We were recommended to McClure for body work on the hood and door of our Ram 1500 pick-up. One incident was part of an insurance claim and the other was private pay. They were so helpful when we brought the truck in for the estimate, got us scheduled for work, and were great about communicating with us and our insurance company once we brought the truck in. The repair was done flawlessly and the truck looks as good as new. We would definitely use them again and recommend them for body work!

Their work exceeded expectations and the final price came in under the original estimate. Im rating McClure a 5 star just off the customer service alone. I had an issue concerning bodywork and rust completed by another provider. Although McClure did not complete this type of work they were able to to take a look and give me advice on my next steps concerning work needed. After further review the manager Mason was able secure the issue I was having. I appreciate the shop taking their time to assist me even without having an appointment. The receptionist along with the manager both went out their way to make sure I was helped in all aspects. Thank you again McClure!

My BMW needed a repaint on the entire front bumper cover and some other minor finish issues corrected. I brought the car into McClure for an estimate and Andrew took a look at the car and gave me an estimate which I considered very fair for what needed to be done. The work was scheduled and before I brought the car in I emailed Andrew some additional information on some parts I wanted replaced on the front end as part of this work. Andrew responded promptly and assured me he would order the parts now so they would be on hand when the car was brought in. I took the car in on a Monday and Andrew had the parts ready and assured me the car would be ready by Friday that week. I am a VERY meticulous person especially with my cars and I can tell that the work McClure did on my BMW was excellent. The paint match was outstanding and all of my issues were fixed . The work was done on Thursday, a day early, and I am extremely satisfied. This is a family owned local business that truly deserves your business. Honestly the best service I’ve had with any car repair shop ever- I originally took my car to AAA South Blvd with a cracked from bumper and broken DRL and was charged $300 for a false promise of service and they essentially just changed a bulb that stopped working a month later. Andrew helped me figure out exactly what was wrong and went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything fixed for the best value (the entire bumper and light repair cost $100 less than AAA charged for just the DRL). He went out of the way to find the part I needed for the best cost and everything was done in a matter of hours. They even cleaned my car afterwards which was much appreciated (AAA even left paint dings in the front). If you want the best value and service in Charlotte, definitely go here.

Wow, what can I say about McClure Collision Center, LLC except for -- AMAZING.I had an encounter with a deer in my 2019 MB GLC 300 with damage to the driver side of my vehicle. After having it towed to McClure, conversations with Charlie, who may I add, is phenomenal, and about 2-3 weeks, my car was as good as new. Friendly and easy to work with - my VW needed work after a small accident in which someone crashed into my front left wheel well/quarter panel Now it looks brand new. The shop guarantees their work with a warranty.Only downside is that the shop is real easy to because the sign is low. I recommend getting there from the north/uptown so that you can make a right turn into parking lot vs coming up from Pineville area, which would require you to make a left across traffic on South. (I totally sound like my Dad right now)
