Pretty good place. Good drinks. Ordered 4 drinks, got 3 right away had to wait about 5 extra minutes for the 4th drink.
They did a great job. The line for drive through moved a bit slowly, but everything went smoothly
The so called manager named Mose was very rude and disrespectful because he was mad since we had multiple orders, even though we told them AHEAD of time that we have multiple orders to place. He was so dramatic at the check out window and stuck out half his body out of the window and literally yelled at us when he was not even the one who took our order, and never disclosed himself as the manager. When I called to make a complaint he said he was the manager for the day and that I can speak to his supervisor but stated I can tell you right now, even if you complain about me nothing will happen. I will never be coming back here again. Terrible customer service.
Ive never had anything but great service here. The staff are friendly and efficient and help to pass any time youre waiting by chit chatting. May not be for everyone (the chit-chatting), but at least its better than staring longingly at your drink being made through the closed drive-through window. :)
I recently moved to the area and almost never leave poor reviews, but after multiple trips of poor service and quality it culminated in my trip this morning. After arriving I realized I forgot my wallet but there is no way to leave the line once in, I ended up waiting 15 minutes and found some money problem is it was a 100 dollar bill I was told they couldnt accept it I stated I forgot my wallet and it is all I had they simply shrugged their shoulders said sorry have a nice day.I did not want to argue knowing I could get my drinks if I did, but simply drove away and accepted I can never go back to this location after multiple poor experiences.Dunkin donuts from now I guess.
Love this place ! The service has been much better lately and they are always killing it! They are so fast and accurate in the drive thru, and Liz at the window is always so kind! Keep it up everyone!
Drive thru employees are very friendly and the wait time is pretty short.
There is plenty of staff that comes and goes but the core group there is great and this is one place where my drinks are consistently made correct regardless of how busy they are

Typically I get my coffee at this location. One day, they managed to make a mistake on two of the coffees that I ordered. Both of them were horrible. The label on the drink was correct but it tasted like just pure coffee, which is not what we ordered. It was our usual espresso drink. Anyways, called them to tell them about it, and the manager gave us 2 free ones on the following day.When I came in to pick it up, they gave me the drinks. However, I tried to tell them about my experience, it was replied with a cold shoulder. It wont stop me from going to them again. But the place really needs an upbeat. I miss the upbeat of the past employees. They used to be very friendly, talkative, and just seem overall happy. The tone now is just kind of sad in the morning. Now it feels like Im just number and they are rushing to get me out. Please take this in consideration and make the place a bit more upbeat like it used to be. I believe in you girls!12/30/2020 Update - Still getting my order incorrectly. Half cup? They always make it up when I call but they claim that they have new people. Its a bit frustrating when this happens too often. Not only was it half cup, it tasted different than my usual.
Normally I would give this location a five star but today my experience was horrible. The cashier on the other end of the drive up, was very bland, dry, rushed me, and had a tone of voice that presented irritation. I don’t know if it was towards me, or she just doesn’t like her job. But as soon as I pulled up to the window she was micromanaging all of the employees telling them not to leave Stuff laying around, for them to put the things away they use, and that this is part of the job. I found it to be very rude, and look poorly on the business when there is someone on the other end who is supposed to be a manager in leading a team in a positive manner that is only micromanaging them, criticizing their work, and scolding them,. That makes for the whole team to be stressed out and negative and it showed. I typically get the most positive happy people but today it was just not the case the whole aura was different inside and I believe it to be the manager on duty that was breathing down everyone’s necks. She was the most unfriendly drive-through attendant I’ve ever encountered in my life.
Always a long line in drive through. I stopped by the other day in person and they accidentally put my drink in the drive through window instead of in the cafe so I ended up having to wait an extra 10 minutes but the staff seemed nice.

I had a great experience and I’m always impressed with how well they work under pressure. For some reason whenever this one individual works and is taking my order I always get an attitude. Today their music was too loud no one could hear what the workers were saying. Yesterday though was amazing.
I am definitely a Caribou Coffee girl, although I love the salted caramel mocha that they have here in the fall. If they had salted caramel all the time I would probably get a perks membership here. Caribou really needs to get salted caramel mocha. The service this time was less than friendly at the window but that’s not my usual experience. I do like how quick they are here. Usually I can get through the drive in just a couple minutes.
I wouldnt normally go out of my way to review a Starbucks, but I just wanted to say Im so impressed with how well this Starbucks is run. The drive-thru is always so impressively efficient, and the baristas are incredibly friendly. Thank you to all the workers and managers who contribute to such a well-run operation.

This location is full of covid, found out they weren’t closing for cleaning after their manager and coworker came in contact with someone positive or are positive themselves with covid. This is extremely unprofessional and putting the public at risk!

It seems human decency has completely left this building. COVID is a time where we should be caring for each other not acting as though a customer entering your store is the absolute WORST thing that has ever happened to you. If you are that upset at having a customer enter your place of employment maybe you should stay home or stay closed. Treating people as if they are your worst enemy for no reason is unacceptable. I had a very bad experience through this particular locations drive through multiple times with the same employee. She treated us with attitude and was very rude early in the morning right when they opened. I realize customer connections are very important for Starbucks brand, but I have recieved nothing but attitude from this one individual when I come through the drive through. That being said I have been inside and had some great personal connections some employees on the inside when the lobby was open. I have also came through this location twice and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and both times they forgot it. I hope something can change for the better for this store because I would love to see them suceed.

Horrible customer service. Will never return to this starbucks again. I have always experienced great customer connections at other starbucks. Liz gave me attitude for no reason. This has happened multiple times. Honestly shocked she has still been working here for over a year when Starbucks is known for having person customer interactions. Was treated rudely and did not appreciate it one bit. Last thing I expect from a Starbucks. Out of pocket for her to treat me and my family like this when just going to get some coffee to start my day.

I was just here today on Mother’s Day 2018 around 12pm and they don’t have gluten free bagels. Since I’m on a gluten free diet and I can’t have dairy, I’m not able to have any bagels and croissants. Lizzie took my order but I only got a black tea. I told her I was on a gluten-free diet and trying to avoid dairy, and she understood (KINDA) but said that you guys were all out of gluten-free bread and that I could get like a egg biscuit or whatever those are called that has cheese on it And she could take the cheese off and the bread off but it wouldn’t be gluten-free either way. I know it doesn’t make any sense on my end but I feel like corporate has to do something about this and get more gluten-free bread and make croissant’s without butter in them for us lactose intolerant gluten-free people. Oh yeah by the way Lizzie never said sorry about the inconvenience. If I knew someone who was lactose intolerant and gluten-free but we didn’t have any of that, I would’ve apologized for the inconvenience but she never even apologized which frustrates me. Now I know why I don’t go to to Starbucks a lot anymore. Come on corporate and management if you Have a customer like me being lactose intolerant and gluten-free there should be more gluten-free bread and dairy free options. I know this is Starbucks and everything but come on. I’m sorry to have to say this but you have lost a customer (aka me). I know you don’t care but you should. Until you guys get dairy free optioned and gluten free optioned bagels sandwiches and so on, I will never return until that happens if I feel like coming back that is. A $5 coffee is about keeping you up and lifting your spirits. You will expect to feel better about shelling your hard earned money on a cup of Joe...but not when the lady at window treats uyou like you didnt deserve it and rewards you with disdain then tops its off with strands of hair on the coffee cups lid! At least say thank you for the tip!

If you need anything beyond your initial order, prepare to be ignored. Dont have cream or milk carrafes out like every other Starbucks in the universe. Not that hard to briefly interrupt your personal conversation for my petty customer request

Retrain your baristas! Specifically (SAPPHIRE) My wife and I went here because we recently signed up for the rewards and downloaded the app for the first time. Since we did this, Starbucks was kind enough to send us both a free drink on them for signing up. Okay cool! However, when we ordered our drinks we pulled up to the drive through and was greeted by a young woman with the name of “Sapphire”. I stated we recently received a coupon for one free drink each on our app, so we proceeded to show her our phones for her to scan them. She scanned our phones, and a second later, she asked us to show her my phone again to be scanned, because it “didn’t work”. Okay no problem. I tried logging back in to my app in order to look for the free drink coupon, but because she already scanned my phone, the coupon was now invalid. I proceeded to tell her this and all she could tell me was “I don’t know what to tell ya, you’re gonna have to pay for the other one”. My wife and I were in complete disbelief this is the kind of customer service we were experiencing. I kept reassuring her that she had already scanned the coupon therefore it has expired. She then proceeded to ask what looked like the manager in the back and said the same thing “they need to pay for it”. I didn’t want to argue because there was a line behind me, but right after that, my wife and I filed a complaint to Starbucks headquarters directly and received a 15 dollar gift card for our pathetic excuse of customer service we were put through. I love Starbucks, but I will never go to this one again because of that.

; I always come pick up coffee at this location for my job. They are super friendly, upbeat and provide fast service. I am going to say my orders are always complicated because my coworkers cant just put the orders on one card so I have to place at least two separate orders every time.Tip: Through drive-thru, it is easier to pay for separate orders if you tell the cashier in advance rather than after ordering.Update: Theres one older grumpy barista who needs to leave her attitude/whatever else shes dealing with outside of work at home. Nobody with that kind of attitude should work in the service industry. I almost feel sorry for her.

Makes you feel appreciated as a customer! Told one barista a week prior that my birthday was coming up, day of my birthday I pulled up and was greeted to a big Happy birthday! from every one and a note on my drink. Great Mobile ordering app!
I approached the drink pick-up area and, not seeing any beverages out, stood back to wait. A woman asked, mobile order? and I replied yes. She asked my name, then pulled a drink out from around the corner and visibly and audibly scoffed as she handed it to me. Even if it had been some complicated order, which it wasnt, I was put off by the attitude. Will not be going back.

The baristas here know their stuff. Clean place, plenty of comfy chairs and several tables for homework or 1-1 meetings. One table for 4 people to work around. A few tables for 3 people.

Normally I love Starbucks! But I had to give it a bad review because today it was the last day of school for me. Then I had dance so we wanted to celebrate summer with Starbucks. So first we drove to the hy-vee one but it was closed and we were sad but we still wanted our Starbucks. We looked up the hours and online it said Champlin closes at 10pm. (It’s like 9:45) So we go to Champlin but it’s closed. Very disappointing!! So after all this we just go Dairy Queen and saved like 5 bucks.
