Great location close to the highway. However it is not close to the interstate access area. There are also some other types of stores and businesses located in and around the area.

It was great. Pretty quiet. It’s easy to look around and shop. It’s always clean. Usually has what I’m looking for.

The view from the upper deck at the Salty Dog Cafe was nice. Loved our server Lizzy and the food/craft beer.

I ordered a cake on the phone. The person who helped me was so patient and helpful. Also, the cake was delicious. The cashier was exception, too. I will certainly go back to this Publix when Im in Charleston.

Publix is by far the best grocery store. The staff are super helpful here also got the best food around. Ive never gotten any vegetables or fruit from them that is rotten. Very clean locations and theyve got Great Subs they make in house.

I went to the Mexican restaurant, Rio Chico that day. The service that I get there is top notch! The food is superb! The restaurant is very clean! The prices on their food are unbeatable!! I love this place!!

Its a great store it stays open the latest around my house!! And service is great!! And they have real sushi!!

Merchant Village is a shopping area that has a good selection of stores and is very easy to get in from downtown Charleston and James Island. Well maintained parking areas too.

Got my Flu shoot. No worries. In and out i had an appt. Quick and easy. Even got a 10 dollar gift card.

Merchants Village on Folly Road on James Island is a well managed and maintained shopping center that has a variety of different shops and tenants. I like the location and the ease of access in and out from all sides. I enjoy shopping here and all the options available.

The entire staff is wonderful! They have a great bedside manner, and are very reassuring. They rose to the challenge of calming my fears. I am the scariest person I know and I was totally afraid of the upcoming procedure. He is an excellent doctor! He sat down with me first and explained what to expect and reassured me it would be quick and painless. Thank you so much for seeing me as quickly as you did in spite of the pandemic. A million thank yous to the staff for putting up with my lack of willingness, and calming my fears. Thank you Dr. Lowry King for keeping your word- painless.

Great sub from Bakery

I am 8.5 mths pregnant, which means I am just very irritable.I had to order a special cake for my daughters 1st b-day.Jason, the bakeries cake decorator was the best!He took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Made sure to repeat the order and offered some solutions to my complicated order.I cant believe I went to HarrisTeeter first looking for this quality in customer service.

The deli here is beyond amazing! They are so friendly and the food is great! I cant say enough good things about this place. I hope they take care of their employees, because their employees are amazing and make my kid smile every time we come in there.

I had ordered a meal for 24 people. I was in a rush and it was about to rain really bad outside so I just asked is that all and was told yes it was. Unfortunately they did not provide me with the two gallons of iced tea come out the 24 Hawaiian rolls or the sweet coleslaw that I had ordered from the deli. Unfortunately I did not notice the missing things until I was setting up at the church. My first experience with Publix which was bad or should I say not so good

Very nice shops with a huge Publix grocery store. You have several banks right in there and many bistro styled restaurants. A good place to stop and get everything you need for a great day. Dont forget the sunscreen, the sun is always strong even when you may not feel it. God Bless!

Friendly staff, convenient pharmacy and pharmacy staff always helpful with any questions you may have about your Rx. Grocery items have a good selection and prices are reasonable. We like shopping on Wednesdays and receive senior discount on total grocery order.

Friendly staff and management. They really took care of me in the deli. I have celiac disease, an autoimmune disorder, and they gave me a nice sud in a container to accommodate my needs.

This particular Publics is ALWAYS a winner in my book!!! The restaurants are great also. You have a wonderful variety that will meet the demands of any appetite.

My favorite place for deli meats in the low country. Very good fresh bread, I really enjoy their Cuban loaf.

When my daughter had a seizure while shopping, the staff was very helpful. When I came back to the store later that night, they had purchased our groceries for us and had the bagged and ready to go.

What a great Publix. They have bathrooms, easy mac, a deli counter and just about everything else one might expect from a grocery store.

Lovely trip with my wife and son. We really enjoyed the train & lights! Will definitely make another trip next year .

Its service is wonderful the only problem I have sometimes theres no one on the floor to help me find things other than that the produce is good then lead is good no problems

I took a lady I know doesnt have a car, so I took her to run some errands. She went to this Publix and the Hallmark store. It was very convenient location and easy parking. The stores were very clean and the staff was very helpful.

The location of the store is excellent. The associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Associates usual very friendly, courteous, and always go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with everything from the products to the service.

For the prices, I expect prettier produce and decent baked goods. There are a few items that I cant get elsewhere. A few.

Besides Publix there is tasty Chinese take out from Tokyo Express. The restaurant is always clean, the food is always hot & freshly made. 😋 food ready in 10 minutes. Menu has an enormous selection of favorites. Plenty of great appetizers selections for the picky eaters of the group.

I LOVE ALL PUBLIX!! But, why do you keep running out of chicken if you know its a big seller, esp on the weekends? Its not fair for me to have to wait 30 mins to a hr for 4 whole wings (provided Im in a store that wont make me buy a whole chicken for whole wings). That needs to be rethought.

A good variety of stores. Obrions is the best place to hear Mac Calhoun play music.

Even tho other stores are closer to my house I will drive a little further for the freshness and the GREAT, PLEASANT people who work there.

Associate there Sydney was very kind and informative about specials and where we could find a few items on our list. Great store, better people.
