Love the store. The only bad experience is being watched over literally like your going to steal, we continued to shop, and talk to the associate like it wasnt noticeable

This was my first time going to this store. I always thought it was more like a Beauty supply store for salons.It is a great little store. I went in and found what I was looking for right away. When I had a question, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The store appears to be following all the Covid requirements. I will return.

I waited 15 -20 minutes to check out one item while she saw me standing there, it wasn’t until a black lady behind me got in line that she IMMEDIATELY came to the front. I knew what was going on, I didn’t say anything. I just waited. Horrible experience.Media must be getting to these people. I will never use this store again.

I was ignored never greeted or helped once I walked through the door. Out of two employees none asked if I needed help finding anything. They were very unpleasant all around. I got to the check out line and they carried on with their conversation as if I was not standing there just to turn to me and ask me “yes” with and attitude. The two employees on the evening of 6/23/2020 were not welcoming at all. They were not helpful at all. They had very terrible customer service and I would not shop back at this location again. It’s good for certain things but the atmosphere stinks!!!!!

Wonderful and helpful, the lady went outta her way to go check in back. To see if she an item I needed, most pop would have done that

Very neat & well stocked. Staff member was very helpful. I asked her for suggested & she was very knowledgeable of the products at which I was looking. I will definitely visit again soon. 😁

Store closes whenever the employees there choose. I drove out of my way to get here and the doors are locked even tho the sign on the door and website say they are open. Very disappointed. Good service is hard to find!

I had a good visit at this Sally Beauty. The staff was friendly & helpful. The store was organized, clean and well stocked. I definitely will go back to this Sally Beauty.

I called this location before driving over from Mount Pleasant (there was no employee working at their location) and spoke to an employee named Taylor and explained that I was calling to see if they had certain styles of lashes in stock before I drove over there and I also mentioned the issue with the Mount Pleasant location. Taylor confirmed that her location only had one of the lash styles in stock and she agreed to hold it for me. Unfortunately, I was let down yet again when I arrived at the Charleston location. When I got to the store, Taylor had just clocked out to leave and to add insult to injury, the item wasnt even held! I was livid. The Charleston location also didnt have any of the lash styles that I wanted so it was a wasted trip and a waste of gas. At this point in time, I will tell everyone about my experience and will not set foot in another Sally Beauty location again. Im so disappointed in how this panned out.

This store sells various types of beauty products and supplies. It is a great location close to the highways and the interstate access. It is located in a shopping center with various types of stores and businesses.

Halfway through checking me out the cashier answered the phone and didnt come back for ten minutes while I waited there. Pretty on par with Sallys.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

3:48 and the store is locked down. If the employee is at lunch a sign with a time to reopen would be nice. I sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes and multiple people tried to get in. Very disappointed!

The salesperson was knowledgeable of the product which made me feel confident in the selection.

They are closed in the middle of the day. Hours posted said they should be open. I drove nearly 20 minutes out of my way to stop here. The girls in the salon next door said this location constantly locks its doors at random times throughout the day.

Great place to shop very nice people

At first my experience was ok. I didnt find what I was looking for.BUT- - it was still ok. Until I was leaving and I got the did you steal something stare.(UP AND DOWN ) 😞
