I made an appointment to view a vehicle on the lot that I was told it’s available. I then go to my credit union to take out an auto loan for said vehicle. I show up day of my appointment maybe 30 minutes before. For me to walk into the doors and them tell me that they are working on paperwork with another customer and if it does or doesn’t sell they will give me a call so I leave wait a few hours and they still didn’t call me. Very unprofessional from a bunch of money hungry sales goblins.

Could have been a better experience. We made the deal our salesman Mike had to leave and turned us over To Jordan who ended up getting busy with another customer which left us standing there. We then got back to the finance guy which was great and then when he was done we went back to our salesman desk and sat there for 20 minutes or better waiting the keys and finally Jordon came over to turn us over to another guy and all he did was give us the car keys outside and said thanks for buying from us enjoy your new Lexus. There was no instructions giving outside such as how to setup our phones which took me a couple day to setup watching YouTube videos. I had to watch videos for 6 days to get stuff figured out. I had to even go back in to get them to take my old license plates off the other car because they could not get the old plates transferred which they said I would have to take them to the MVD to use my special plates once the new ones come in which now is going to cost me more to get the right plates on the car. I would like to say I love the car but experience after the sale was not good

Daniel is amazing and the whole staff in general are very friendly and helpful. It is pricey, but all dealerships are. Would have given 5 stars but, no-one really enforces social distancing. Not so much the responsibility of just staff but patrons as well. Patrons were the ones who wouldnt respect distance or wearing a mask correctly and no-one said a word, except myself. I highly recommend Lexus of Chandler and all the staffs hard, respectful work.

Worst service ever!!!When I bought my GS350, it is not only for the performance and reliability of Lexus, also for the known trustworthy maintenance services although cost is higher than average. However, my today’s experience says differently.I took my GS350 for 40k service. However the service consultant Daniel Darling kept pushing to take other unnecessary changes like wiper blade change etc..However, this is not a bad part yet.After they said the service is done, I found a huge crack on the rear bumper of my car. Also, there was damage on the exhaust on right side. The damages are obviously from bottom to top, and all of the damages are not there before I took my car in. However, the consultant just kept saying “The damages are already there when you bring your car” and I asked if they had any inspection when I bring my car, and he says he “mistakenly” didn’t inspect exterior when they received the car. What a coincidence??And then, I asked to see CCTV if we can see the damage on the rear bumper when I arrived, and he refused to show because he has no access to the CCTV. Now I have to wait until Tuesday with my damaged car.Anyway, this is my worst service experience so far. I don’t think Lexus service is trustworthy anymore, quite changed in the last few years.

Took my LS430 here after i bough it to get an oil change and get it inspected. They said i needed 9k worth of work. When i drove off their lot, my car overheated. When i looked in radiator they had completely drained it. They also said i had a water pump leak and they they could not find any records of my car being serviced. Turned out t be a lie. Funny since the book that came with the car had all the listed services done at Lexus dealerships. SMH. BigO has been treating my vehicle better than this place did!

Recently had my IS-F in for some warranty work. Dax and the tech that worked on my car were both fantastic. Great communication and very professional. I left an item of value in my glovebox (totally dumb mistake). The GM already had it locked it their safe before I even realized and returned. Very honest and great service!

No real greeting, since we had a older Lexus, not the same friendly atmosphere of Earnhardt Lexus.Service Advisors who where group together speaking to each other, no one stopped to ask how they can help us. My girlfriend bought her first Lexus and I told her how great the Lexus experience is at the Dealerships and was greatly disappointed. We live in Chandler and this morning I am taking her to Earnhardt where I get my cars serviced. There whether your car is brand-new or Not quite new they give you that true Lexus experience.

Lexus of Chandler takes good care of me every time I need to be there. My car is four years old and I have yet to have anything go wrong with it. They let me know when it needs to be serviced and then I bring it in. They take my car get it done in the time they say they’re going to. And return my car looking like a brand new one. It’s been washed and cleaned and good to go. Everyone there is kind and helpful and particularly Misty took very good care of me. It’s always wonderful to take home a beautiful clean car. One thing that frustrates me a little is when my car is returned the seating has been changed as well as the mirrors. So before I can go any place I need to change it all back to the way I had it. I bring my 2010 Lexus es350 to DANNY MORALES to do oil change and he was saying you are fine I can do your oil change today you can come back on Friday and if the OIL MAINT REQD bothers you I can rest it. I said to him keep the car here and do my oil change on Friday as you said and give me another car to drive and he was saying I cannot offering you another car if you doing oil change only and another time he was saying I have no cars for today to give you. He wasn’t taking care of one of his customers. That’s too bad for Lexus dealership.

I will have to compare another rdealership to thoroughly explain why Chandler Lexus is a better experience for me. I wanted to add a hitch to my new used Lexus RX350. I called the north scottsdale lexus dealership to ask price etc. When I called the did not ask what options I had just told me $1600. And in my opinion short and curt. But when I called Chandler Lexus I was routed to Mindy a service person, she asked me lots of questions and my vin number. She said she would call back shortly after checking on some things. She did call back in a timely manner and explained that my car had the rear kick plate and Lexus did not make a hitch for my car. I was appreciative of her research and follow through. She also told me about recall, we made an appointment to have that taken care of. She spoke to me in a respectful way. I will be using this dealer even though the other one is closer.
