Good location and security. There seems to be only one person doing everything, answering the phone, taking payment, cleaning, repairs, etc. No website or online payment option.

I just finished a 17 month rental of a space at this self storage. I worked with Troy to set up my rental. I had never used a self storage unit before, and Troy was very helpful. The 17 months went by without a single problem. My belongings were in a clean space — they did not get dirty while they were there. Every time I needed to go to my storage unit everything was in order. The gates worked, the gate code worked. I love it here. This facility is located next to a Office Depot which is perfect for me. I own an e-commerce store and this location is where I keep inventory. So, from time to time, I go across the street and print labels and pull my inventory from my storage.The location is nice, there is a Walmart less then a mile down the road and a QT Gas Station directly across the street.I’ve been at this location for about 2 years now and I love it.The owners are very friendly too. It’s family operated, so you always get the feeling of being home.

This facility is probably the uniquest self storage facilities Ive ever seen. You can drive in with your car and unload everything from the inside. Its ground floor and you only walk 15 yards at the most to your unit. Not to mention its all inside! The staff are friendly and monitor the activity to keep the place safe! The drive in allows me to access my storage without having to worry about the weather.They have plenty of carts which made the unloading process easy.I cant say enough about the staff. As I have had experience with many different storage units, this one has probably been my best experience. I love the fact that you are able to drive your car inside the building. Troy is the manager and he is extremely helpful and professional. If there were any issues or anything we needed help with, he was very prompt in responding and resolving any issues in a timely manner. I have had a storage unit here for an extremely long time. They are great here, kind courteous staff and very clean. The manager Troy is awesome and cares for customers. He reaches out to me when I am late on payments and even to check to see if everything is all right. I have never had any problems at all. Been using Peachtree Self Storage for about 9 years now, has worked out very well, the units are very easy to access which is the thing I like about the most, my unit is on the corner next to the drive thru, I can be in and out in less than 3 minutes

Probably one of the best storage units Ive used in a long time. Being able to drive up is a bonus but the main thing I love, is how secure everything is. Troy at the front desk is really laid back, but is all about making sure customers are taken care in a timely a respectable manner. I absolutely recommend people use this facility especially if you need storage in this are.Ps. Lots of different size units for what ever you need!

Used storage unit here for 16 months. Front office folks were great. Felt safe going there late at night. You are able to drive inside which was awesome when it was raining. Place was always neat and clean.

The manager Troy is professional, polite and willing to work with you no matter the problem. All storage is inside, parking close to your unit, with plenty of carts to load/unload your possessions. Ive had a storage unit here for about 6 months. I know its just an industrial storage facility, and it has these things going for it:1. Accessibility. The entire storage area is enclosed in one single-story climate-controlled building. You drive your car right into the building/bay and load/unload near your unit. Very convenient, private, and out of the elements!2. Location. Right off of Peachtree Industrial Blvd in the middle of Chamblee. Convenient in/out with a traffic light right on that corner.3. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.4. Clean bathrooms.

The drive-in feature is great, loading in and out my space, out of the sun and weather. I see the managers walking the property and paying attention. I just have a few boxes of pictures and memories but they are important to me and I feel good about my stuff here.

Stored here for 4 months, really clean and well maintained units. The drive in aspect is more useful than I thought it would be. I had a billing issue, (somehow my intent to vacate didnt get through) and the management resolved the issue with no heartache even though I discovered it after 2 extra billing cycles. Also the rates were the lowest I found in the area!

I have been a customer for over 5 years. The staff has always been Helpful and kind. I feel safe knowing my things are protectect.Perfect example I accidentally left my lock undone rushing to leave for China and the next day my daughter was called in Texas to tell her the unit was unlocked. The staff kept an eye on my unit and 2 days later allowed my niece to come in with my keys to lock my unit.Man talking about relief yet I was worried due to I was out of the country but upon my arrival back to Atlanta I went straight to my unit to find all my belongings in the same place safe and secure. The worst experience ever! I went to check my unit, it was broken into what was left of my furniture, clothes, decor. Etc was trashed.My belongings were taken out of this facility after only one month. Management are a bunch of crooks.
