Avoid DillonMy car was being repaired and they had over three weeks to complete job. I go pick up my car and the ‘hood open’ icon is pinging every ten seconds. I tell Dillon and he tries to adjust something with a pair of pliers to no avail. Dillon tells me they have no loaner but wants me to take the car and bring it back in one week (with dashboard clearly indicating it’s not safe). Obviously no one performed a system check? I decided to leave the car. If you go to MB of Chandler ask for Nate as he will work hard to get you a fair deal and your vehicle will not need to be ‘looked at’ again. Dillon seemed to work hard to drive the repair costs as high as possible. Up to this experience my wife and I had impeccable service. Maybe it’s because we dealt with Nate exclusively. Dillon may be a little overwhelmed.
