Best oil change experience ever. Jeff and Jose were amazing. I’m not actually from the area but had time to stop and get this done. I can genuinely say when I need my next oil change, I will go out of my way to come back here. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me on something I didn’t need. These guys know exactly what theyre doing. They saw I just wanted an oil change, it was getting to closing time and then got me in and out of the shop in a reasonable amount of time. Of course they let me know of spark plugs and made sure I knew what was up but as its an old car theyre okay.Although they did not go the extra mile, Ill still give em the 5 stars. While I think some Jiffy lubes will wash your windshield and top off fluids Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and just say that it was late, they saw I was ready to go, and they got me on my way, which honesty was okay. Sometimes you gotta just read the customers mind and weve all been there.4 stars because they were great, but I do wish they woulda cleaned my windshield and topped off fluids if thats what they were supposed to, but 5 stars if thats a store by store thing if staff enables it. They were just nice people too even if it was late. I will definitely come here again.

The manager Jose and his employee that helped me out (forgot his name sadly!) were incredible! Super knowledgeable and helpful with my car; I truly believe this is the best location that you can go to since the staff is so fabulous and I’ve never had a bad experience. 10/10!

I felt the crew to be very genuine in their service and the manager went above and beyond, driving to the store to purchase the particular air filter (one they did not have in stock) my vehicle needed. Not only that but it was the premium brand! I tipped him and sincerely thanked him. He did not have to do that.

Bait and switch. Rotors were OK (they told me before authorizing pads replacement) but still they order and installed them without asking unnecessarily price gauging me for $120. DISHONEST. How do I gat a refund?

Bill and his employees are honest and professional. If you want to get your car serviced for a reasonable price, in a solid timeframe, and with high confidence then I recommend them.

Very slow. Moved my vehicle around to a diferent bay then out side for a simple oil and filter change took 45 min I was there a total of an hour and 20 min. Did not reset my milage did not clean my windows or floors.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation on 8/14/21. Long story short, the tech never put the metal guard back on my car properly and it almost caused an accident. The person who they sent out took over 30 minutes to arrive in the oppressive heat as I, as a single female was sitting on the side of the road alone. They also failed to recalibrate my tire pressure. There was a fair amount of grease on my hood as well. The manager was rude and condescending to me when I went back to speak with him. He offered me a free oil change on my next visit--like Im ever going back there!! I would like to speak to the owner of the company top resolve this and get my money back for terrible service and almost damaging my 2 year old car and potentially causing a bad accident with their negligence. I really dont want to have to contact my uncle who works at the corporate level.

Unfortunately, I already placed in my review to customer service saying that they were excellent and knew what they were doing. Well 2 weeks later I go to my Hyundai dealership for a service and come to find out that they had placed the wrong oil filter into my Hyundai Kona.

I dont typical diy on new cars I get though. The price difference wasnt huge for full synthetic. SOLD on this place. Great work guys !

Great Atmosphere for your vehicle

I went in for brakes and rotors then at some point I need a brake flush but instead of telling me they just did it which was an extra $140. What if I didnt have the money for that? To just do a service without consent and its not like it was $20 or $30 that is a big difference. I will never go there again.

I just want to say this place is awesome!!! But in particular, and most important the team member Jessica. She is so nice and honest. I had an issue with my car, and she worked with me to make it affordable. A lot of places Ive gone to, especially the dealer, I felt were trying to get over on me. Here at Chantilly Jiffy Lube that treat you like family. And Jessica is an awesome tech. She will be honest with you, and shes easy to talk to. Keep up the good work guys, Ill definitely be back.

Todays visit was OK. Speedy! Which is always great. I actually cleared the floor of my car.😐 I thought it would get vacuumed..but they didnt vacuum it..i guess they arent doing that anymore.

Been going to this location for several years. Very efficient and courteous workers. An associate always walks me from my car to the waiting area, and even holds the door open for me. Technician shows me manufacturers recommended service based on my mileage and doesnt add pressure just to make the sale. Highly recommend this location.

Super professional and efficient! With new procedures, we stayed in the car during the oil change which was a cool experience to watch it all. All members wore face masks and were extremely friendly and QUICK.

They have great service!! Kamal greeted me at the entrance and was very helpful. He was very knowledgable about my vehicle and helped me fully understand what needed to be done and explained why. Even though I arrived close to closing time, he and his staff took their time and didnt rush my service. Elder also helped service my vehicle and was very good. Everything ok, fast and efficient

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube location for years and recommend it. The team is knowledgeable and helpful. They are a little faster than the typical Jiffy Lube, which is important given that they are off a major road and can be pretty busy sometimes. They pretty much recommend doing the routine maintenance outlined in the owners manual, but you should make sure you know what they’re doing (just like any work you have someone do on your car, house, etc.). My experience is that the work is always done well and quickly which is why I keep going back. And the manager is a great guy as others have said.Let me also address some other peoples complaints.- No Jiffy Lube does state inspections. That is not their fault so don’t give them a bad review for that.- Any place where there is a lot of work being done there will always be some small mistakes here and here. It’s unfortunate, but the reality of life in a busy city.- My Suggestions: 1) know a little bit about your car and do a simple look over after you anyone does work on it. Spotting something obviously wrong under your hood or something hanging underneath your car is a two second check, and 2) if you don’t understand something, just ask questions. I am not an auto mechanic and don’t know much about cars, but… If someone can give you a straight and intelligent answer, then they usually know what they are doing. If they stammer and won’t look you in the eyes, then either don’t know what they’re talking about or they are lying to you.

I recently needed quite a bit of work done on my car. I dropped my car off on a Thursday night and all the work was completed the next day! Curtis and everyone at Jiffy Lube Chantilly were helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that when I called with questions about my car anyone could help me because they all knew what was going on. That is truly rare these days. I will definitely bring my car and my husband’s car there from now on! They also gave me a great price on the work!

This jiffy lube is THE BEST! Curtis took tons of time to talk to me yesterday when my car was acting up. He went above and beyond as a manager taking the tie to explain what was happening with my car, explaining options, and worked on my car for over an hour with the help of James. Everyone was super friendly and for someone who knows nothing about cars they took the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend for all your car needs!

They have been taking good care of my Uber mobile for over a year now. Quick fast good customer service. One time my sons tablet had slid out of the glove box when the car was being service and fell under the passenger seat. I told the mechanics that a tablet was missing out my car or misplaced. One of the mechanics was like, hey we didnt take anything we are not about that. I was like cool but my tablet is still missing or has been misplaced. The Manager came over and he new in order to get to a certain filter they had to go through the glove box. So he checked under my passenger seat and there it was. I was like my man!!! Told him to let the mechanics know I didnt want them to feel some type of way, because they were correct and so was I. The average person such as myself will expect something in the glove box would still be in there versus miraculouslyunder the passenger seat all of a sudden after a service. So big Shout out to the Manager and to the honest mechanics working. Good group of men and women.

Got a simple oil change done here. Noticed a huge oil leak in my parking spot a couple days later. Had to buy engine oil and top it off myself before I could bring it to another place. They told me that the engine oil cap wasn’t screwed back on securely and was leaking engine oil straight out, no other issues. Don’t go here, not even for a simple oil change

My brakes & rotors were shot, popped in on the off chance on a very busy Friday afternoon (for them. They gave me a quote (not the cheapest but we’re able to fit me in right then. In & out the door in about an hour & did a stellar job. Worth the little extra in my books. Very professional & courteous staff.

Went in for an oil change, received quick service, in and out under 20 minutes. This site has the high mileage oil change (my car has over 194k miles on it) apparently several sites I called (Herndon and Sterling) dont provide this service anymore.

I had major oil leak in 1998 Toyota Camry which almost made me to do oil top up every 2 weeks. Took the car to Jiffy Lube Mr Mike one of the technician who knows my car issue very well and explained me in the simplest way i can understand. Based on our discussion have to replace spark plug, gasket, oil pump and timing belt which cost me 1100$. After service oil leaking stopped immediately and received warranty for 12,000 miles. Jiffy lube your assistance is highly appreciated and thank you so much for bringing my Camry back to life.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I took my dads car for oil change there. Dad had told me that he had to take his car to amechanic for oil change because oil change places wouldnt do it. When I told the staff this. They looked at it and said there is no problem. They can do it and did it.

BE AWARE..... They wont and never will accept 20$off online coupon as per supervisor at this location, paid 52$ conventional oil change for my truck, I usually pay 28 to 35$, definitely wont go back .

New to the area and decided to stop here for an oil change. They were pretty busy I asked how long the wait would be and they told me 25-35 minutes. I decided to wait with my 2 yr old and the manager offered my son paper and crayons to color while we waited. The mechanics were spot on, they finished in 35 minutes! Everyone was friendly and no one tried to haggle me into buying anything, which I’ve experienced at other jiffy lube locations.

Great service and friendly staff. My Volvo indicated that i need to top off my oil before the service guarantee expired. I drove in and they told they would take care of it at no charge. They top it off and check all the fluids with a smile. Thanks Curtis and the team .

Did not re-install under carriage cover screw. Techs recommended maintenance (coolant flush, differential service, etc) on a 51k mi vehicle, whereas Ford does NOT recommend those until 90k and beyond. Synthetic oil is double the price of the high-end shelf variety, even by single quart standards.Pretty standard level of franchise quick oil change service since I last visited a similar in a different part of the country several years back.

This was the second time I’ve visited this location and it was not pleasant. My vehicle was passed up by 4 others that came in after mine. All I asked for was a typical oil change, nothing special but it took that long. And then when they were finishing up, the technician under the floor was attempting to reinstall the skid plate. He was having trouble with one of the screws. He messed with it for about 15 minutes, dropped the screw and that was it. He closed up the net and was done. It wasn’t until I said something about the screw laying on the ground that they did anything. They then spent another 10 minutes or so trying to get the screw back in. I was told that the missing screw shouldn’t affect the plate as all other screws were in. My thing is that if you removed it, you should put it back. I told them that, they tried again and I finally had to just ask them to stop as this was after being there for over an hour. Again, wouldn’t be such an issue if they didn’t get 4 others cars through by the time they finished my car. I will take the screw to another service center and have them reinstall it. I probably will not go back to this location. Too many guys standing around talking when work could be getting done. 2 stars because they did actually change my oil.

Thy gave excellent service when I arrived and they were quick but when I cranked my car this morning my check engine light came on, I don’t know if a cap is loose or what but that’s strange.

Jiffy lube was quick, professional, and willing to accommodate some custom work for me with a front license plate holder. I’ve been to dealers and other car shops in the area but this location is outstanding. Please consider a visit.

No pricing I could see. Had me pull straight to bay. No on told me $100 for an oil change. No rotation and brought my own washer fluid. Absolutely feel like someone stole from me. Even synthetic should not be $100. Only told price after they finished and have no choice to pay. NEVER AGAIN.

Wow wont be coming back to this location! Cant recommend it to anyone.I came in for an oil change. The attendant aggressively tried to upsell me on services/parts that would have cost about $300 when I am aware of what my car does and does not need. I tried to explain I just wanted an oil change and a new filter was fine. The dude has the audacity to pull out my dipstick to show me the oil was dirty, as though to prove I needed all those extra services. CLEARLY I KNEW IT WAS DIRTY, thats why I came to get an oil change lol. Still was charged for a cabin filter! I also overheard another woman complain about the steep price of services so I know it wasnt just me.Without the cabin filter, service would have been approx. $70 for a TRADITIONAL oil change. All that and no oil change reminder sticker?With the amount of business they were pulling on a random Wednesday afternoon, Im confident the aggressive salesperson tactics are unnecessary to keep this place going.Will admit that service was, in fact, jiffy.

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and polite and explained everything that was needed. My front license plate had fallen off after the snow storm we had and they pointed that out to me. I replaced my plates the next day and decided to go back and see if they would put them on for me. They put my plates on and didnt charge for this which is rare these days! I have recommended them to everyone in my office and will definitely be going back for my next oil change.

I was really happy with the speed and courtesy of this Jiffy Lube. Darious, the assistant manager, helped take care of me even though I was bringing my kid with me. He and the crew made it easy to drop off the car, get it serviced, and had it waiting for me after I took my kiddo for a walk. A+ in my opinion!

Went to another nearby jiffy lube in centerville and was unimpressed with the customer service I almost gave up on jiffy lube then i decided to try this Chantilly location the same day. I was met by a tech named James and he was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and concerns. I feel he went above and beyond what he needed to do given it was a courtesy visit. With that being said i highly recommend this location because of my experience with the technician James.

Say what you want - Jiffy Lube is fast and efficient! Never had a problem with them. Staff is polite and friendly and, unlike years ago, they no longer try to sell you services that you don’t need. Give it a try.

Excellent customer service! I came in because I had hit a curb and started hearing some noises coming from under the car. The technician took at look at it, explained the problem, gave me a temporary fix and explained the permanent solution. This all took less than 10 min. Also I like how they are open on Sundays. Definitely recommend and will come back!

Tech tried to tell me to service my transmission even after I explained to him Persew brew and the owners manual if youre not using this vehicle under heavy load such as towing you never touch that transmission. While I was waiting for the service I heard another employee lie to a customer and tell him if hes ever used synthetic oil he cant ever use anything else which is a myth at best. Once the car was done they again tried to tell me That they looked it up and they know better and I should have my transmission checked. Again I say it States in the owners manual and I have talked to my dealership and that transmission should not be touched. Once I got in the car I noticed that the oil change sticker they put in your car is calling for another after only 3000 miles. What is this 1950

Asked for an oil change, and thats what I got - no pressure for excessive services. The job went quickly (only about 15 minutes), and the staff was friendly and polite. Curtis, the assistant manager, took the time to remove some residue from a sticker that I thought wouldve been stuck on my car forever (no extra charge!) - service like that really impresses me.

Went here a week or so ago.I had replaced my oil previously at a Jiffy Lube in another state, and had a very good experience. When I did it there it was under $40. I figured that an oil change and a tire rotation would not be too much more here.The very pushy and arrogant mechanic started off by trying to get me to flush a bunch of fluids, replace engine parts, and a whole load of other things like my air filters, for a very marked up price. It was going to be like $250 for all of that.I declined and said I just wanted an oil change and my tires rotated, the total I saw on the screen was like $53 or so.When I was watching through the window, I noticed that they did not rotate the tires properly (I usually have a personal mechanic do it, and have done it myself too). My tires are old and not worth the arguing to fix it, but that irked me a little.When I went to pay, it was like $74! Why the increase over what I saw? Why the difference from before?The worst part though was not the overcharge, or that they put the air filters back in wrong (why take them out?), or the slightly overfilled oil (4.5 quarts, read the manual), it was that they reset my trip meter. WHY IN THE HELL DID YOU RESET MY TRIP METER? There is no reason to do that, and now my perfect fuel records I have been keeping for years on my car are ruined.Lame. 0/10, would not recommend.

I was having a horrible day nothing was going right. My tire light came on so quickly get it filled up.I thought it was going to be a long wait with the holiday but less than 10 minutes I was in and out. and everybody there was so nice. that even the side of the vacuum my car for me. seeing them today change my day

I had an issue with a frayed Serpentine belt and these guys were not only able to fix that problem, they figured out why my A/C system didnt work last summer, as the accessory belt was completely missing! I appreciate the helpful and skilled technicians here. They were also done in a Jiffy!

Went in over the weekend and was impressed by the level of professional service. Had a complete 90,000 mile service quickly and cost effectively. These guys are rely good, highly recommend!!

They did my oil change and switched out a couple of filters. They told me they filled up the tires. Within 3 minutes of me leaving their store my tire sensor went on. I didnt see anything so I kept going. Next morning I come out to see the tire is flat. I had to spend money on uber to make my appointment time as I had that flat and then I had to spend 3 hours and lose a customer because I had to repump the tire and then get it inspected. The caps were off so they were sloppy with the whole tire job. I dont think I will return here.

Didn’t close the oil drain and had a leak after leaving.

This was my first time visiting this Jiffy Lube. Javier was very friendly and helpful which you would expect from any good business establishment, but he was also HONEST about the work my car needed and didn’t need after I was told something different at another business establishment. I will defined be back!
