Friendly and very helpful staff. Very good with senior citizens. Just like the old country store my maw shopped at.

This store doesn’t rotate any sections but it has a very nasty candy section has mouse droppings & a lot of out of date candy. I wouldn’t shop here because of the issues with cleanliness & out of date products. If they cleaned more often & rotated products would be a better store.

They have really good sales in their meat and it is good quality. But if not on sale everything else they sale tends to be a lot more expensive than other grocery stores in the area.

Great customer service and they have truly been a blessing during these uncertain times. Thank you! Single moms like me appreciate it. This summer they had kids summer items and other thing for good prices. They always have something for my kids that is affordable while shopping on a budget.

First time Ive been in the store and the only time either myself or husband was spoken to was when the guy at the register told the total owed. They did have some bulk items. A couple of stuff for a good price.

Best meat department in KC. The staff are friendly. Open late for that last min thing you forgot for the dinner with family that you should have had everything for already. Easily pay utility bills, grab/exchange propane tanks for that family dinner..., rent movies from the kiosk out front 24/7. Perfect Pig pen without the mess! Go for a role...

Been a long time shopper of Piggly Wiggly, was not as impressed with this particular store (Kanawha City), just okay.The variety of goods is low, with the decor and lighting in need of some updates.Surprised, because this store has same owner as the one on Bigley Ave, yet the BA store is much better, with shinier floors, brighter lighting, bigger deli, a nice greeting card section, and larger produce and frozen foods sections.This has actually turned into a double review for the KC Piggly Wiggly, and the BA Piggly Wiggly!The BA store deserves 4.5 stars, and this KC store only 3 stars, IMO.

Filthy store inside and out. Prices so high I thought they were joking. Staff very rude and condescending!!!

Good price on Cornish hens. Krogers $5.95, KCPW $3.95. Looked for white chocolate raspberry coffee sweetener at Spring St. store last week and they were out. Hope that store reorders. Only store in my area to carry this product.

I just pay my water bill there and sometimes I will buy produce and sale items but the store is old, the deli is dirty and nasty and this comes from current and former employees! ...I dont see how it gets great inspection scores! ...oh yes. I do!

Kanawha City Piggly Wiggly is ok. The bargains are awesome. Its a little but tight along the isles. But its ok for what it is. 10 times better than Save-A-Lot.

Awful just awful place

Could have been better. Freezer section hadnt been taken care of in a while. There were ice cycles hanging from shelves. The self checkout was very loose and was hard to finalize my purchase.

The prices are too expensive. The store is clean and has a large selection of items to choose from. They are very convenient for paying bills. Parking lot is good and my kids love when the pig is standing outside advertising. They make me stop there.

I have never had a bad experience here. It isnt s superstore-sized store, but its very well stocked. Big plus? Angelos Italian sausages. What a great local product!

Love the easy to find items, easy parking thats not jam packed and isnt a long walk to the store. Only thing I dont like is the first isle you go down where there is produce, bread and multicultural food items....it just needs cleaned up and rearranged. Ive never been there and it not have a mess of things that need put away that are sitting in buggies or wherever

This Piggly Wiggly seems to have less and charge more then the Piggly Wiggly at Biggly Ave. You cant find particular items you are looking for here because when we stop by they are usually out of them. We bought several items marked 4/$5 and each one scanned came out $1.50...nothing off at the end! We said shouldnt that been $1.25 a piece? We were told it would be totaled different when each 5 were rung. I still dont see that reflected on my receipt! Other than that...We just stick to Bigley Avenue. We just thought we would stop in since we were coming from the upper end going home. We use to shop there late all the time when they stayed open all night! We use to enjoy talking to the lady and others who worked there then. We miss the convenience of being able to go when we need something at 1-2am in the morning. Have to go all the way to South Charleston Krogers now for that! 8 miles away!

The only reason for 3 stars is because its always convenient to stop here and pick up 1 or 2 things because its always convenient ot crowded. The prices have gotten out of hand since the Foodland switch over. You all need to start winning your customers back or i foresee a shutdown in your future.
