Unexpected loss of my Land Rover brought me back to Jaguar Land Rover Chandler. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Young who was patient and extremely well versed in educating me on everything Jaguar. The purchase of my vehicle was a relatively easy decision after warranty and maintenance inclusions were explained. I was also able to speak with Earl in service who was an asset in helping me understand slight differences between Jaguar and Land Rover. This dealership is transparent and trustworthy and I am happy to continue being a customer.

From the very beginning of my experience to the end my advisor Earl Miller provided detail information as to what was going to be done to my vehicle. Earl explained in depth what a solenoid is and it’s role in the performance of my vehicle. Jaguar provided a courtesy vehicle for my use while awaiting repairs to be completed so I did not have to worry about obtaining transportation to and from work. When Earl was away, the Jaguar/Landrover team stepped in and provided a status of the repairs and a guesstimated time of completion. When the work was completed Earl again thoroughly reviewed the work completed and what everything meant on the repair sheet ( colors and their indication).This explanation is important especially as a female with little knowledge regarding car maintenance and repairs. On top of all of this I received a clean car ready to put the rubber back on the pavement.Thank you Earl and the Jag/Landrover team.

I came in last week with my mom to look at a used Escalade I had seen online we worked with Khoi and Chad. The experience truly blew my mom and I both away.. She has bought many cars through dealerships and this was my 3rd we have never had any experience of buying a vehicle come close to this. It was so great she said her next car she plans to come here no matter what. Khoi showed us the car, went on the test drive sat us down to go take the application sent it back to Chad then brought us the payment breakdown and we went straight in to work with Chad. All the paperwork and options were so clear, they didnt try to upsell us on anything they simply gave the options with great detail and no pressure at all. I also absolutely loved that as soon as we went to work with Chad Khoi took the car to get a full tank of gas then parked inside the building to wipe the entire exterior down.

I had an idea of what I wanted and needed in a vehicle, and thankfully Michael Young helped me fill in the gaps with his vehicle knowledge to help guide me to find me new Jaguar F-Pace! And it’s PERFECT! I’m so in love because it truly is me, and Michael listened to my needs and was amazing at helping me transition into a new Jag owner. He even gave me some Jaguar swag once he realized my birthday was coming up! The sales and finance managers were also very friendly and helpful, and Earl in service has been great with follow up appointments to install the protective features I added to keep my new car looking fabulous. I’m going back soon to have Earl powder coat my rims black to make my F-Pace more personalized to my individual character. I now feel like family walking in now! My husband and I visited here last weekend to test drive the Discovery. Our experience was beyond great and much better than the service we had at other dealerships on the same day. Isaac was our sales rep. He was low pressure, very informative and chose the perfect car for us to test drive, it’s the car we ended up buying. There was no haggling or back and forth dealing, they worked with us fairly and respectfully. The entire experience surpassed our expectations and was a joy with no stress! Had a great purchase experience at Jaguar of Chandler. GM Bobby Perich returned a phone call to me about a used F-type that I had questions about, and generally made me feel welcome and comfortable with the dealership. An awesome GM that sets a great example for his people. Worked with Robert Rayburn on the deal and he was awesome as well. I purchased my BMW M4 mid August 2020, delivered toward the end of August. Delivery delayed due to covid, but rectified by the dealership. Today is now JANUARY 20th, 2021, and I have STILL NOT received my license plates. I have called & emailed Bobby Perich (general manager), Chad Johnson, Brenda Issa. No answer as to when I will receive my property.Initially, I called for an update since I had not heard anything in regards to my plates for the whole month of September. No communication, no reply. Then October 2, 2020, and confirmed on my Ring doorbell, I received an envelope (which included the wrong vehicle) reading I need to send in my car inspection, which I didn’t even know I had to get done, and current insurance, which I of course had. Sent back with the overnight envelope. Thing is, the car addressed in this letter was a different car, a Mercedes GLC. I purchased a BMW M4.I email and call several people to find out what is going on, to see if I was accidentally sent someone else’s paperwork. Just deflection and no answer for several days. I am then emailed, to follow the instructions since the paperwork was actually for me, although wrong vehicle listed. I was out of town at this time. I had my inspection done when I came back home. I overnight the envelope. It is delivered October 14, 2020, and signed. Confirmed with tracking number. Since then, I have had to resend my inspection and insurance several times. No answer as to what exactly is going on, what happened to the original paperwork. I call DPS in November to see if they can see anything pending and if so, how long until receive my plates. DPS alerts me that aside from my state inspection, “nothing else has been started on the seller’s end.” I am livid at this point. I am also at the point where my temporary tag is almost expired (AGAIN), and I have no answers. Is the plan to indefinitely send me temporary tags? Excuses have ranged from needing my paperwork (SEVERAL TIMES) to them sending my paperwork in with my name in THE WRONG ORDER. The order that was plainly read on my driver’s license and other government IDs.Communication on the dealership’s end has been vague, evasive, and borderline dismissive. If it’s taking this long to get regular tags, how long will it take to get temporary tags? I DO NOT have faith in this dealership at this point. I am about to leave for another covid contract, and need transportation with proper, legal tags. This dealerships actions and inactions have led me to see them in a very suspect, deplorable manner. One other issue I called in September, is my loan needing to have the correct car listed. A different car was listed than from what I purchased.UPDATE 3/18/21: I’m just posting this because I keep getting messaged concerning the outcome, or if I ever received my plate.PURCHASED: 8/14/2020DATE PLATES RECEIVED: 2/04/2021

I own an 02 Jaguar XK8. Last week I had arranged for service, tow, etc. Was told I would be provided a loaner. Hours later was told I wouldnt be b/c of the age of my Jag. Had to cancel. Had everything arranged again today. Then I was informed they wouldnt even look at my Jag b/c its an 02. Had to cancel today as well. Im dumbfounded, Ive never heard of a dealership that doesnt work on their own cars. This was not a good Jaguer experience.

The guys over at Land Rover Jag of Chandler are amazing. I personally go in for repairs and service for my 2006 Range Rover HSE and through the last 2 years there’s no one I trust more than Jim, Mel And their service team to correctly deal with my vehicle.I once went to a Low Cost place to get my emissions done, ONCE, and I got my vehicle back with molding put back improperly, and later found out my metal protective skid plate was completely missing. Ever since then I only trust Certified people to work on my car and I’ve gotten serviced at the Chandler location ever since. I always get proper parts and my car is always handled well and quickly.

FINALLY!!!! Finally a Land Rover dealer that will treat there customers the right way! I can’t say enough how happy I am with this dealer. Had gone to North Scottsdale four times for the same problem Over the last 6 months. They kept sucking more and more money out of me, And telling me that the car is fine, and never really finding what was wrong with the car, not to mention, wouldn’t deal with my after market warranty that they sell. LAND ROVER OF CHANDLER went over and beyond! The service manger made sure that my problems were fixed and solved. I have an after market warranty, which if anyone has had to deal with them, it takes some time and effort. Both service manager and Mel (Service Advisor) fought for what was right, and what the warranty company needed to stand by, by paying for what is on there discloser. I will not be going anywhere else, and will be buying my next one from this dealer only. WELL DONE LAND ROVER OF CHANDLER! You have earned me business from here forward. I don’t care of far it is from me. It’s worth the drive.

The service team at this dealership are the best! Jason, Robert, and Earl were extremely accommodating. There was one additional gentleman who had just transferred to that department who was also helpful. I called the service desk and spoke with Jason, and was not exactly sure what I needed to get replaced. He walked me through several options and what he thought made the most sense. Not only did they get me in without an appointment, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with everything sorted out. All of them were friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I purchased by XE from the Scottsdale location and when I called that location for help, I was brushed off very quickly and told to call back to schedule an appointment. Because of how I was treated at the Chandler location, when I upgrade my XE (which I plan to in the next year) I will be purchasing from Jaguar Chandler.

Even though the virus problem has caused serious problems to all businesses, Jaguar Chandler has managed to keep things moving. As always, service starts as soon as you step out of your car in the service bay. I had to have a front windscreen replaced on the F-Pace; so I called ahead and had a phone conference with the glass supplier, my insurance rep and service person. Unfortunately, my insurance company (Allstate) decided they didnt want to pay for OEM products and a week passed before the service people at Jaguar were able to convince them of the need for OEM equipment. So, a yearly service with windscreen replacement took one day short of two weeks but that was not the fault of Jaguar Chandler. At least I was not inconvenienced during that time....other than I prefer my F-Pace over the courtesy vehicle.

This is a 4 year old, 51K vehicle that I purchased 6 days ago.Jaguar/Land Rover, Chandler did everything I asked for and a bit besides!!Staff are all knowledgeable, professional, personable. Facilities are excellent, clean and well maintained.Tire pressures : We configure for light loads. The vehicle told me so ever time I turned on ignition!! For the past 50 years, service people have always seemed compelled to adjust the tires for max load at max speed. Knew they were away too hard by the time I got to the first STOP sign!!All in all, a great service visit.

I was told that I needed new brakes but that didn’t seem possible as they were so new. I kept hearing an odd squeak. Mel Charles and all service staff fabulous! They diagnosed the problem and it was only a loose brake boost connector. No charge!! They saved me from an unnecessary costly brake job. Honest and caring staff. I was happy to learn JLR was opening another dealership in the Valley much closer to my place. I had my 2011 XF SC serviced by Earl and the team in Chandler and had a tremendous experience. With the launch of the I-Pace, level 2 & 3 chargers were installed. Unfortunately, the chargers quickly stopped working and have yet to be repaired. Even after calls were made to the dealer, repairs still have not been made. The EV community is pretty savvy and generally affluent, frugal but not cheap. When a dealer installs equipment, but doesnt maintain it, it doesnt speak well to their ability to care for your vehicle. The Penske group generally takes good care of their customers. I take all 3 of my Mercedes to the neighboring dealer and have always been pleased with my treatment. This might be the exception to the rule.It appears these reviews are closely monitored. But seems like only the positive ones are replied to. Perhaps Im wrong...Edit: I emailed the address given in the reply, no response. The chargers went to pay chargers, GREAT! The EV community is HAPPY to pay for the electric they use. Unfortunately they are now restricted use. You cannot use your ChargePoint account to charge. Obviously not EV leaders.If youve got $80k to spend on an EV, and most EV drivers do, just go get a Tesla. Dont bother with Jaguar.

Came here with family at 3:30 on a Saturday, a very rude man greeted us at the door, didnt even introduce himself and quickly made himself scarce. We were here to pit the F-Pace and land rovers against Volvo, but with no one to help us we eventually left with plenty of questions.Would strongly recommend against coming here, go with anyone else - if thats how their staff act Id hate to deal with their financial and maintenance departments

This is the second visit to the service department.Visit #1 was to repair a leak in the cooling system and an oil change. My Jaguar XF was in their shop for 5 days. They had ordered the wrong parts, and when it was fixed, forgot the oil change. They did do the oil change after the fact while I waited.Visit #2 was for the air bag recall. I also bought tires and had them installed.I made an appointment and requested a loaner, which was confirmed. Upon arriving at the service center, my service advisor informed me there that they had no loaners available. What?? I was guaranteed one when I made the appointment. My service advisor put the blame on the “girls setting up the service calls.” Eventually, they found a Toyota SUV they could loan me, but had to wait close to one hour while it was being “detailed.”A couple of days after I picked up the car, I noticed that the dash facia had been improperly installed post the air bag repair. The A/C vents weren’t flush and parts of the facia was sticking out, making it look terrible. The left driver’s side air vent makes a horrible noise as it opens.Now I have to drive 30 miles to get their shoddy work repaired.It makes you wonder if the air bag recall fix isn’t a disaster. I just don’t want to find out in the [unfortunate] case of a failure during an accident.The tire change and alignment were fine.Shoddy maintenance and poor service in a Jaguar dealership is unheard of, except for Chandler Jaguar.Update 8/20/18:Thanks Jim (service manager) for proactively taking this matter and reversing it. All items above were repaired in less than one hour. We had a constructive conversation on how this fairly new this dealership is and making good strides to improve.I’m therefore updating my score from one to three stars.Hopefully this will change to five stars as time goes on.Thanks for taking the responsibility to fix what was done improperly.

Had trouble with my 1999 Jaguar xk8 and had it towed to dealer. Being an older car, I was not sure what repairs would be needed. Being early in the evening the only contact I had was with the girl on the phone who promised I would get a call first thing in the morning from the service dept. First thing in the morning I got the call and was told my car was scheduled for service and they would call with the results. They called the next day and I dreaded what they might tell me as far as costs. I was told they ran the diagnostics and drove the car for 1/2 hour and the only thing they found was the battery needed replacement and new wiper blades installed. Now they could have told me anything, and that I needed $$ worth of repairs. Their honesty and the professionalism of their team (Earl being one) makes them standout among most dealers.

Walked in to Chandler Jaguar and asked for a member of management with whom I could speak to about a vehicle advertised online. I was greeted by Savas Makridis (sales consultant) who promptly connected me with the general manager (Bobby Perich). I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of speaking to the general manager with no previous contact and having never set foot inside this dealership. We agreed to terms and made a deal on this vehicle in about 5 minutes (had my research done prior to my visit). From Bobby Perichs (GM) office I was taken back to Savas Makridis (sales consultant) desk for a few minutes where he collected my information and got busy making sure the car got prepared and fully fueled. Total time now maybe 10 minutes inside the dealership. I then met Chad Hansen (finance manager), who discussed the final details of the deal in his office. They did everything they promised in record time! I cannot say enough about how efficient this team worked and how smooth this transaction went! My two boys (12 and 8) even commented how fast the process went! We are beyond happy with the options and prices particularly regarding Chad Hansen (finance manager) and his work with our deal. Thank you guys! I appreciate your hard work. I highly recommend seeing this crew for your next vehicle, Jaguar, Land Rover or other. Mine was a used Toyota!
