Ive been looking for a reliable local repair shop for some time and I finally found them!!Craftsman Auto Care was recommended to me on a whim and after being turned down by 6 other facilities that quoted up to a WEEK just to mount 2 tires on a minivan.When I called, a very engaging gentleman named Brandon answered the phone. He handled my questions with reassuring ease and instilled immediate confidence in his abilities. Ive been in this industry for over 10 years and I can honestly say that this is the single best experience Ive had in a service lane as a customer. What impressed me the most was their level of thoroughness and more importantly, their honesty. They provided digital imaging of all mechanical concerns and concisely prioritized recommendations based on condition and severity. They couldve very easily recommended an alignment (along with a litany of other up-sells) but instead provided me a complimentry alignnment spec-sheet showing why it wasnt needed. Andrew and Brandon both have an uncanny ability to educate the customer and make them feel like their time and business is valuable. I brought the car in for repair. They provided their diagnostivs which is gives a rundown of everything good and bad about your car. I even asked if they could install my license plate holder since my car wasnt fit for the normal frames. While they couldnt do it that day, they asked me to come in early the next day and take care of it without as part of my other services. Extremely polite, reasonable, and did fantastic work.

Above and beyond. High performance track enthusiast know and trust Matts team. These guys are at almost all track events. Its great being able to discuss performance and tuning right there on track with the guys who know your car.Its enough that they have so much high performance experience but the shop is awesome for customer service, white glove care, and price too! As standard service, they send me pics and notes I can review on my phone of overall condition. Things like bushing conditions, brake pad wear, any special things to keep an eye on. Great peace of mind when you head to the track or just out on the road.

I called almost 30 mechanic shops, and nobody knows how to put together the Tesla coilovers. I called Craftsman and the store manager, Steve told me to bring the Tesla over and the technician, Matt, was able to put everything together in a single day. Steve and Matt were super friendly and professional. They put their 100% effort in helping me putting my Tesla together, and I couldnt ask for anything better. I highly recommend anybody whos looking for a professional auto service, friendly staff, and a good technician who knows what hes doing. Definitely come here!

Normally I don’t do this but this place has Good vibes and fast service, not to mention friendly staff and reasonable pricing! I work about an hour away and have a good amount of car and service knowledge and experience. I Needed to get my car through emissions so I scheduled an appointment for a tune because the one I had previously was too aggressive.The guys were professional on the phone and knowledgeable in person. A guy that was covering for Mason...I believe was his name accidentally put in the wrong information the week prior. When I showed up the following Tuesday I was not on the schedule but they took me in anyway. Appreciate you guys taking care of my Jetta. I WILL be back with a stage 3 tune.

Steve at Craftsman auto was kind, clear and the opposite of pushy. Brought a used car in for a pre-inspection and they did a thorough job - full engine code inspection, put the car on the lift, took pictures and gave their honest assessment. Really great experience overall. Would go back.

The service at Craftsman was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was polite, friendly, and helpful, and explained everything they had done so that someone not used to working with cars could understand (plus, they wore masks at all times). They also kept me informed about updates, when I could expect my car back, etc. They even did some extra work that they didnt charge me for because they felt it had to be done. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I wont be going anywhere else for car care.

Steve and the crew could not have been better. Originally came in with a caliper which had seized...Steve and the crew hustled to get the truck back to me before the weekend...and they had a huge list of things to do. Then by some great luck one of the new calipers seized again two weeks after they had fixed it...No worries Steve and crew ordered a new part at like 5pm on a Friday night and had me back on the road by 10am on Saturday. Excellent customer service! THOROUGH INSPECTION! I came in worried about my brakes, but it turned out just to be bad tires. They were kind enough to rotate my bad front tires to the rear, until I could get them replaced. I love the convenient breakdown with photos they send you of your car and needed repairs. I got an oil change and wiper blades replaced. The place is clean and they even sanitized my car! Definitely coming back for the quality and care they took with me and my car. :-)

I go to Craftsman Auto Care for all my car care needs. I don’t ever feel like they are trying to do more than is needed and they let me know what I should be looking at for future maintenance. It can be intimidating for a woman to go to an auto shop, but I never feel like I am being taken advantage of; they are patient and explain to me exactly what is going on. I also love the cleanliness of the shop and how welcoming the atmosphere is.

Small mishap with the face of wheel during mount and balance on a drag wheel. Andrew reached out immediately to plan resolving the matter. End result was they got me a pristine looking wheel back, with my Mickey Thompson back on it.Not many shops care to go to the extent these guys do. Couldnt be more satisfied with the way it was handled and outcome.Last Edit: Brought the 1LE back for a trans and Diff flush, Andrew recommend Syncro II fluid. This alone made a night and day difference in how smooth my shifts are. Sending the wifes car over for her regular maintenance after, very pleased with the service. Would/will recommend to a friend and return myself for future work.

My experience with Craftsman Auto Care in Chantilly can only be described as phenomenal. I have used Matt Curry’s shops for almost 30 years for all types of auto care for more than eight brands and more than ten models of cars. There has not been one instance in which I was not entirely pleased with the quality of the work done and services performed. I have not ventured to another repair facility and don’t intend to unless I’m out of town. Even in the latter case I would call back to get their opinion before getting work done.I am a volunteer at The Car Ministry in Falls Church and Andrew (Manager) has gone out of the way to review cars for us and evaluate their condition to determine if it makes sense to invest money into fixing them or let them go to auction. We are “giving”these car to needy individuals and we want them to be safe and not have serious issues on the horizon.All of Matt’s repair facilities operate under the sameproficiency and high quality standards.

I spoke to Andrew at their Chantilly location about upgrading the wheels and tires on my stock Jeep. He patiently walked me through tire sizes, pros/cons of various sizes, and the best possible tire features for my needs (no serious off-roading & safe kid hauler). He helped me decide on an excellent tire (BF Goodrich TO2) and fantastic wheels. First impressions; the Chantilly Craftsman Auto Care is easy to locate right off Route 50 near Route 28 in Loudoun County, VA. Their still under renovation showroom was uber clean, bright, well furnished, and multiple staff greeted me as I walked in for my Saturday new tire installation appointment. Matt assisted me today and was superb. It is SO refreshing not to be pitched with over selling of auto services. Craftsman Auto Care was H O N E S T, competitively priced, and efficient. I am a 54 year old car guy and classic car owner and today Craftsman Auto Care startled me with their thorough Courtesy Inspection report - W O W even included actual photos of my Subaru undercarriage. What a great 3 page report - not the single 8x11 green, yellow, red print out that the majority of car service centers use.We definitely bring our 2011 Subaru back and will bring our 2003 VW, and 1982 Porsche 911sc Targa back to Craftsman Auto Car.Your auto care business model is so refreshing and welcomed. Talk about a race shop! These guys do some incredible stuff ... whether theyre working on Daytona prototypes or AER winning BMWs they seem to have the right solutions to any problem. I went yesterday for changing Break pad/Rotor. I called day before the closing time and spoke with Bob, He gave me an appointment on next day. Bill greet me and explain me how they work and installed the parts . Place is neat and clean, i never saw mechanics location like this. Staff is very friendly and they sent me digital copy of 30 point inspection where they found bulb is out and oil needs to change. they offer me oil change in reasonable price so i took all the service plus offer me 3 year 36000 mile warranty on installed parts which is great.Important thing they are not selling the thing forcefully which i like. I recommend the team and management for 5 start service. I hope they will keep same service in future.

Outstanding service! Whether it was the owners, managers, to the floor workers, all of them provided excellent care. We had the pleasure of dealing with Vernon, Matthew, Andrew, Doug and Bill and others which I unfortunately cannot remember their names.They were very thorough in fixing our cars as well as pointing out things we needed to keep an eye on. They also provided a checklist of everything they inspected along with photos and videos explaining what they were talking about.They did not pressure us to do any work. They explained what things were crucial to fix and what things that could wait.You do not feel like you are dealing with a company who is just trying to take your money. These are honest, expert workers who are truly giving you the best service.

Great care and great service. When they do an inspection they take pictures of everything they inspect so you can see exactly what they were looking at when they make recommendations as to what your car needs/doesnt need. The staff will offer to give you a ride to your work so you dont have to wait for your car or arrange a separate ride, however if you chose to wait in the lobby it is very clean and has free wifi.

I found my new go-to place. Staff is friendly and helpful. They send you a digital inspection which is nice; personally I havent seen that elsewhere. They thoroughly explain everything that they do and will bring you into the garage to show you as well.

What an excellent auto shop! Everyone was very friendly and professional, especially Doyle who was down-to-earth and had honest advice for my 08 Civic Si. The best thing by far would be the digital multi-point inspection that they send to your phone during the service. It has clear pictures of each part of your vehicle that they inspected.
