The lady handing me back my keys never thanked me. I figured a $7000 job would at least come with that. I requested an out of state license plate not be mounted to the new bumper, but of course it was. Repairs look great.

Next Phillip the GM inspected my car and wrote it all up. He was very knowledgeable and I feel my car is in excellent hands. They even arranged to get a car rental for me. When I picked up the car William was wonderful and explained a what they did. Great experience and impeccable workmanship.

For body work and other service I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision.A Note of warning, not about Caliber Collision (Caliber did excellent work), but through their affiliate GEICO Auto Repair Xpress with enterprise-rent-a-car that works with Caliber. Enterprise has since filed a claim for damages to their rental vehicle against me. These were scratches to the paint that I had photographed when first receiving the vehicle and that were pointed out by the Enterprise worker that had delivered the vehicle.Since I have photos from when I received the rental I shouldnt have too much of an issue resolving this, but a warning that at worst Enterprise-rent-a-car near this location is predatory and trying to make some extra money from their previously dinged up vehicles and at best their representative simply forgot to note the prior damages to their vehicle on their hand off / walk through inspection.

I had body work done here after an accident. The other car took out the passenger side of my vehicle and I was very worried on how the repairs of my vehicle would go. They had to replace both doors, align my car, and some other repairs. Daniel W was my service advisor and made the process extremely easy. My previous experiences at body shops have not been great and I was hesitant initially. I’m a little more particular than most, I would say. I never felt like my calls to check on the process (and there were many of them) were a nuisance and the communication with updates were great! The staff was very friendly, professional, and warm. I don’t know why I’ve used any other shop in the past, but I truly had an outstanding experience. I would recommend Caliber to anyone that is looking for outstanding work and service!

Had my car fixed here after a fender bender. Found out about them through my insurance company. It took 2 weeks to get the repairs completed. Caliber texted periodically to keep me abreast of the repairs estimate completion date.I picked up my car today and was pleased with the repairs. I was blown away that caliber detailed the inside of my vehicle. I have a toddler so all snacks and juice etc were stuck to the back seat. Caliber made it look it did when I bought it. The car smelled amazing too! I mean they made my 10 year old rubber mats look new! ❤

Highly recommend. Richard Malady did a fantastic job with customer service. He did everything he was supposed to do and more. This includes reviewing the damage on my car, recommending rental options because I did not have rental on my policy at the time of damage, answering my phone calls and answering all my countless questions. He helped me with my car seat and stroller as well because I forgot them in my car. The one thing that surprises me the most is that they washed my car for me. My car was very very dirty and even though it wasnt a full detail, they made my car look presentable.Richard showed me the tests that were ran on the car and explained each one to me because I did not know what every test did. I also got my car back earlier than expected. A week early to be exact. I am sure this is because they were able to get my parts fairly quickly.Overall, the service was fantastic and I will go here again for any needed repairs even though I live farther away now.

Worked on my car after an accident but unfortunately items were missing from inside my vehicle. I was told I’d be reimbursed for them but almost two months later and they just lied. Also found out I wasn’t the only vehicle that had items stolen from them. I would refrain from using this shop for their dishonesty.

They left trim sitting loose and unfitted on the inside passenger rear door and window area. I forced it back in place. There is still a crack in the glass of my rear window. I will have safelight confirm the crack.

Caliber works very closely with my insurance company so it was a one stop shop to get my car repaired. I was able to get my car to them the day after the accident and back within a week. My claims adjuster was there waiting for me along with the car rental person. I was in and out in 20 minutes and back to my day to day with a rental.

Replaced my rear bumper on my vehicle. Did good as far as that. Move my subwoofers speakers and did not placed back in place like they was before.

Highly recommend. If you need body work done on your car in Charlotte, dont go anywhere else but Caliber. They finished up my car in two days and even cleaned the interior to where it was spotless! The staff was very nice and attentive and followed up via phone about the expected wait time! I am exceptionally satisfied with the quality, as well as the customer service.

This location provided excellent customer service and timely communication. Body work was completed and vehicle delivered when promised. Unfortunately there were three specific workmanship errors committed that will require the vehicle to return for additional work - lower door body molding was delaminating from the door leaving a large visible gap, a paint or clearcoat drip or run was visible on the door, and a clearly visible ding on the repaired door was not addressed.

So I had to get my car repaired after a tire on the highway hit the front of my CRV. My insurance gave me a list of places and I ended up choosing this one and am so glad I did. The staff and manager are so nice, knowledgable and professional. They quoted me a week for my car to get fixed but they ended up being able to fix it and have it ready for pick up the next day which I was so happy about! In addition, the enterprise is right now the street, literally a 3 minute walk on the side walk and since they work together, you can drop off your rental at Caliber Collision when you pick up your car, they put it in their system and return it for you. Very pleased with my experience!

Went there to get a quote on repairing my car that was hit. Lady at the front desk was nice but the person who went out to look at my car was not friendly at all, was rude, and never even gave me a price on how much it would be to fix it. I was recommend by two people to go to calliber. Not sure if they went to a different location or if I just had a poor experience but I wont be getting my car fixed there if they cant even have proper customer service.

I, Dameian D. Battle, MBA and Yevette B, MSW, have been long term consumers of the Caliber Collision brand. We have had some terrible experiences with Caliber in the past, which would include all services previous done under Jeenas team located on 1710 Piney Plains Rd in Cary, NC; and all previous services done under Sabas Orellana who originally managed the Fayetteville, NC store located 1509 Skibo rd, keeping our car well over 7 mths to complete. We would like to also add that Sabas Orellana now manages the location on 9248 South Blvd, in Charlotte, NC after leaving the Fayetteville, NC store. We literally had to take our car back to his new location to complete the work that he didnt get finished due to him relocating back to Charlotte to manage his new store. Sabas took almost another 2 months to try to fix what the Fayetteville store messed up. Even though we were in various rentals for 9 months total between his 2 stores, we felt that he devalued our cars worth from all the mistakes that were made. Our car has been worked on well over 11 different times between these two individuals (mostly by Sabas), which caused us to lose faith in the brand when they overpromised and under delivered. Keep reading...it gets better!Moving forward, after our previous incident that we recently filed with Geico on, we decided to give Caliber one more chance; and after some careful prayer and reconsideration, we are truly grateful that we met this amazing team of individuals who take pride working for the Caliber Brand. This is a team take their work extremely serious and dont mind owning up to their mistakes.We have never experienced the red carpet service until we met Phil (Center GM), Daniel Whitehouse (Service Advisor), and Louis (Tech Manager) at the South Blvd location at dropoff on January 28, 2020. They wowed us beyond our imagination to receive; in lamen terms, they went beyond the call of duty to exemplify what true customer service means in every aspect! Lets go deeper! After the immediate intake process, Daniel Whitehouse took time to make sure our vehicle was disassembled correctly. Together, Daniel and Louis were able to notice immediately that something was wrong with my paint job (previously done by Sabas O.) Daniel contacted me immediately shared his overall, combined work experience that there is either a defect in the paint or the paint job was done incorrectly on my entire front end; however, someone shouldve noticed this terrible job before your car was released to you previously.Daniel and Louis took some time to investigate previous invoices of work that was completed under Sabas O. and after discovering that the previous work was under warranty, they could get it warrantied out and not charged to my insurance in the new claim. Keep in mind, I filed a claim for an issue that damaged my front end and didnt have anything to do with what Daniel and Louis discovered. He couldve easily worked it all in to my new claim, however, his level of integrity showed with no equivocations.Lets go deeper! After trying to replace my front end with after market parts, Daniel and Louis realized that it wouldnt work for our car, so they personally called us to make us aware that they would have to order OEM parts so that their work would be satisfying along with a great presentation of quality. They treated our car as if it was their own, which is rare in this industry.If you have never had your car fixed at a Collision center, mistakes can happen. Give yourself room and the willingness to accept if something goes wrong. When it came close to finishing our car, a tow truck scratched our car while they were finalizing the final product. Finally, after Daniel and Louis told us, we reassured them that it was ok and cared about getting it fixed. We could not have asked for a better team to work with. I am so happy that I found Select Imports! The team is great. They were patient and thorough in explaining to me what repairs my car needed and what our options were. They were also transparent about getting our car fixed up in the most cost-effective way. Thats hard to find.They fixed my car within the day -- when I expected it to take several.And their location is close enough to the light rail line that I could drop the car off in the morning and then take the train into uptown for work.Highly recommended.

Incredible experience working with them. First and foremost, the work they did on our vehicle was flawless- looks like new!They also have incredible customer service. I went back with an issue I mistakenly associated with their work (a small rattle in the rear door). Although the issue had nothing to do with their repair work, they took the time to find the issue and repair it (door panel was a little loose). During the ride along the rattling issue wasnt present. Instead of dismissing it and saying nothing was wrong, Lloyd still took the time to diagnose and fix it.I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle here for any repair work needed.

Excellent service! This is the first time I have used Select Import, even though I had been referred dozens of times. We had an emergency with my girlfriends car and the battery/alternator. The entire staff was helpful, they finished the job in a timely manner and the prices were affordable. I highly recommend them for any auto service, and will definitely go back!!

I feel known here. I dropped off the car for an oil change a few weeks ago and the owner started chatting about the first time Id been there, about three years earlier. He knew the history of my car and knew my goals (keep it running for another 100k miles). These folks will keep getting my business. Being able to take the LYNX train into town is a nice plus.

I recently did a survey online and I had express how I felt like my car didnt ride the same and it was making a noise that I havent heard until I had some work done to it at Caliber Collison. Well the next day I received a phone call from Phillip who was very pleasant and ask me to bring the car in so he could ride with me so he can figure what the problem was. I had my car towed here after a minor accident. I didnt like how they do busy. First, I was told my car is not worth fixing although he admitted he didnt really look at it yet. Then when he supposely looked at the car he said it will cost close to $7,000. I was able to get the work done for $4000.

Terrific customer service and very trustworthy.7 years ago, I had a 96 Accord. I was having issues and neither Honda dealership in Charlotte could locate the problem. I took my car to Select Import and they fixed it in one day. Since then I have never been let down. The customer service is great and they are very trustworthy. The pricing is very reasonable and much cheaper than the dealership.To be honest, the next car I buy will most likely be dependent upon whether or not Select Import is able to service it because I dont think ill be able to find a better mechanic than Select Import.

I’m usually leery of auto mechanics, they’re right up there with sly used car salesmen but my recent visit to Select Imports was a pleasant surprise. I had taken my car to the Honda dealership in September complaining about a scrubbing noise, but they claimed they were unable to find anything. Although that was music to my ears that day the persistent noise began to bother me as much as a screeching violin. My cousin recommended that I visit Select Imports; she had taken her vehicle there for years. I pulled in right at lunch time and explained my problem. They told me that they would take care of it. Sure enough I was in and out of there in no time riding like new. Select Imports just earned themselves a new faithful client! They will definitely help me keep my 2009 Honda Civic running like new! I had a blinker light out, and bought the new bulb at NAPA, but didnt know how to switch it. I showed up at Caliber Collision after 6pm without an appointment or calling ahead to ask if they could help me put the new bulb in. When I showed up, one of the technicians stopped what he was working on to help me without any question, and switched the bulb for me and even showed me how to do it for next time. Amazing customer service.

The car had a couple of minor problems so it was taken to caliber to be fixed. When I got the car back my passenger side door was broken and pieces were missing from the door. Which was working when the car was dropped off.

From the minute I walked in the door, EVERYONE made me feel at home. With all of the other auto places I have been to, espeically being a woman, Select Import Auto is welcoming, detailed and professional. I have and will continue to recommend their services to all of my friends and family, espically females.
