Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Good prices. Bought a dryer that when brought home didnt work it was an open box so its understandable, it happens sometimes. They were extremely helpful in getting us a new working dryer and upgraded us to a nicer model for the inconvenience (didnt even ask was just offered) dryer worked like a charm. Great experience! Alex was very honest and helpful, and he helped us choose both a stove and a dishwasher. Their products are considered “dent and scratch” but everything was still in great shape and good quality, for an even better price. We were able to purchase an appliance for $500 that sells in stores for normally $950, and it looks perfect! Will be going back for a new fridge in the future.

I was able to find a good price on a new out of box refrigerator for delivery in three days. Delivery charges were reasonable and included haul away of the old appliance and install of the new one. If all goes well I will be using this company again for future purchases.Natalie was very helpful and even helped me find a refrigerator that was even less expensive than the first one I was looking. Easy to work with, would recommend.

Items listed on the website aren’t available in store. I called Hickory and was told it was in Charlotte. I arrived in Charlotte it wasn’t there. I payed to apply for there no credit financing and was denied, but was offered to pay more money for another credit app which I denied. They still had an ok selection, I’m happy with the one I selected, it was delivered yesterday(waited the entire day) I did have to call them for an update. Delivery and installation was very quick.

So glad I stopped here. Prices are really good. Products are great. Fast and easy approval. Customer service was great. I was in and out in no time with my purchase. Would definitely recommend!!

I just recently purchased a GE French Door Fridge. I got a price that was $1,000 less than all other competitors in the area and it was brand new. Love the purchase and got the fridge the next day. I have never been so disappointed while trying to help fledgling business in my life my wife and I went there to buy a stove and refrigerator this refrigerator was dented and we were promised that we could get another from the warehouse but that fell through and not only that the stove that we had ordered was not the one that was delivered apparently the one that we had ordered had an air fryer that must have been mislabeled so rather than let us know this they just delivered another stove in its place and tried to tell us that we made the mistake I would never shop there again and anybody that I know I will tell them not to shop there

Fantastic experience. I just relocated to Charlotte from another state and needed W/D. Looked around the city at several different places and Bargain Basement was the lowest of all on price. Delivery was quick.After delivery, there was an issue with the washer. It would not spin and drain. We contacted BB and they immediately sent out a new washer and replaced the defective one.Ill definitely be using Bargain Basement again.
