This brand new storage area is gated with a security code and has amazing internal storage and climate control. REASONABLE pricing . You would do well to check this location first.

Great Storage center! Its very simple to get a unit, check in, and set up autopay. Its very clean, units are good size, and has great security. Provides carts to bring in & take out items. Thanks for a great storage center for my overflow items at a decent price. :)

I was going through some difficult situations and I expected the worst from here (only because that was happening with everything)...they were the BEST! This was the best experience I could have expected from a storage facility! I always felt my things were safe and the staff and facility were great! I only needed the unit for a month and a half and they did not obligate me for more than that. They are honest and upfront and held true to all they said. I will use them again if I need to!

The pricing structure is a rip off. My climate controlled unit rental was $200/ month in Sep 2020. It steadily increased every couple months to a whopping $306/ month. When I emailed to find out why it has increased this much over such a short period, I get no response. I do believe this is a corporate practice. The local managers are really great. This companys construct simply sucks!

We rented a storage locker about two months ago at Self Storage Plus in Chantilly. Shaun Smith greeted us in the office and got us all set up. The facility is new and very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs any storage, either short-term or long-term.

Its a nice storage facility, conveniently located off of Route 50. The manager is very helpful and does a good job of getting back to you if you have any questions. The only odd thing is the online payment system. Ive paid bills on dozens of sites and this is the only one that when you get a notice to pay your bill and go there, the bill is not quite ready to be paid. You have to wait a few days for the bill to be loaded and then you make the payment. Otherwise I would recommend this facility to meet your storage needs.

This brand new storage was the perfect choice for us because it is very conveniently located and very very clean compared to other storages we have looked at. Katie, the assistant manager, is the most pleasant person to work with and so very quick to respond to any inquiries or questions I had. She was very patient and willing to help any way she can when we had email issues and I couldnt get the documents she sent to sign. She was very diligent in following up to make sure I received the documents so we can get them signed and complete the process. My experience working with Katie was excellent!

First time renter of a storage space and Im happy it was with Self Storage Plus. The branch off John Mosby Highway was very clean and spacious and the staff there were very accommodating and friendly. Thoroughly impressed with the facility. It’s very easy to load your stuff inside the facility. There is an automatic door in the back (secured by a fence and PIN-code entry) that opens directly to the elevator. They also provide a cart that you can use to transport your things to your unit.The only thing I thought could be better is their selection of locks. The ones in stock look cheap.

I went in to get prices on units and Shaun was nice enough to show me a couple of units to see which one would best meet my needs. The place is very clean and very secure. Paperwork was easy to complete and didnt take long at all. I would recommend this storage unit.

I’ve rented storage units from other companies in the past, but none of those experiences were as easy and professional as this one. I was able to do everything online and the advertised price is what I actually paid...none of the bait and switch $1 specials.I definitely recommend Storage Plus. Easy to use web site - for selecting a storage unit and making a reservation. Connecting to someone by telephone was a bit confusing at first, but once connected the person was very helpful and courteous. The facility itself is very clean and easy to access. Im very happy.

I am a first time self storage user and Katie was very prompt in following up after I reserved the unit online. I showed up hours later and Katie was there to walk me around the facility and showed me the units I was interested. They still honored the online price even I upgraded to a unit I did not reserve online!! The facility was super clean, accessible from highway and secure. I came here from 7 miles out even though there were Plenty other units nearby because of the reviews and cleanliness. The signup was super fast and I was on my way in under 30 mins!
