I am rating one star because the staff was friendly when my dad and I came in to buy a truck. Now its been over 40 days since we got our truck and we still have not received a title from this company, only registration and our paper plates have expired. We have tried to contact many times and even went to their lot and they closed down shop and moved before letting their consumers know how to reach them. Their phone number now goes straight to a busy signal and I have no clue how to get the title. Would not recommend to anyone. Obviously does not care about the their customers as long as they can make a profit. I will be continuing to try to reach them to get a title but if not I will be calling the BBB and this company does not screw over anymore innocent people.
