Very clean and well organized storage facility. The front desk clerk was very courteous and professional. Its very safe inside due to external door lock, well lit and very cool temperature. Would use again if I lived in the area.

They are so nice as long as you pay your bill. Air conditioning is great. Bathroom access is a plus. Entry codes are great and hours are nice that they are in office. We love this place.

I am exceptionally pleased with the friendly customer service I received from Tanglia as well as the clean, well lit, climate controlled facility. When looking online prior to my move I considered a few other storage facilities and ultimately chose to book online with Extra Space storage sight unseen. Luckily, I made the right choice. After loading my uhaul I drove past one of the other facilities I had considered on my way to my rented unit. I would have been disappointed had I booked online with the other facility. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to this facility.

This was my first time here - we helped a friend move things from their home to their storage space. It is air conditioned, so thats good. They seemed quick to respond, so when my friend needed another unit, they were able to provide one quickly. They also have some carts around that help with loading/unloading.My only diss is the distance to some of the units. I do realize this is a trade-off, being able to drive right to your locker vs having it in an air conditioned environment.

Super fast and helpful!! explained everything quickly. we were in and out in a few minutes. I only need a unit for about 4 weeks while moving from Cali and waiting for my apartment to be ready.

I would like to start by saying this was the easiest process I’ve gone through in a while, and moving is not an easy task. From the operator who helped connect me to this location to the amazing manager at this site. The manager walked me through everything, helped with picking a spot and even made sure to have a dolly for me at the late time I was coming. She is friendly, professional, and very courteous. Move-in is extremely fast. Its the staff that makes Extra Space a special place and keeps it great.

I just leased a storage unit last week and its been a pretty good experience so far. Tangila, the facility manager, was very helpful in getting me set up with my storage unit. She explains things very well and she gave me an excellent walkthrough of the facility.

This is the second unit we’ve rented here. Extra Space Storage is clean and easily accessed. The site is large and well lit. I love all the carts they provide for bringing things in and out too! I absolutely love this location and the ladies that work here. They are what made this location worth it. I was in an odd move and couldnt decide which size I needed, and they were totally understandable and would change it if needed. Very clean space, units are kept cooled with the units being on the inside. There is even moving rollers that can be used, so it was super easy in and super easy out. Totally reccomend!!

I needed a large unit with drive-up access right away, and Robyn took great care of me and got me into a unit that came open the day before. The web price was excellent, and the 1st month was free. Robyn was exceptionally friendly and personable. She clearly explained the pricing and charges, and the contract. She made it crystal clear and painless. I am very grateful to her for making this so easy to take care of. Robyn gets 5 stars from me! As for the facility on AZ Ave - it is spotless. It has extremely easy access, nice clean units, and the climate controlled areas are wonderful. The entire sign-up process is fast and easy and all electronic. Totally painless. I am very happy and satisfied with my experience and interaction with Extra Space Storage and with Robyns attentiveness and thoroughness. Extra Space Storage also gets 5 stars from me! They also have complimentary push carts and hand carts to use to unload and carry your stuff to your unit. That is a nice plus!

This place has been a great place to store our things and saves us a lot of money. It’s a safe and cool place to put our garden tools and holiday decorations between seasons. When I showed up at extra space storage Tangila was really friendly but most of it helpful, she told me about the best deal I could of get. When I came back with my stuff she helped me with some tips, to get easy access to my storage. Im pretty thankful that I choose Extra storage in chandler. If I could give 10 stars I would. Contacted customer service they were great however, Jen did not give full disclosure as far as the unit requiring insurance for the property. I would have loved to know that I needed Insurance to be better prepared for Lisa the one that helped me with the lease. Lisa was super nice and patient and gave me knowledge on everything, great experience for a first-time storage renter. Also, since Lisa was the only one helping me and the only one employee she had a line of customers waiting for her in which another employee is needed maybe even part-time to not have customers waiting for a simple question, missing calls or even for a payment to be taken. Did a fantastic job & explained the process very well in detail.

Had a great experience with Lisa, she helped me set up a lease for a location in Phoenix even though shes located in Chandler. which meant she had to enter in everything on a paper lease and have it faxed to the other location. She provided excellent customer service. This location has over 800 which means its alot of work to be riding on her shoulders. This location is good hands with her at the helm.

The lights go off in my hallway to much and I spend to much time having to stop and work to get it to turn back on. I hate that light system especially for what I pay a month. You wanted a review there.

Getting started here was quick and easy, from asking for info to signing my lease. They were flexible with my move in date too. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean. Everything is secure and they have carts you can use to move your stuff in and out. Plus, its climate controlled. Its a great place!
