Incredibly slow. Waited over 45 minutes past my appointment time outside in freezing weather.

I went for an I-9 verification apt. The gentleman verifying the docs was unaware of the documents he need to verify for my Visa type. He was asking for document which dont exist for my visa type. When I tried to explain he was so rude and said dont tell me what I need to do and started making racial comments. This is not the first time he behaved this way. He screwed up paperwork for my wife in past and we have to go twice. Highly unprofessional and rude staff. Better pick different location if you are going for I-9 verification.No wonder why your employees behave this strange, you guys have no courtesy to say we will look into the matter. No customer have free time, at-least I dont have to write false reviews. This is my first ever review for any service. He was definitely very RUDE and was making RACIAL comments. Anways, Yelp also talks about your high standards.

I put the delivery orders online ahead and dropped two packages. Then two packages destination got mixed up and ended up being delivered to the wrong place. Luckily the items on both packages were very similar. It went thought the custom without a problem. Now the two packages needed to be shipped to the original location again where I intended. I do not feel like this business does not care enough about how much the inconveniences has been caused by this incident. After explanation, I got $9 coupon. well it wont even cover the re-shipping charge for both items. I needed to send one more package today. I needed to ask and make sure that coupon were applied when I paid. If the lady explained that the coupon applied on this shipment and mentioned professionally again sorry for the mixed up, I think this is the right way to deal with the incident like this.

A very frustrating experience! I had an appointment this past Saturday for fingerprints. When I arrived, there were 4 people waiting in line and only 1 person working inside for both shipping needs and finger-printing! It was cold so people clustered near the entrance without spacing, and the office limited one person at a time to enter. They need to do a better job managing the waiting experience and the flow of customers.

Surprisingly fast service. We arrived there 10 minutes before our scheduled fingerprint appointment and was entertained at the door quickly. Theres a sign in sheet at the door you need to fill out but it only asks for three pieces of information. Quick sign in and sign out process. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes.

People who do not appreciate Essential workers should not come here. These guys service community because its essential to get government process fingerprint as requirement. without here, I have to go to 45 mins away. Very efficient and fast. Less human contact as possible. Which we need now. And some people complaint they are rude? no, they are just being efficient and trying to avoid human contact.

I went for an I-9 apt for my new job. Clearly the lady did not know what she was doing. I brought my passport and my current driver license. She said that I needed my birth certificate, also. I read the required documents when I returned home and she was incorrect. Now I have to make another apt and go back to try again. This is so frustrating because I had all the correct documents needed the first time.

Made an appointment online, and still had to wait 15 mins to be let in even though there were no other customers in. The staff member helping me had no clue what he was doing, trying to put wrong and mixed information in required fields. I am just glad I could see the screen and correct him at every part of the process.

The man that worked here was horribly unprofessional and acted as though he was sick of his job. This is a business, you need to act more professionally if you want to keep your customers. It is clear that this is not uncommon behavior as you can see multiple have commented the exact same thing. Avoid this place and find somewhere that will treat you more respectfully.Edit: so you were disrespectful to me because I was 2 minutes late (My appointment was at 1pm and and I was at the door at 1:02pm, I know this because I screen shot something on my phone when I was at the door), and walked into the store because the gentleman in front of me opened the door for me and I did not have a chance to read the sign? Your employee asked me to wait outside and I respectfully did so. In addition, there was no other customers in the building besides me. So what was even the big deal. You’re just making excuses for your behavior. I was never once rude or disrespectful to you. Good you’re the owner, so it’s your business, so you of all people need to be professional. I don’t need you to smile at me, but at Least not be rude. Go ahead and report me to field print for being 2 minutes late and having to put up with your attitude. For your information I had on a mask and sanitized my hands appropriately. I did not have on slippers, they were professional flats (rothy’s for your information, feel free to google them since you can’t differentiate between slippers and work shoes) and even if I had on slipper so what? I don’t work there, I can and will wear whatever I want. Your comments just make it obvious how rude and defensive you are. So please keep commenting so everyone can see what awful customer service and business management skills you have. Anyone with any common sense should run away from your business as fast as possibleEdit 2: the fact that your yelp page is mostly 1-2 stars tells a lot about the way you run your business. This place is not kept up very well. Went to take my husband for fingerprints and the lady that assisted us was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m sure the company is contracted by the local government to provide this service, and I hope they don’t renew their contract with them. The way they speak to people is below degrading and the place itself it very dirty, you couldn’t even sit in the chairs. All written communication is in Korean and they barely understood the people they were there to help, which could lead to other issues.

They wont let you remove your face mask for the passport photo.

A Korean lady who was helping me with finger printing was super duper rude. I dont know how she got the job. I would avoid here for finger printing.-For your reply, if you read other reviews, it is self explanatory that your service is very not professional. As an owner, you are a failure.

I went to get fingerprinted and a young Asian guy attended to me. His attitude was beyond horrific! Not only was he mean to 2 other customers, he treated me like he was bored of the 2 minute process and demeaning when I asked how to do it. DO NOT GO HERE.

While staying in the United States, I found a courier to send to Korea, but I chose Hanmi Courier because it seemed to be good for Koreans to use. Since it is possible to inquire in Korean through KakaoTalk, it was much more convenient and it seemed like it was a mail specialized for Koreans.
