Quality has suffered in last 6 months or so..rotting meat,molding produce.went in today and was appalled and the food you were selling should have been in trash.. Im done with you...Sad!!!Not sure why Charleston, Illinois ruler foods cant get it together....back to Walmart for me.

Ruler has top quality item at a lower cost than any other place in town. I very rarely shop anywhere else.

This place is great for some items like milk and eggs. Some of there items are extremely cheap while others are comparable to other grocery stores. Be advised that if you go here you have to use a quarter to get a cart. You will have to bag your own groceries, and you pay for the bags so its better to bring your own. Inside the store is set up more like a warehouse then a grocery store. Ruler states all these measures are to save them money, and the savings are passed to the consumer.

Love this store! Very good prices for most groceries I need. Kroger store brands are as good or better than name-brand items in most cases.

I have always loved Kroger store and their food and products and then I can go two rulers and get the same thing only sometimes much cheaper to me its worth the trip

I started shopping Ruler Stores the St Louis area and have always had great service and quality there. This store has continued the excellent experience I have with Ruler.

They have some items that are very good! Lower prices make it worth going back for certain items.

Low budget krogerz great if you are from the neighborhood

Its all good, except for the blonde assistant manager and the dark haired mgr. They have affordable, food and one of the hardest working cashiers, Clara.
