I wouldnt even give this place a one. So if I could rate it a zero I would. This place is rude as hell. They harass you all day and night for a payment thats only two days late. They send someone to your HOUSE to bang on the door for an hour to tell you to pay. They are annoying as hell and rude. Dont Do business with them.
Unprofessional! I was told that i need to verify information to rent, i completed every step, All the information was sent out to rent-a-center within hours and was told to wait for the store GM (Anna) to get back in touch with me. I received a call yesterday (3/27/20), i was told to setup the auto draft and make my first payment as normal. An email was sent out confirming my purchase. Today (3/28/20), I called to check if the two TVs needed to be picked up, i was made aware that i was declined and was not approved after i made payments and waited for the merchandise to be ready for weeks. Very misleading and Will not be recommending to friends and family. I was told one thing and the employees verified it and then reneged from the agreement. i was a previous customer and if that is how a company treats their valued customers, i rather not buy from them.-Upset Consumer.
Don’t waste your time, because they will definitely waste yours! applied for a TV bundles TWO weeks ago (due to recent events the delivery process was delayed) I made a payment and scheduled delivery, and before coming to pick up my products I was notified at the last minute that I wasn’t approved. They called ME two weeks after this long drawn one it process to finally schedule this pickup and took a payment ! Rent A Center is unprofessional and is a huge waste of time. Be careful because they might say you’re approved and take your money all to decline you before delivery. just buy your products from best buy, target, etc. this is the worst place ever!

I purchased a 55 curved Samsung tv mid last year. I had some hard times so they picked the tv up in June or July. I was $250 shy of owning it. I came back a month or so later to get the TV back. I paid my fee and the TV came 4 days later the same tv. At delivery I noticed it had a crack on the casing top left. This was new as they told ne they rented it ot for a party and thats why I couldnt pick it up the same day I paid. Nonetheless the mgr Matt ssid hed get a new one out to me before I paid it off. Well I paid it off and they bring a new tv out but the base is broken so the rep Dario takes the original tv to change the base to the new one. He cracks both screens. Its been 7 days and I still dont have my tv or a loaner but mind you I paid off a tv. How do I recoup the lost? The store was trying to first give me the cheapest not effective tv. Then they said well loan it to you until we get a Samsung. Then they charged it onto my account and I said im not paying for another TV. They were supposed to bring a loaner yesterday noone showed up. I am 5 mins from calling the police to report personal property damage. I need someone from corporate to call me. Seekng lawyers advice Tuesday for sure.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 100 ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION! This location is full of it! When I came to do business with this location I specifically asked for everything I requested to be brand NEW. Now I do understand that this is a rental company but if I asked for something and I was told I will receive it then that is what I will expect (BRAND NEW TV and a living room set). So when the merchandise was delivered the living room set was brand new but the TV was clearly used so was the remote (cracks, crumbs, and scratches). Because I was not satisfied (as they stated they will come out to service) they will replace the merchandise; again I requested everything to be brand new. The manager Rashad stated they didnt have a brand new TV in stock. I WAS NOT ADVISED OF THAT! I shouldve been notified. So we discussed we will set a date for the TV ONLY to get picked up. They went to my home to pick the TV up but also the furniture. My only dilemma is if they could not provide me with a BRAND NEW TV as requested then communicate that; ALSO DO NOT go against the agreement that we signed (if I was not satisfied they will come out to service as I requested). When I contacted Rashad I questioned why was it that he was sending people to my home without an agreed date and time and why he trying to have the furniture removed from my home with out my permission and I paid. He states because he had to deal with me going back and fourth; LAST TIME I CHECKED IT WAS BECAUSE HE DIDNT COMMUNICATE WITH ME ABOUT THEM NOT HAVING A BRAND NEW TV THAT I REQUESTED BEFORE SIGNING AN AGREEMENT! Now granted he did say i can get my money back but why?when Im agreeing to make payments as scheduled. Sad Sad excuse to want the furniture back: all because I didnt want a used TV that will cost me $1700 + lol...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IF YOU COMPLAIN RIGHTFULLY ABOUT SERVICES YOU WAS PROMISED AND YOURE NOT SATISFIED EVEN THOUGH YOURE WILLING TO PAY THEY WILL TRY TO GET THEIR MERCHANDISE. They can NOT and WILL NOT live up to their end of the bargain. All of this avoidable non-sense because I called them and had them come out because they could not fulfill my request let alone have that open communication about what they have in stock and what can be provided. AGAIN DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIS LOCATION. THE COMPANY IS OK BUT NOT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rent a center tries to get over on you I dont recommend leasing with them, when they deliver the furniture they dont bring the correct bed fittings, they didnt put my sectional together, kept screwing with my account one minute me and and my husband on the same account next we on sepertate account owe two different bills I dont like it, plus call the house all types of hours. Get it together rent a center
Poor quality furniture, paid off furniture and they still charge me $7 every month for insurance, store manager cannot stop this only way is to use a web service that is conveniently down for maintenance.
Terrible!! I bought a table and bed and within one month it was falling apart. Manager Mark will do nothing but lie to you especially when it comes to your agreement. Never again!!
Sofia was exceptionally pleasant ant knowledgeable she quickly assessed my need made recommendations and gave me options.She then ga e me a great deal on the items i needed which allowed me to get a bluetooth speaker which i wanted but didnt think i could afford she was just great im so happy.
