attitude. Customer service is very important.

This place seemed so promising. Good deal on windshield replacement and could get me in the same day. But service was absolutely horrible. I live 35 minutes away, when I got home I went to clean under the hood (Im selling the car) and all of a sudden my hood no longer stays up on the hydraulics. I drive 35 minutes back in a horrible rain storm where you cant even see a car in front of you, get there have to stand out in the pouring rain while one of the guys takes a look. Says that the hydraulics just went bad and theres a leak in the hydraulic fluid. Huh thats really weird considering it was just fine BEFORE I brought the car here for windshield replacement. Literally the day before was just fine. Little weird that my hydraulics just all of a sudden went bad the day I bring it here. They did nothing for me and said I can go to a junk yard and get the part for $5 or $10, well thanks guy! Im selling the car and dont have time to go to a junk yard to fix your mistake.Upon further inspection I find these black marks all over the hood that WERE NOT THERE before bringing it here. I tried all car washes and scrubs and it WONT COME OFF. Noticed a huge gap on the top of the windshield, pretty sure this was sealed before. Noticed a lot of other little dings on the sides of the car where they removing and replacing the windshield. This place just depreciated the value my car even more than it already was. Had someone ready to buy but now I have to delay because of all of these issues. Dont even bother with this place if you care about your car.

Unfortunately after trying to give this company a chance to provide satisfactory service for several of my company vehicles on multiple occasions, they simply left us disappointed each time. I’ve experienced issues with them over the past year ranging from them causing cosmetic damage to a vehicle during a windshield replacement to poor scheduling management to failure to honor a windshield warranty. Even after emailing their corporate office through their website for assistance, they simply have made no effort to contact us to try and resolve our current warranty issue. Buyer beware, in our experience, cheap rates on the front end is costing us more in the end since this company doesn’t stand behind their work.

Got my front windshield repaired today. Average wait is 1.5 to 2hrs. Only cost $210, cheapest price anywhere else was $350. Very good value. I am very sad to see negative reviews from others. Internet is so full of hate sometimes. After reading a review from a guy that gave them 1 star and admitted he never even used their services. I just had to write this review and give credit where due. State farm wouldnt cover the windshield replacement either unless I paid $500 deductible. so I paid out of pocket and was happy.

Keep the tape on for 4 days and dont wash it for 2 days. they said.Time is money. Where you will not save at all on the clock, I think the extra dollars in your pocket will make the average 3hr wait worth it. Maybe. Not sure why they even bother to make reservations. It seemed to be serviced in a (first come first serve) FCFS order.Be sure to read all the black and white noticed on the wall. Some front office staff seem borderline sketchy.

Our windshield got cracked by a rock while we were driving on the highway, so it was in need of repair. I called my favorite bossy shop, bit they didnt do windshield repair, so they recommended this place.If the crack is bigger than the size of a credit card, the crack cant be repaired and the windshield has to be replaced. They can do repairs the same day, but you need an appointment to get it replaced so they can order the glass.They will give you a quote over the phone and it was way cheaper than other places which was really nice.Our experience with their customer service was not good. We made an appointment and when we showed up for it, they decided to tell us they didnt have the glass. They couldnt remember who they ordered it from and they didnt call us ahead of time to tell us they didnt have it. We made a new appointment for a week later. The day before that appointment, they called to tell us they didnt have the glass even though we were told they ordered it. They seem to be very unorganized because when they talked to the person that made the appointment, they had ordered it and did have the glass, but no one wrote it down.When we got there for our appointment, we had to wait 45 minutes for them to start working on it. Im not sure why they do appointments if they dont use them appropriately.The waiting area is not nice. Its not finished and its not a real room, so its fairly exposed to the temperature outside. The bathrooms also werent nice.All in all, they did a good job and the price was good. If you are willing to put up with bad customer service, then I would recommend this place.

Windshield was done well but the cleanup aftermath I got stuck with was a nightmare. I had chips of windshield and dust all over my front seats and dashboard. I had to brush my hands off before I could drive because I had some kind of saw dust texture like stuff all over my steering wheel, drink cup, dashboard, and front seats. My car is 2 weeks old so yes I am upset about the lack of care for my car. The decent thing to do would have been to cover it before beginning the job or vacuum it out.

First and foremost their prices are hands-down the lowest in the area. It is first come first served, but when I let them know I had to make it to pick up some kids… They made sure I got out with plenty of time. They provide a lifetime warranty on workmanship… I noticed that my mirror for my rearview was a little off…They immediately said come on in free of charge we will take care of everything. They have amazing customer service and wonderful workmanship. I recommend you calling a day in advance or a few hours in advance they will make sure they have your part when you will be there. Hopefully I will not need their services again… But I know where I will go should I need it

I was skeptical based on much higher price quotes I received from competitors but went ahead with Auto Glass Now and really glad I did. The service and product was as advertised. My overall experience was positive. The technician and sales lead kept me informed during the process and were very courteous. The only suggestion I have for the team is to consider an outside seating area for those who are waiting on site.

After Safelite calling and canceling my appointment due to the fact that the manufacturer was no longer making the glass (2004 car) I was stuck. I went to a body shop and they told me to call Auto Glass Now. I called around 10:30am, she said come at 2pm and the glass was replaced by 4:30. So happy I was told about Auto Glass Now.

I had my windshield repaired after it got damaged. I first tried another big company, but after waiting on hold to speak with a rep for 30 minutes, I was fed up. I called Auto Glass now and spoke with the front desk with no wait and was able to have my car serviced with little wait.The prices are fair and service waa great! Its been about a year and the windshield repair is still holding up! Highly recommend this company.

I could find no one to help with reattaching my rearview mirror. I tried all all around town and after five months I found Auto Glass Now! Late on a Friday afternoon I go in, the service tech looked at it and fixed that issue but there was more. He diagnosed my other problem that was minor and I avoided a windshield replacement. Needless to say I left with a big smile on my face. The problem was no one could see the smile because I was wearing my mask.

They replaced my rear window glass. Prices are cheap. When I asked whether they accept credit, Kara at the front desk said they do. But when I went to the location, they said there will be a 4% additional charge if I pay by credit card and I didn’t have an choice as I found out that at the time of payment and next to the credit card machine, there is a note. When I asked why they didn’t tell me on phone, another lady Jessica said they don’t want to trouble the customer which I didn’t get it. In addition, they’ve increased the cleaning fee from $5 to $9. I still see lot of glass pieces in my van and when I asked, I should get the detailed car cleaning by a third party. Finally, the guy who actually did the job told me the plastic case cannot be inserted properly. His statement was, once it’s been removed for replacing the glass, he cannot put it back to the original state. Having said that, he was helpful.Overall, their quote on the phone is cheap but there are hidden charges and clearing the glass pieces job is below average. But the guy who replaced the glass is good.I would have given 4 stars had they been transparent especially when I asked them if they take the credit card.

Worst auto glass shop in charlotte. If you Are considering your car glass work there, then be insure it is in hands of highly inexperienced and unprofessional staff. I did my rear driver window glass replace here, after several days keeping my car just for glass replacement they returned my car with horrible workmen-ship, on closing car door it makes loud glass sound and these guys don’t care. Infect when I got my car back my car battery was drained.Either this store is fake auto glass store or whole auto glass chain could be like that. Will never do any business with auto glass in future.In addition, they put black grease marks outside and car interior. Now I need to get fixed my car from some professional and experienced car glass shop.

Had my SUV rear glass replaced with no problems so far. Found some glue residuals left under the door on the inner frame and a couple of scratches which they failed to mention.

I scheduled my appointment the day before and was able to come in early. Price was 3x cheaper than other places in Charlotte. They showed me the glass before installing to ensure it matched the rest of windows. I was in and out within an hour! Very happy with their service!!!!

Shouldve read reviews before giving this place my business. BOTTOM LINE: if insurance is paying or you can afford a better option, do that by all means. I have multiple complaints, so Im not going to waste my time stating other than they scratched my car, and could not calibrate my vehicle properly. There are a couple more complaints I have so avoid if you can. I emailed corporate Monday and received an email stating they would respond within 48 hours. Never did

I made my appointment over the phone. They explained that it might be hard to hold the exact time due to several circumstances that may occur doing the installation. I showed up Friday after Thanksgiving. They were a tad bit understaffed but were able to honor their word. My truck windshield was repaired on time and appears to me that it was installed correctly. I have waited for two years to get my windshield repaired because I had two or three big cracks that ran several inches both up and down from the chip. I would not have waited so long if I knew I could have it replaced in 2 hours and for under 200 dollars. For me I am very satisfied and will use them again. I found them to be busy and there were many people waiting but that is a good sign not a bad one. Plan ahead if you need to so you wont end up blaming them for having to wait a while. Just some friendly advice! Great Job guys... thanks.

My response without calling me, again well we get buzy.Responded ill just give you a poor review, there reaponse yea whatever.You may want to look for other glass companies before making the decision to use the guys. I called for a quote on Thursday morning July 16, 2020. I was quoted 145.00 to replace my passenger side window. I was told the glass would be ready for installation on Friday July 17, 2020 on a first come first serve basis at 8am. I arrived at 8:15am and was told I was number 7 to be serviced and that My vehicle would be fixed today and I would be notified when the work was finished so that I could come pick up my vehicle.I was told the business closes at 6pm and had not received a call by 7:15pm so I called to check on the starus of my vehicle. After hours lady answered the phone and stared that my car had not been worked on at all. So I asked why didnt someone give me a courtesy call to inform me that my vehicle had not been touched or repaired. She stated she was just told to get the keys and pull my vehicle inside the garage. So I asked her when would my car be ready she informed me possibly tomorrow. So I asked if my car would be the first to be worked on in the morning since it had been there for over 12 hours she stared that they only had 3 technicians to come to work today and she had no idea when my car would be ready. I asked could I get a courtesy discount for being inconvenienced and not having my vehicle for another day. She flat out told me in a very disgruntled and disrespectful manner NO!! I felt that was very rude for a after hours person to tell me no and she said all she does is pulls the vehicles in at night and told me that I could come get my vehicle. She was not professional at all!!!!!! She didnt even show any sign of sympathy or an apology to me not being contacted and being inconvenienced. I feel like because I left my vehicle that others that wanted to wait on their vehicle was serviced in front of me. Three technicians was no excuse for my vehicle not getting serviced as I was told it would be when I went in at 8:15am. I was assured that my vehicle would be done today. Customer service is very important to me when I am spending my money with anyone. If I had not called I wouldve never known what the status or issue of my vehicle was. Very unprofessional!!

My mom found this place on Groupon that was doing a deal (still available on Groupon so BEWARE) to replace 3 chips on 1 windshield for $19. Sounded like a GREAT deal but it still hasnt been done by Mr. Craig who keeps promising it will be. This has been going on since May 21st. Last message I sent (June 25th), NO RESPONSE!!Why would anyone wanna do business with someone who will post coupons online, take your money and not show up to do the work? It might not be much but during this time, we need all the money we make.You will also be reported to BBB and Groupon. Hopefully more people see this and go find a different place to get A+ Customer Service because it sure isnt Top Flight aka Auto Glass Now.

Kevin did a great job on my windshield and Christy was very personable and enjoyable to work with. She even gave my kids crayons and paper to color while we waited. I’d give zero stars if they had that on here as an option. Took over three hours to get a windshield put in my truck. Then they tried to over charge me after I signed the paper before the work was done on a total after quote & taxes. On top of it the main woman behind the counter yelled at me for wanting to know why it was taking so long. She was very rude! Horrible & Unprofessional is putting it nicely. I won’t be back. An hour and a half after my appointment time they finally brought my vehicle in the bay. Still waited just over three hours total for it. I have never had a worse experience dealing with caddy unprofessional people. Sadly, I am being nice in this review. There are no words to treat people the way I was treated today.

Im not sure Id use them again. In store you have a long wait. I was quoted one price, but charged a higher amount. Even though I paid cash, I was charged a fee of $9.00 USD for what I assume is a fee for using cash. Unbelievable. While waiting, I heard my car alarm go off, which I thought was odd. As soon as I started my car after windshield installed, my ABS light began to flash. Surely the tech noticed this, but said nothing. The counter person just acted huffy and said no way was it their fault. I just got my car out of the shop two weeks ago. There was nothing wrong with the brakes. It had been checked by an ASE certified mechanic and coils replaced. Nothing was wrong with my brakes. Plus, my rearview mirror bracket was placed too far to the left causing the mirror to hit the visor. Buyer beware.

Excellent service! I called and was told to just come on in. I arrived and they replaced the front and rear weather seals on my 2008 BMW 550i. I was in and out in no time. Very courteous and professional. Thanks so much for getting me all fixed up. Highly recommended.

Called day ahead, first come first serve when I arrived. Technician was friendly and professional. Process takes a solid 90 minutes. Wouldve drove 2 cars and left for breakfast had I thought about that part (Bojangles is just across busy Albermarle Road😜).
