I came in to trade in and buy a car I looked at online. I had an appointment with Jim and he had called out sick no big deal. On my drive to the dealership Parrish Flores called and let me know that he would be helping me since Jim was unavailable. We had seen an orange one the day before on Mill Ave and that’s what we wanted. Unfortunately the only one they had was just sold. We exchanged numbers and email. We looked at another red Q3 but it wasn’t what we wanted. While having lunch the next day Kristian emailed me saying the orange Q3 was available, the sale fell through. We made an appointment for Sunday and bought the car. We arrived at the showroom Wednesday to pick it up. Kristian went over everything the car has. Finance gal was super awesome and fun. My Audi A4 was under warranty and it needed a new transmission. The transmission had to ordered from Germany. I understand that replacing a transmission is a big job, but these were the mistakes made that I did not find out about until a week to over a year after the repairs were made.1) Just over a year after the transmission was replaced, I noticed a creaking sound when I applied the brakes that seemed to come from under the car. So I looked under the car and found two of the very large bolts with square nuts that hold a subframe to the main frame missing (see pics of the missing bolts). I think it most likely that these were either not put back when the car was reassembled or not tightened and fell out. I decided to replace them rather than go back to the dealership who I thought would likely give me the runaround as over a year had passed. I cant think of a better explanation for why these would be missing. The creak was fixed after I replaced them.2) About 1 week/few days after the transmission was replaced I noticed a burning smell when driving on the freeway that came and went. I had no idea of the cause and after about a week it went away. I couldnt even be sure it was from the car vs something in the air. A few months later I noticed that the wheel well liner (a felt-like substance) was flapping loose and a whole was worn in it just where the tire would rub against it as it was loose. I imagine that it was not connected correctly following the reassembly and the burning smell was the tire wearing a hole in the liner. I decided to replace this myself as again, I felt like I would just get the dealership runaround. I suppose it could be unrelated to the transmission replacement.3) I decided to look around for any other missing or lose parts and found that a hose was not clamped back properly (see third picture). I needed to take the car in because of a noice from the front and asked them if they could please refasten the hose (after telling them the transmission story). They said they looked and couldnt find anything. The picture shows that the hose is not clamped. I suppose this could also be unrelated to the transmission replacement but its certainly something that would have been removed.4) That noise I took the car in for in #3 above, they could not say for sure what it was but it was likely a wheel bearing. They would need to do exploratory work by first replacing the wheel bearing (about $1000) to rule it out. I didnt want to pay $1000 to rule it out and feel that a dealership should be able to diagnose a wheel bearing. Again, I got a definite attitude from the person dealing with me.I suppose none of these missing bolts, the flapping wheel well liner or the loose hose clamp were related to the transmission replacement, but I feel its highly unlikely there is another explanation. All of these things which are in the vicinity of the transmission do not suddenly become disconnected. Maybe I should have given them the benefit of the doubt and taken the car back for them to attend to the items rather than thinking Id get the run around. But it was over a year later and it took putting 2 and 2 together over time. But on the one time I asked them to check on the hose, I did feel some attitude and rolled eyes from the person working with me and they never even found the loose hose.

Take your Audi here for service. I got the run around for months with Audi Gilbert and couldnt diagnose or fix the problem and was trying to put me on the hook for thousands on engine work. Took it to Audi Chandler and they diagnosed the problem, which was covered by warranty and got it done and the loaners they give you are way better than Gilbert. From now on I buy and service only with Chandler, I recommend you do the same.

My wife and I walked into Audi Chandler to just go shopping for a new car for me, which was my first car-buying experience. I was strictly just looking and wanting an A3, nonetheless we were seeing what my options were. Rich’s knowledge of the cars and his background in the industry is what gave me the trust to shop with him. He didn’t seem to be “trying to sell me a car” like the typical car salesperson. He gave us the facts and answered our questions with all the information. About an hour later, I was signing the papers to a 2018 A4. I received a Multipoint on 8/2 and was told that I needed to replace front lower wishbone link bushings and front lower control arm. I gave Josh Macias my extended warranty information to get the job done. He told me that he would call them the following morning to get the process started. I called Josh the next day for a update. He told me that he called my warranty people at 10am and he was waiting to here back from them. It’s now 8/4 and I have not heard anything from Josh. I decided to call the warranty company myself today and was told that they never received a call from Josh. The last call they have on my policy is from June when I called to inquire about my warranty. I have no idea why Josh Macias would lie about calling my warranty company. Needless to say I took my car somewhere else. The crazy thing about it all is my warranty covered the entire bill. Bad business!!!

I’m from California and When I first went to my local Audi dealership (here in Cali) they treated me like a joke/child because of my age (I was 24 at the time) and assumed I couldn’t afford their cars so they disregard my Interest in the vehicle and continued to ask me what I do for a living, when I told them I’m a full time student in school to become a doctor and a full time medical field worker, they continued to disregard my interest and basically said continue looking around! Audi Chandler in Arizona are nothing like that! They are nice, attentive and overall great! They work with you and give you great deals you ask for! I live in California but bought a Q5 from Audi Chandler because their deals and service are unbeatable! I had been looking for a Q5 prestige for a long time and finally found one on Audi Chandlers website that was exactly how I wanted it. I inquired about the vehicle and Almost immediately Clark got back to me. He was completely the opposite of the sales people here at my local dealership! Clark was always there to answer any questions I had, worked with what I asked and never made me feel pressured to purchase. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted and he made it happen! My local Audi dealership even called me and told me they hate to lose my business but they cannot match the deal Audi Chandler was giving me so it would be best to continue the purchase with them, (at least they were honest). I live in Pennsylvania, but the car I wanted (a fairly rare unusual combination of options) was sitting in Arizona at Audi Chandler. I contacted them hours after they posted the vehicle for sale online and Kristian called me right away. Within the hour he sent me a video walk-around of the car and began working up pricing. After a phone call or two and many texts back and forth (he even answered them after hours), we sealed the deal. He overnighted all the paperwork immediately and the whole thing went off without a hitch. The car was shipped to me 1,800 miles away and arrived about 2 weeks after the first contact with the dealership. The whole process was completely painless. Very well done.

The sales associate, Jesse, took the stress out of shopping and making a major purchase. Not easy to make a senior feel at ease around all the tech and paperwork. George in the Service Department is the best. He did a 30K-mile service and expedited it to get me finished much earlier than expected. Cant imagine trusting my Audi to anywhere else.

Last week I listed my 2018 Tesla Model X on facebook. A gentleman Parrish reached out and asked a few questions about the car, notating the dealership had in interest in buying it. After sharing VIN, feedback on the Carfax which showed 2 minor accidents, he made an offer of $69,500 if everything was what I said it was.I took 2 short videos pointing out very minor blemishes and shared with him videos. At which point he shared with his GM who now was going to back the offer up to $68,500.Now this is where It gets interesting, I work In the automotive industry and I asked a few inspectors what they thought about that, sharing the blemishes with them. They stated it was a negotiating tactic the damage was no worse then a few hundred dollars. I sent Parrish a message, countering at $69,100, going off what my Inspectors told me could be fixed for a few hundred dollars. At that point Parrish said he would check with GM in morning. The next morning I get the following message“Unfortunately my manager has a change of heart, with the accidents and having to repaint the hood. He is no longer wanting to move forward. I apologize but I know you’ll sell it quick! Thanks again!”I went back and forth a bit and asked if they would even honor their counter of $68, 500, at which point they declined.I understand that a business can ultimately do what they want and pull offers, back up offers, so on and so forth, but that doesn’t mean it’s the right thing to do and that does not mean it’s good business. It’s what gives dealerships a bad reputation as being “shady”. I work in automotive and there are scenarios every day where we make offers on cars, and we ALWAYS stand by them, unless new information is presented that would make us reconsider.In this scenario with this dealer no new information was learned, I was incredibly transparent. They were just upset because I called them out on their “negotiating” tactic or otherwise tactic to “beat up” the customer on price.I am trying to source a A4 for a friend, but will absolutely not be choosing Audi of Chandler.PS — Parrish was a pleasure and felt really bad. Under no circumstance was this his fault.

This was our 2nd time getting a vehicle from Audi Chandler. Our point of contact this time around was Clark which was great because he helped.us into our last Audi 6 months ago, so it was a pleasant surprise working with someone who took care of us the first time around! Ive been to peoria, Scottsdale, and now Chandler twice and I 100% would come back here again if I needed another Audi. Clark was great, he knew I wanted the vehicle I wanted and went above and beyond to get the deal done. Husband bought a new to him, used Denali. Alex helped us along and made sure we were comfortable during the process. Used car manager also made sure the experience was A+. The waiting area was fully stocked with waters, coffee, teas, hot chocolate, etc. They go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of while you are here!

Al Rizzo is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I had just bought my Audi from a dealership that turned out to have all kinds of issues. Since I live in southern CA, they helped my third party to schedule and inspect the vehicle and handled all of my concerns professionally. Iv been going here for some time and George is who I works with when I visit Audi Chandler, from the very start I felt like I could trust in him a lot of times I think it’s hard to trust in someone to tell you whats wrong with your car especially when it gets pricey but when it comes to him I feel like he’s always honest and very helpful and understanding. Its because of him that I keep going back if I need anything done to my car. If you need to talk to someone in servicing ask for George! You won’t be disappointed he’s very detailed about any work that needs to get done he is helpful and always stays in contact with you. I never write reviews but I felt the need to do this one. All the staff is kind and professional.

I dont normally write reviews even if the outcome is good. But I want to take the time to write how my experience was. I inquired about a q3 I saw online, Clark had got in touch with me the following morning around 8am and basically assisted in every possible way of getting this done. Apart from being a really cool, humble, respectful guy, he went out of his way to keep in touch with me between Monday when I inquired about the car until today, when we got the car. It had every spec possible. A q3 fully loaded was very hard to come by as they were basically being sold before they arrived at the dealer. Clark returned all of my phone calls, gave me all of the right info, and made sure to lock in this deal before I even arrived (didnt even think it was possible). Bottom line, it was very hassle-free, he kept the process simple, in and out within 2 hours. Just an overall great experience and Im glad he was very personable, made it a great experience for me and my wife. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive from Peoria. Thanks again
