What a refreshing experience i recently had at Palmetto Lincoln!! This was my third car I’ve purchased in the Charleston area since moving here. I went with a brand new Lincoln Navigator since i am a mommy who constantly chauffeurs kids/dogs/and sometimes even kitties! obviously i could go on & on & on about how much i ADORE this vehicle; but what i was MOST excited about? The Top Tier salesmanship. I’ve bought quite a few cars throughout years of driving, & i know how dreadful the entire experience can be. Let me put your worries at ease by assuring you Palmetto Lincoln is nothing like any other lot you’ve been on. Both the manager & my salesman were named Andrew & they took care of me like i was one of their own. I never once felt pressured or like i was being taken advantage of. I could tell their biggest priority was my satisfaction.. no matter what lengths they needed to reach to achieve it. On top of all this Grade A customer service, I even got a payment LOWER than i was expecting. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. We traveled 2 hours to purchase (cash) a 2021 Aviator. For starters, the vehicle was filthy - dirt/grease smudges, smeared glass, etc. Then, when we started the vehicle, multiple fault warning messages appeared on the screen. Next, their tech person couldnt link the Lincoln app - stating that she was more familiar with iphone. She said she would call us the next day...never happened. The salesman took the car back to reset something. When the car was brought back up to us, he still had to try to clean the glass, but couldnt locate the proper towel. We drove off and in 20 minutes, all of the fault messages were back on making us extremely uncomfortable. We received a call from the salesman letting us know that he left his phone in our car. The following day, we had to drive back 2 hours to pick up a loaner. They did not even have the paperwork done. We had to wait. The Sales Manager, Thomas, gave us his cell# so we could contact him with any questions or concerns. Being that this was on a weekend, he did not reply to us until Monday. We sent 3 messages and a voice mail on Monday morning. He called later and said he was just going to pick up the loaner and give us our check back. We wanted to speak to him about upgrading to the Black Label ($8,000 more) but we were dismissed. We will not go back there looking for a $75,000 vehicle nor would we recommend them.
Just bought a new Lincoln Navigator from Martin who was our sales person. He and Andrew the Manager never pressured me, allowed me to take the vehicle out with my family and let us decide if it was the right fit for us. Very professional, clean showroom and lots of Amazing cars. We feel we got a great deal as well. Great Job guys.
We couldnt be happier with our experience at Palmetto Lincoln. The Sales Manager, Andrew Samela, was very thorough with answering any questions we had and he was top notch on his Lincoln Product knowledge. Aside from customer service you cannot ask for a more premium facility as well. Overall a 10 out 10 experience! Palmeto Lincoln service department telephone response is terrible. When you call the number, it transfers you to a mailbox that is full - cant leave a message. The one time I did get through, was transferred, left a message - the rep never called back as stated in their message. Any further attempts to call resulted in continuous mailbox full. This is not a good way to conduct business - I guess they dont need business.

Dings and counting.Secured a deal over the phone with a deposit at Palmetto Lincoln on a new 2020 Cosair.Drove from Bluffton to Charleston to buy the car and after walking around the vehicle found 8 dings on the car. Salesman couldnt believe what he saw. Seems funny no one there didnt see this as they wanted to sell us a damaged new Cosair.They offered to repair the damage. We received our deposit back and walked out.The owner walked by us 2 times and never acknowledged our presence. Shame on him. Seems like he was more interested in his flashy new suit and adjusting the chairs in the showroom ever so perfect.This would have been the 9th vehicle we have purchased from Ford.Don and Julia Z
