Daja is such a great person to work with! She made sure the entire process ran smoothly and is STILL making sure all is running smoothly by tying up any loose ends! She really knows customer service, and ladies, if youre shopping on your own, you will feel extremely comfortable working with her -- she will look out for you! If this delightful young woman isnt running her own business within five years, Id be awfully surprised. Honda is lucky to have her. I was very pleased with my salesperson Mario Reyes. He was very patient with my needs and worked with me on my trade in. The manager he was working with was also top notch. SALES WAS GREAT.My big issue was with the Business Manager!!!He at first seamed very friendly, but when it came to signing… he was talking very fast as we went through the warranty options packages. I declined the services and he tried to trick me with putting monthly figures, but never showing me the final price. Originally my loan was for $13K and when I went to sign, it came to be $15K. I asked him about it because it was supposed to only go up $1,100. He said that the cost of another item raised the price and just talked fast so I would just sign things… he was a very deceitful person and the only warranty I wanted he hiked the price up from $573 to $625 because I caught him on his fake friendly act. I didn’t say anything because I just want to get out of there.Imagine people that are not keen with math and financials.. how many people does he trick and bully to get his way.There is a fine line between being a good salesman and being a deceitful person.

I have know Mo for many years and higly recommend him.Dealership was very impressive. Clean, everyone very friendly and loved the customer area to wait for your car. Very conveniently located w/ flexible hrs. Reasonably priced service and they accept competitors coupons. Only negative is, the recommendations on multi point inspections is based on their record of the service i.e if they haven’t serviced it will be recommended. I would prefer they check the actual condition of the fluids before recommending. Jesus was my tech, very enthusiastic and eager.

Couldn’t ask for better, more seamless service. Joe took the car in. This is a fleet vehicle, so he handled all the contact with the leasing company and did everything I asked for. He called me to say when it was ready…which it was when I got there. I really appreciated the expanded service hours so I could drop it off and pick it up on my schedule.
I am always pleased with the quality of the work of the technicians in the garage! I am constantly happy with their work as well as the technicians that greet customers as the door. I worked with Farvez as my service representative and he was attentive, respectful, and worked hard to make my visit a positive experience. He offered me a loaner car since I came from 45 minutes away and my vehicle had an early morning noise issue. Furthermore, the next day he made sure that I was aware of all options as I was off on a morning run. I’ve been coming to this dealership for the last 7 years and the management always seems to value their customers. This is an excellent organization.
This dealership is horrible. They are a fraud.I purchased honda CRV 2021 9/17/21.I come from PA. After i took the car home for a week the dealership calls me and tells me that they made a mistake calculating PA taxes. I told them they can add it to the loan they said no all the papers is signed you have to come and pay it.1) they made the mistake. And the paperwork is signed and i took the car home.2) my temporary registration is expired now and they will not process my registration until i pay the money for the mistake they made3) they dont answer my calls4) i work uber and Lyft and now i cant work and i have to pay for my car to be parked at a garage so the car doesnt get towed for the expired registration.Who is going replace my loss of expenses on transportation, lack of work, paying to garage the car?5) its fraud to pay monthly payment for a car that i cant use ( because of expired registration and they took from me the cost of registering the car)I made the deal on the car according the final price of the car out the door if they made a mistake they should pay for the mistake they made.Worst dealership ever. They are a fraud. Worst customer service

I love my car and the people were nice but as a dealership they dont offer any incentives to buy from them. They also try to sell maintenance packages with very limited services for a high price and dont budge on this much either. They were the only place that had what I wanted but if I couldve found it somewhere else I likely would have. Again, love my car, nice people, but this dealership isnt much for leaving a good taste in your mouth feeling like you got a good deal everyone was happy with. Other Honda dealerships offered incentives to sweeten the deal especially considering the market we are in right now. This one said you get what you get and thats that.
Extremely pleased with my service advisor who was both pleasant and helpful. He was able to explain a recent warranty extension to my car’s air conditioning system and my state inspection was accomplished very quickly. I have always had excellent customer and technician service from Honda of Chantilly. I drive the 18 miles from my home to their location for those very reasons.

They took my car, fixed the problem within 2 hours and also completed a safety inspection at no cost to me. This was my first visit to any Honda dealership. The space was Beautiful, clean, and the music was great. The staff was very helpful. Muhammad was terrific, very helpful and understanding, patient and not pushy. He had the car I wanted to look at ready to go as soon as I got there! Every question I asked he had an answer for, he was very knowledgeable, which was incredibly helpful in making a very big purchase. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle, you are in very good hands. Not to mention he was available for my questions when I left the dealership and made sure that I was comfortable in the vehicle even after I purchased it. The world has changed, and customer service is somewhat of a rare find these days. But they have plenty of it here, and Muhammad is the guy to look for!

Service department evening hours were very helpful. Service department worked quickly and efficiently. No issues with service department at all.However, I purchased a certified used Honda with a service plan 2 months ago and have already had to pay for new key batteries and brake fluid. Its disappointing that the dealer didnt check these things before certifying the vehicle.
Test drove a vehicle on 10/14/21 and received a price quote of $43,567. The someone else is coming to buy it this weekend sales tactic was employed. Afterwards, the dealership contacted me almost daily about purchasing. Did my due diligence and went back on 10/23/21 for trade-in appraisal/purchase and the sales price increased by $2000. Price was non-negotiable.
I had a great experience leasing with Honda of Chantilly. Dulles is closer to home but Chantilly has more experienced staff and a larger inventory. You also don’t need to make appointments for service, just drop by and they take care of your car.

Terrible service department and overall. They need to communicate among the departments and record information properly so the customer doesnt have to be chasing the products that were purchased. This is our experience every single time. We purchased vehicles from other dealers and we never had this problem.

I stopped by to pickup some parts. I walked through the first service door and approached this Asian guy sitting at the desk and I asked him if I could buy parts from him. He didnt even look at me, lifted his left hand from the desk and point to the back corner where I finally saw the word Parts. Probably had a bad day? Where is the customer service?

I came here just looking not sure if I would find what I wanted. Andy was the car salesman who worked with us. He answered every question, met all of my ridiculous needs ( like parking cars side by side so I could physically compare them), and was not pushy at all. He let us decide what we wanted without influence. We financed with them as well. Eugene answered all questions, showed us our options and got us out as quickly as possible.We also traded our vehicles in to get this car. Andy negotiated on our behalf to ensure we got the best price. Rob gave us a great deal for our cars making it that much easier to purchase through them. Other dealerships tried to rip us off. Honda of chantilly did the opposite. They earned our business but most importantly, our trust. I would definitely recommend them. Just make sure you get Andy. Not sure how the other salesmen are lol.Oh and a plus, Andy reached out days later to make sure everything was still good. He also offered to show us how to work the electronics piece if we needed (which I did because our car was a 2009 with no cool buttons). It was just wonderful customer service all around.

Honda of Chantilly is so awesome. I dont even own a Honda anymore and I still bring my vehicle there for service. Every time I come in I am greeted with a smile, given a reasonable wait time (especially since most dealers have a 3 week waiting period for appointments), and leave with a healthy car. Not to mention their tire prices and tire specialist are the best in the area! 10/10 would come back again!

Just moved to a new area and took my Honda Pilot to a new dealership (Chantilly Honda) for a A1 service. This includes oil change,, oil filter and tire rotation. Routine stuff and everything went fine. Excellent communication with my Service advisor (George) and very quickly back in my car and on my way. Very impressed with other functions and the physical space (comfortable). So the big deal is I was coming from my former dealership of 30 years and the new dealership was a big change. All went well and looking forward to having all my Honda serviced at Chantilly Honda when needed.

Very good experience. Only 4 stars because you aren’t told that the vehicle price would be marked up. Chip shortage or not if you are going to mark up the sales price notify customers ahead of time. They were able to negotiate so that was good.

Buyers beware: The Honda dealership of Chantilly cheats its customers and doesnt value customers. I bought a Honda accord 2014 it has a thousand tiny chips all across the windshield, management refuses to change the windshield when I have explained many times its a safety Hazzard for me because I cant see. I also explained the car is not running right after 11days of having it, the dealership refused to fix any issues I was told I have to pay for the replacement of the windshield or any repairs. Im shocked this dealership is more interested in cheating customers to make money they is no care in the safety of the customers. This dealership if I could rate a zero I would ... when I asked the dealer to buy back the car they offered me 4,000 less ..
I had a good experience when I leased my car here a little over 2 years ago. Ive had no issues with it so far (granted it was brand new and I have a short commute so it has less than 10,000 miles on it still). However, this past week there was a recall on the fuel pump. I went in the day after I got the letter to have my car serviced. The letter said it would take about an hour and a half, but I waited for more than 3 hours. It wouldve been nice if I had gotten an update saying its taking longer than expected, etc. Even when they called to tell me it was ready (I waited at the dealership the entire time btw), there was no apology or acknowledgement of the long wait. The girl who checked me out at the register was not kind. She had her mask pulled down and was just rude. I understand that the mask restriction has been lifted for those fully vaccinated at many businesses, but clearly she was not fully vaccinated if she had a mask on but wasnt wearing it properly. It was very uncomfortable for me.Besides those few negatives, my overall experience has been positive. The staff, with the exception of that one bad apple, is extremely welcoming and kind. If I decide to get another Honda after my lease I will be coming back to this dealership for sure.

When you bring your Honda to this dealership for service, look for Johny Chan. He went above and beyond to ensure my Oydyssey is taken cared of. Not pushy with the services they offer and only recommended maintenance items that needs to be done. Took his time to explain each maintenance item and how often these should be done. He even offered a loaner car when my car needed warranty work that took more than a day to complete. Kept me up to date with the whole process and called me when service items were completed. This is definitely my favorite dealership to go to.

Really nice staff and service but unfortunately they dont fix problems correctly which just leads to going back again and again for the same issues. On top of that they dont guarantee their work, so as soon as you leave youre on your own unless you want to pay to have the problem fixed from the beginning again.

I stopped in to test drive a CR-V and was paired with Smith Toussaint. He was very professional and helpful. As we drove he was pointing out all the features and I was able to try them out as we went out on the road. I appreciated that we weren’t rushed and could have the time. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this dealership.

The team at Pohanka Honda in Chantilly is awesome. They are so friendly and helpful. Our salesman, Mike, greeted us immediately and took time during the test drive to go over all the features and functions of the car. He was professional and personable and was great to work with. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we were there for 7 hours. We did choose to go on a Saturday, though, and they were slammed. That says something about their service and quality. We got a great deal on our trade-in and Eugene in Finance is a hoot. This is our 3rd purchase through the Pohanka family of dealerships and they always do right by us.
Worst Honda dealerships in the northern Virginia area. Brady and Rebecca promised over the phone that they offer Costco pricing. I have specifically asked if they can offer the 2022 model and they said yes. When I visited the dealership, they were trying to sell a demo car, a 2021 model that has already a millage on it, with a $$$ discount off MSRP. Liars. Very deceptive. They put false advertising on the site to bring people to the dealership. Stay away from this dealership. There are plenty of other Honda dealerships around this area so dont waste your time here. Please stop saying a lie over the phone to bring people to the dealership.
I was late for my semi-annual safety inspection. When I arrived at 8:15, Katie told me it might take up to two hours, since everyone else had the same idea AND I had a recall issue I had not gotten around to. So I settled in with my yummy free coffee and wifi, prepared to stay for a couple of hours. At 9:15 she texted me and let me know the car was ready. Inspection, recall fix, and even a car wash - and I was out within an hour! And they charged me nothing! I have had only great service here in the two years Ive owned my new car.
