FYI: The posted hours say that they open at 10 AM however at 10:30 AM the gate is still down. The employees inside said they don’t open the gate until 11AM. Also they close at 7 PM not 9 PM

Poor T-Mobile to go to and spend your hard working money, they are disrespectful, dishonest and they have very bad attitude. Especially David he’s really rude. Do not spend your money with bad customer service. I do not recommend this place at all they need to shut down this location because of bad workers here or get them fired.

If youre not with t-mobile youre paying too much and getting too little! These folks will hook you up and the service is outstanding! Go see them and no doubt you will walk away with a better de than you are getting!

Why is this place even located In the all but deserted Chambersburg Mall ? Also its 1115 Am on 06/12/21 and no body is here. Useless location. The owners must not care about business. Ill just go elsewhere.

Waited till 11:13 AM today. Store online said it was open, as well as on google. No one was there. Waste of my time.

I must definitely need to say the Chris Moats has give me on excellent customer service every time I had needed. He when over my expectations of what customer service its about. It doesnt matter if he didnt do a sale or what ever the situation is he will help with what ever the need is. Tmobile must definitely need more employees like this men. He so enthusiasm, empathetic, reliable and responsive 💯💯

So we were in there, and they told me everything altogether was $220. I received the bill and it was $334. I have no idea why.

One star is way too many for this store and the poor customer service they provide. The associate we dealt with told us we could use a promotion but then after we traded in a phone we were charged for the new phone and didn’t receive the promotion. Apparently after dozens of phone calls we are stuck paying for phones we were told would be free. The associate doesn’t even have the courtesy to return my calls. What a nightmare!

And only because I cant give a negative 5 star. Stay as far away from this place and the employees as possible. I bought new phone that didnt work...got a replacement factory one that I had to use tape on to hold SIM card in. One employee deleted 10 years of memories with my son and my father who has passed away. A manager refused to give me a receipt for a booster box....they said would give me better service. It didnt. And called security on me because I took a photo of him with the returned box. After a year of going outside to send a text message or answer my phone. I chose to leave T-Mobile after 17 years. I had a credit of 37$ when I switched to another carrier. But Im getting harassed by T-Mobile for a 100$ charge for service. For 1. One. Day. . dont go here. T-Mobile nightmares on Facebook.

I would give it a 0 if I could, terrible customer service. There was a blonde woman in front, no manners at all, attended people that came after me. When asked a question she was rude spoken. They should be trained on how to treat people well. Some training for customer service should be taught to the employees. Horrible service, horrible

Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Only had one issue since signing up, and they went above and beyond to resolve it for me. Service is great, bill is as promised every month, and the bonus promotions are... well, a bonus!

Alex, the manager, who has been here for a year now has really changed the outlook on how people view this store. He is always helpful and friendly; There is never a time I feel uncomfortable walking into the store, especially with his awesome team. They have always been so helpful to me and everyone else who walks in. If youre looking for a REAL CARRIER, come to Chambersburg mall T-Mobile and talk to alex.

Carolyn was very helpful. Actually everyone Ive dealt with hasbeeha very helpful. Just frustrated because of not being able to use my phone in my home even after I bought TMobil phones. Thank you.

The employees here are completely unprofessional. Ty and Ash were cussing, taking personal calls while I was at the counter, and my transaction literally took an hour. Not to mention, they werent dressed professionally. One of them looked like he had just rolled out of bed. Not the level of customer service that I have come to expect from T-Mobile over the years. Very disappointed that this is the closest store to me.

Tmobile has always been great, but this store in particular was the best. The associates were very helpful and when I had an issue with my bill the manager was great and fixed it immediately!!

Everytime my wife and I go into the store for anything we always get ripped off somehow. And T-Mobile has the worse service hands down for this area. Stay away.
