My wife and I were enticed to enter Resveralife for her to sample some eye cream. The cream actually made a dramatic difference. After we agreed to purchase the cream for over $300, we were convinced to allow her to receive a free facial, being told it would take 5 minutes. After an hour, she was told by the salesperson, Yovella, that she would give us a $30% discount if she could be one of there 3 models, so we spent an extra $2,300 for the facial kit. We were to be sent 5 items within 5 days, as we had flown in and did not have room to bring more liquids. Yovella was also to call my wife with instructions on how to use the product. We never received a call, nor the products. I have attempted to contact the merchant and could not even elicit a response. I filed a BBB complaint to no avail. I spoke with the manufacturer of Resveralife, and was told that it was not their problem. My next step is the headache of filing a small claims lawsuit. Sad thing is we were actually excited to receive the product. Buyer beware!

This place is an absolute sham! They lure you in from the street with some sort of product, prey on your aesthetic weakness(es), and somehow convince you to purchase a package deal. Be prepared for your credit card to be charge multiple times for the same product. Also be prepared for the product NOT actually working. DO NOT go here! You WILL get scammed!

I was mind blown by the aggressive sales tactics of the employees here. I was trying to enjoy a shopping day down King street and was lured into the store with soap samples. The lady working told me I should buy this 995$ eye cream for 200 etc. to prevent aging (I am 23). She told me I looked so much better with the eye cream (which did nothing). This place is a scam do not go here!!! Seems very shady....

Really great space and relaxing facial. They do a good job with the extractions and dont try to force products on you, which I really appreciate and keeps the experience relaxing. They book up pretty far in advance so call ahead! Its one day later and my face feels amazing, better than it has in a really long time!

I bought my mother some skin products and shes been having problems with skin for a while now with skin and now, she is a faithful consumer here at Resveralife. She found herself radiating with beautiful skin now. Im so happy I found this for her. From her birthday to now, shes so thankful for Resveralife. I honestly recommend it for everyone to get the natural organic products from Resveralife. Also I recommend John for best customer service.

Not going to lie, I was nervous about getting a facial from an unknown place. The 5 star reviews made it a little more reassuring about coming in. When I came in, the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. I had my facial with Sahar and amazing is an understatement. I was very relaxed; it felt like I was in a spa! Definitely an upgrade from my usual place. Trust me, the price is so good compared to a traditional spa in downtown. Definitely will come back!

I have never actually gone in this place but I work in the area and find their aggressive street presence to be annoying. Today I walked by and one of the workers had her mask below her chin not covering her nose or mouth while forcefully shoving samples at people.

They lured us into the store with soap samples my wife stopped for. They got her to sit in a chair and gave her eye cream. The gal said it was $150 and I said let’s just get it and go. The sales girl charged me $435 and I didn’t realize until after I signed it. I asked to return the product, and they said they couldn’t because they need the manager to. Asked me to come back in an hour. I came back, and waited for the manager for a long time. When she finally became available, she listened to me, and said I signed the receipt, and it states the product is not refundable, and I left the store. I got scammed, not to mention that they became aggressive when I decided to return the product. I’m going after this one. I’ll take my lumps, but they were dishonest, and trained to be. So wrong.

Buyer beware - if you see them beckon you over, ignore their words and keep on walking!! Unless you enjoy getting scammed out of oodles of dollars, would not recommend.

The rest of the store staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their products as well! Theyre always willing to help with questions and look for stock when I call. After using their products I feel happy to see myself. Really very good products. Highly recommend.

Love this place! Ive gotten facials all around the city. John at Resveralife offer a very very reasonably priced no-nonsense facial. I like that its light on products and they pay more attention to extraction, which is ultimately what makes the biggest difference (especially if you have acne prone skin). John gave great advice thats been helping me get my skincare issues under control.

Resveralife offers one of a kind expert advice when it comes to skin care products according to your skin type... My sister visited their counter here on Charleston and to my surprise after using their products her facial problems were properly solved... I go to Sahar for my facial & she is just absolutely amazing! Sweet & shes gorgeous inside & out & we always have positive things to chat about. She also did my bikini waxing & shes quick & painless! love love love her!

The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and I love that they offer tips and tricks from their own personal repertoire. They really do have great advice and dont try to push expensive product at you, but instead show you what would best suit your needs. I really appreciate that because Im not as savvy as I should be with cosmetics, so Id be likely to spend on something expensive and completely wrong for my own needs.

The skincare here is unbelievable! I have been using the cleanser for only a short while and already the results were there. The products are guaranteed to produce results and for men it’s perfect. I would recommend anyone self conscious about their looks to come in and just give Resveralife a try !

My first experience at Resveralife was absolutely wonderful. I had my Signature Facial with Sahar who is amazing. I love the length of their facials. I was so relaxed and even feel asleep during it! The foot massage was a nice touch too! I loved how dewy and glowing my complexion was immediately afterwards. I will definitely be back and look forward to trying their other services!

My face feels great during and after using their products. I get complements on my skin even though Im not wearing any makeup. Highly recommend.

Ive been looking for a place to go for a relaxing facial and Ive finally found the place! Im so excited. Sahar did an amazing job with my skin and making me feel relaxed. I defiantly felt like the service was a great value and plan on going quarterly. I also bought the exfoliator scrub they sell and LOVE it. Bait and switch type sales tactics that you would find in a mall. I knew the entire script before I walked in but I decided to let them give me the shpeel. They lowered the price 3 times on a so called $600 bottle of eye serum in a desperate attempt to get me to purchase. When I told them I needed to consider and would come back if interested one sales girl threw the box with product in it back in a basket. Like a fit from a child being told no. Stay away unless you just enjoy getting schmoozed and ripped off simultaneously.

Sahar is the best! Shes basically the only person I trust with my eyebrows. Ever since I started going to Sahar, over a year ago, my brows are fuller, thicker and my shape seriously gives me life! (People are constantly asking me if my eyebrows are micro bladed). Moving on to facials, I try to get a facial once every other month. I absolutely swear by this place, products and staff! Their moisturizer (pricey) but a game changer. My skin is always left refreshed, not greasy looking and flawless, perfect for use all year long. Leo their nutritionist is a god sent as well! I was having a few skin issues and Leo took the time to get to the root of the issue. Emailed me to check in and answered questions and concerns. Over all, Id give this place 10 stars if I could!

Highly disappointed with this establishment. I was visiting Charleston with 2 friends and was taunted to enter the store. Long story short they sold us a tube of eye cream (really looked amazing at first) for $350.00 each, first saying it was $700.00! The tube would last a year for each of us. Well it had t even been a month, I e used it twice and my tube is empty 😡. Try to call the number and it’s a cellphone with a full mailbox. Scammers at their best.....run and avoid this place!

I was walking down the street when I passed this store and there were two male employees out front selling something and they decided that it was okay to start harassing me. For example they said “you dropped something” so I walked back towards them to see what I dropped. They continued to say “you dropped a key. You dropped a key.” And when I got close enough they said “you dropped the key to my heart.” I find this absolutely disgusting that two grown men working thought it would be okay to harass a teenager. It’s unfortunate that your employees are feeding into the problem of young women not being comfortable to walk down the street in fear of being harassed. I will never come into your store because of this situation and y’all should feel ashamed to have employees that act like this.

I had a most horrible experience in your salon in Charleston, SC. The only reason I went inside the shop was because I was asked to try the soap sample on the street. So I did go in and was willing to purchase two soaps. However the shop assistant was insisting that I should try an anti aging cream (I am barely 30 years old and very young looking) for my eyes, and then she kept intimidating me and my friend, whom she decided to make the “judge” of the situation (?!), and tried to pursuade us that I looked horrible when I walked in, but after the cream I look fine. She didn’t stop at that at continued to aggressively try to push me into buying the very expensive cream, as she was was dropping the price from $1000 to $350, and then to $200 (which makes no sense at all!). Me and my friend were really embarrassed and humiliated by this service, and therefore I had to tell all my friends in the area to NEVER go into this store because we felt completely trapped with no chance to escape. Absolutely horrendous. and definitely the worst shopping experience in my entire life. It’s especially unfortunate because we did like the soaps and got a couple of them, which was the main reason why we came to the store. Please replace your staff at the Charleston, SC salon because it will most definitely scare many people away.

This place is a hidden gem. Ive never had a facial place this relaxing. I went here a couple times back in fall 2016. I dont know why it took me this long to write a review. Probably because I would compare other facial place I go to with Resveralife, but their location is so far away from where I go to school; I cant get a monthly facial here. I really like how they give complimentary foot rubs and warm mittens. Sahar was very nice too and recommended me products that would be good for my skin. I usually dont like when esthetician hard sell their products, but I really like their toner and Sahar wasnt pushy. Overall it was a positive experience I think I will definitely revisit when I go to SC.

The salespeople lure you into the store by giving you soap samples and telling you they’ll wrap it for you. Then they say it will take 90 seconds to show you an eye cream. From there they hold you captive to their demonstration of products that will be given to you at a special price “today”. They are very aggressive and make it hard for you to leave. I knew I was not going to buy anything, but I felt sorry for the woman and her daughter who were being given the hard sell. They prey on tourists. Please beware. I am not even sure the products are really what they say they are. Seems like a scam.

I can’t believe this actually happened to me today. And I usually never leave any reviews on any business. But today, I was mind-blown by one of the ladies who was standing outside as they were trying to get my attention. I parked my car maybe 2-3 steps away from the shop, and as I was walking towards the other side of the street, I heard someone said “ miss china!” At first, I didn’t know she was referring that term towards to me, because first I’m not Chinese but even if I was, I could’ve believe what I had just heard. I just couldn’t believe that someone who is representing the business and who should be the face of the business, could be that ignorant and racist. I called her out for her wrongs, and she just nonchalantly apologized by saying “oh I’m sorry i called you miss China because I’m half chinese”. What?? Her calling me with some racist term was one thing, but it’s the fact that she couldn’t own up to her own mistakes and just tried to offer some non-genuine apology. She simply apologized like brushing some dirts off of her shoulders and offered me to give me her free samples that she was giving out. I not only don’t need that, but I would NEVER patronize any sort of racist business. This is beyond crazy.

This place is discrimatory. I’m 26, well dressed. I passed 5 times in front of the shop during our shopping day and I even entered the shop. Two employees were in front of the shop and were giving free soap samples and I acknowledged that they were only giving the samples to older people. Even when I was inside the shop, nobody was offering me any kind of service, the shop was empty. 5 minutes later, when a older couple entered, then they rushed to advise them. I really wanted to buy something there but when I realised how snobbed we were according to our age, that really pissed me off!

Just searched online and saw that there are numerous cases of ripoff concerning this store. They spot older people and then they try to sell them really expensive skin threatment without telling them how much it is, these threatment are 5-10k, it is also non-refundable. Really looks like a shady business.
