Excellent! KATIE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL! She made sure to follow up with me and when I couldnt move in when I expected she made sure to accommodate me when I came back. She took the time to listen to my needs and find the best option for me. She told me everything I need to know about the property, rules, billing, hours and she was very funny and professional. Everything was so easy and fast. Great place!

I had a storage unit here for over a year until recently. Never had an issue, climate controlled, free truck use when we first signed up, and very friendly staff. Glad to not have a need for a storage unit now, but if I ever do again, I will absolutely choose storage west again!

Today I rented a 5 X 10 storage unit for the first time in years. I was very impressed with the facility but more than that the guy who took me in the golf cart to see the unit before I rented it (Todd) was very thorough explaining everything and a genuinely nice guy. I felt like he really cares about what he does for Storage West and wanted to make sure I felt good about the process and the unit I was renting. It was such a good surprise and I text my wife when I left telling her this place is great!. AND, after researching A LOT of storage facilities, Storage West by far has the best rates.

Mike left, and someone else is there now. Someone not as helpful. When I mentioned that the price is higher than somewhere else I found nearby, the guy at the front desk just shrugged. So, I cancelled and went to the other guy! Front desk guy seemed busy though, so who knows. I liked the place better when Mike was around, he even had contacts for moving people, too.

Because Of Mike And His Great Service Along With His Other Workers Well Be Back Whenever We Move Back To Phoenix And Need A Storage. We Got A Small One And It Was Very Secure, Clean, And Love The Fact Their Gates Are Always Top Notch Working Conditions 👍 As Bonus The Monthly Payments Are Reasonable Just As Long As You Keep The Update On It, Dont Forget About It. Id Recommend This For Anyone And Do Ask For Mike, Hes A Great Guy 👍

Dishonest, manipulative and out to take your things at whatever the damage. Allowed my Ex to take my 3 units, that she was not allowed into for good reason and that cost me $600/month for 2+ years, and I was played and scammed into believing my items were secure and safe.. Ive never been cheated or lied to face to face on a professional level and I warn anyone that your possessions are not safe nor even yours with this company... Im filing a lawsuit as we speak for nearly $850000 in property stolen and damages incurred as a result. PUBLIC BEWARE... NOT AN ETHICAL CORPORATION
