Master Auto Collision did a fantastic job with all the body work I needed done after my truck was in an accident. They were very friendly and easy to work with, and most importantly the work was of high quality. One of the best parts of my experience with Masters was their teams timely updates and response to my questions. I highly recommend them to anyone in Charlotte who is in need of a reliable and quality auto collision center.

Jessica was great! She kept me updated about the vehicle Very upbeat and personable! Very responsive with any questions i asked her and she made sure that i had the best experience. Highly recommended!The car came back awesome. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They even gave me a ride to the car rental at an inconvenient time. Eddie was very helpful in calling in questions about a rental car issue. I would not hesitate to go back but hopefully i wont have to!

I don’t know where to begin let’s just say I had a phenomenal experience with this company and I’ve had some great experiences because I’ve owned atleast 6 cars. I was in an auto wreck nearly two months ago and I could not get back to my car due to traveling for work and making up time missed the representative I dealt with his name was Brandon not only did my car sit for way beyond time for me to pick it up but he was very kind, compassionate and he worked with me during those rough weeks. My car was the same way I left it when I picked it up nothing was missing he even made sure my car was cleaned I would definitely come back. And I gave this company 5 stars because he did not have to help me as long and as patiently as he did those are the type of services that are unexpected and appreciated.

This shop was more than helpful and professional. They went over and beyond to make sure this process was done in a timely fashion and the work completed was great. Would recommend them for repairs again.

Terrible ownership. This is not the place to take your car if you had an accident. These crooks charged me over $800 in an attempt to price-gouge to make some money after I had my vehicle moved. I am a business owner, Social Worker and community activist and they scam they pulled on me will prevent them from prospering. Use Civil Court folks.

First of all these people contacted me they ran me down to fix my car they fixed my car and they have fix my car when I tried to call back to bring my car back they always say we close at 4o’clock OK I work Monday through Friday and I don’t get off until 4 o’clock they did not try to accommodate me and when I did bring my car back years later after having to lifetime warranty they accuse me of hitting something and damaging the car myself I will never go back to this business and I will tell everyone not to go there!

Started work on my car without telling me how much it would be. Spend over 300 on work on a bumper that I express that I did not want touch nor fix. I wanted to use the money to fix other parts of my car which was express from the start. I wanted to use the money to fix a part on my engine. They had there people come to look at my engine. After I told them what I believe it was they told me it wasnt. Umm ok so what wrong? They told me we dont know we have to do a Diagnostics to find out. Now you tell me how can you rule out one thing without doing a diagnostics on it?? The person they had look at the car dont even work there they called in a guy to come look at it. I would stay away at all cost. I could get a bumper and painted for less than 200 but they spent over 200 fixing my current one which I express from day one I did not want fix. Sounds like a scam

Was ok. Its been 7 years & my 2014 Kia Soul still didnt get the mud flaps replaced. Wish Id taken to Kia & paid full deductible instead of skimping on a few dollars, but ya live & learn. Being order, wiser, & having more money helps.

I do not live in NC. Unfortunately i was involved in a collision on the interstate in Charlotte. The next day, I got a text message from this company asking to repair my vehicle. I did not contact them, I did not give them my phone number, i dont live in NC so obviously am not returning there to have repairs done. This is an absolute nuisance.
