STRANGE THINGS ARE AFOOT HERE

This place really has some questionable management practices. Footprint is great, but the overall experience is pretty bad time and time again. Ive spent over 8 years working in the area and this happens to be the closest gas station.Pros: Cheap pre-made food deals. Ok quality.Cons: Everything else seems really expensive. $8.99 for a 15 count box of Totinos Pizza Rolls? hahahahaha… How do they move product?Everything on the roller grill is often mislabeled. Worse yet, there seems to be no direction on when to stock it (Noonish on weekdays might be a good time ;) I cant tell you how many times Ive walked in looking to spend money for lunch, and ended up turning around and walking out the door because they dont tend to keep the warmers and grill stock with food at lunch time. Free vacuums are always broke (but at least they are free). Today I tried the 2 slice pizza deal for $1.00. Pizza was ok, but it rang up as $0.99 only to have $0.15 added in tax. Last time I checked the combined sales tax rate for Champlin MN was 7.53% (State and local). What are they doing with the extra money they are collecting? Check your receipts. Seems sketchy. Its a nice building, but this has to be one of the worst managed gas stations Ive been to. Im guessing its a matter of time before they are bought out by someone more capable.

Not the best gas station in town by any stretch of the imagination. I have been here a few times only because I was very low on gas and there are not many if any alternatives in the immediate area. I dont like the customer service generally and the prices are not the best either. You can do better elsewhere!

During these stressful times for all of us, this gas station has decided to start price gouging their customers. $5.00 FOR A GALLON OF MILK. Ridiculous!!

Joseph went out of his way to help my girlfriend and I tonight and we really want to thank him. We also think he deserves a raise ;) seriously though

6-24-19 stopped in for some lotto and misc. Noah was Excellent and made the stop in quite pleasant.

They always run coupon adds and never have the stalk the for the extra sales product. Sale on Milk....Have stopped by many times and there are out. This time I stopped I here they have been out for a couple days and do not have an order coming in until 3 days. Poor planning poor management.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Teenage employees left in charge, more concerned talking amongst each other than waiting on customers in line. I waited a few minutes and left. Holiday right up the road.
