I have had my Mac Book Pro in twice. Both times I couldnt be more pleased. My laptop was frozen and they fixed it. Next time they fixed my bluetooth keyboard. Then they removed 50 gb of junk that I didnt need and cleared up space. Finally for free they ran malware and deleted 8 bad viruses≥So I highly recommend experimax. I chose this place based on Google review and was happy I did. My son broke off the charger in the ipad and I was afraid to remove it. These guys assessed the problem and fixed it on the spot without a charge. Based on the amount of people waiting to be helped this place must do good work. Also I noticed some refurbished ipads and stuff that were priced well ... will be back.

I took my laptop to get the screen fixed which they did but it mysteriously wouldnt load past reboot screen after that. I never had any issues before I took it in, which resulted in me purchasing a new laptop since I paid 150 to my screen fixed on a old laptop I wanted to replace anyway but was trying to take a cheaper route.

The employees at Experimax provided excellent customer service! My son left his phone sitting on the trunk of my wifes car. Between his carelessness & her aggressive driving, we later found it in the middle of the road.... in much less than mint condition! We were hoping for just a cracked screen (for his sake)..but ultimately it couldnt be spared. The staff at Experimax gave every effort to fix/salvage the phone though inevitably it wasnt possible. Concerned now that his apps/etc were forever gone (because who backs their phone up to the cloud..even when Dad suggests it weeks before) we returned later that day!? Going above & beyond, they somehow found a way to access & backup his vital documents..off the road phone!! Thats a win in my book!

Always a great experience when I come into Experimax. Fraz is an extremely nice guy and displays top tier customer service. The first time I went in a couple of months ago I was very low on money and needed my laptop for work and he fixed it for me regardless of the fact that it was an HP and not a macbook (because they are a macbook store.) All the while they let me borrow one of their computers FREE of CHARGE.Today my girlfriend wanted a new computer and I told her that we had to go to Experimax and again we were dazzled with Fraz and his experience and no pressure sale.If you need anything done for your Apple products this is the ONLY place to go. I know I wont go anywhere else.

I needed to get several things on my iPhone 6s Plus fixed in order to trade it in. The staff at this store were extremely professional and understanding of my needs. They didnt try to upsell me extra services and were trying to help me repair the part of my phone that needed to be fixed for the trade in only and nothing extra. Another customer who was in the store at the same time had an iPhone 11 screen needed to be fixed and they checked the cost of fixing it at the apple store to make sure the customer was actually saving money by going with them instead of the apple store. This type of business ethics is something I really appreciated and makes me confident they are trustworthy. The quality of the repair was really high, I couldnt tell it had been repaired at all and I am confident I will get my full trade in. The pricing here was also much lower or equivalent than competing repair services in the area. The store was very spacious with place to sit while you wait and very clean unlike some other competitors. Overall I could not recommend this place enough!

This place seems like a great place for old Apple products. The prices were reasonable, but the technology was somewhat dated. Shopping there helped us to understand what we liked and what we didnt. We ended up getting a MacBook Pro at the apple store instead with a great back to school deal.

Not only did they do a good job with the repairs, they also were better priced than other competitors I checked. Syed did mention they are the new owners and have nothing to do with reviews from the prior owners. I will come back here for all my mobile phone and computer repairs. I just bought a 2014 iMac from them. They transferred the data from my old PC without a problem and bought my old PC. Since then I’ve gone back for help with my iPhone and iPad which they cleared up in minutes. They were friendly, efficient, patient and knowledgeable, who could ask for more?Sure beats fighting the crowds at the Apple Store.

My iPhone 6 Plus battery started to go (90% to 30% in 4 minutes). T-Mobile wanted $600 for an iPhone 7. Experimac, 10 minutes, and $43 later, I had a new battery and was on my way. Great service.

Needed to replace a broken home button on a 5s. I went in and the young lady asked me to fill out a form while she took my phone to the back to work on it. As i finished the form she returned my phone with a working button. Flawless work. Wonderful experience. Ill be taking another phone to get a screen replaced.

If you have a computer to be fixed, they do not know what they are doing. I was told that my computer was done, great! Went there, told them to plug it in to see, and nope it was not. I told Kade to look at it and call me when it was done (that day). Well I got a text from him saying that they got really busy and waiting for someone to come look. Kade even sent a pic of their security cameras to show me that they were busy. Did not need to see that!Next day, I texted Kade, I told him just because you got busy doesnt mean that you put this on the back burner. I am a paying customer too, especially when I made the trip there to pick it up and it was not fixed!Kades response: Certain repairs like mobile phone repairs and mobile battery replacements get put in priority because the ocmpany markets those repairs to be done in a short time...Kade, I dont care! I feel as if I am not worthy of time, the computer has been there over a week and it is not fixed.The other guy who can barely speak english talks as if he is angry.Everyone there at the shop passes the buck. They do not know how to fix anything expect screens. Good luck!Your customer service sucks!
