Very, very busy and I certainly was precious time waiting when I could be doing other things.

I live about a mile near the heart of Chambersburg Pa and while paying for two lines at the current price wich is awesome the service really sucks, its like there are not enough cell towers which I was told there was. Keep getting the runaround and told sorry but sorrys are not improving my service. It sucks because I feel like Im stuck with the problem.

Very bad service I only went in to get my phone activated and they told me too wait for a few minutes.The workers all did was be on their phone and eat pizza while I waited almost a hour to get a phone activated

Got new phones a few weeks ago, and had service problems since then, which had to do with the new extended netowrk. I was referred here by the waynesboro store (because waynesboro didnt have two sim cards in stock). Esvin was VERY helpful and did a great job getting two new sim cards in the phones and activated. He was very knowledgeable and good at his job, as well as being very friendly.

Every time I come to Boost Mobile Im always greeted with a smile and with helpful hands and I greatly greatly appreciate their service theyve been so helpful and every time Ithank you boost mobile job well done

This place is a nightmare!! The only help you get is buying a phone! They make them self look real busy when you have a question. After that, you’re on your own! Any problems, you get “referred” to the Boost mobil website which is another nightmare trying to speak to a representative!

Went in today in search of a new phone with good picture quality as my old one was lost and lacked quality. The wait was long but then Jaun E. Came to assist the line. He was phenomenal start to finish. Answered every question I had, helped me find a phone that I would love and showed me his own phone to compare picture quality etc. I love my new phone and his service made the experience so much better.

Not sure why the bad ratings..? We have been with them since 2012 and have 3 phones .Yes,sometimes they are busy but anytime i have had an issue with a phone they helped fix the problem or answered my questions when I call. We also travel alot and have had great service..Florida, Texas, California even Maui, Hawaii...great value and owners are always very friendly!! Go see for yourself.

Boost Mobile has never given me any problems any time I have gone inside. I have had alot of problems with other services. I even had one tell me that they could not help me because I was a prepaying customer. I like the fact that I can boost up and get a new phone every 18 Months because I go through them.

The storefront is presentable and the inside was clean, however the display was disorganized and confusing as to which price tag belonged to which phone. this is where it gets worse: terrible customer service. (keep in mind that I rarely submit reviews unless i was either highly impressed or highly disappointed). I had to ask all the questions concerning new phones and the employee offered no further information and was not knowledgeable about any of the phones details and specifications. it gets worse: the employee then walked away from me, then returned about five minutes later. I decided not to make a purchase based upon this low-level of customer service. that is a shame since I was ready to upgrade to a new phone.

The people who work there are very very helpful

Unbelievable!!! My family and I went in to change carriers. The sales kid (personally a GREAT KID, work ethics/interest LACKING) was more interested in talking on his cell phone, texting, or talking about his personal life, annoyed we were asking questions, and prompted us to transfer our own phones...system was down kid told us while packing our phones up its going to take 30 minutes, everything should work by midnight if not we can transfer information, contact customer service, or come in. Because we felt disgusted with customer care at the store we left next day OUR PHONES DIDNT WORK AND the carrier didnt have us on file-we didnt have an account. After HOURS the following day phones are working. I will never go to a location the kid is working at again. Very quick to treat and street but yet there wasnt any treat...

Finally a boostmobile in mcconnellsburg about time. Store is very nice and welcoming. Nicer than both of the chambersburg boost mobile stores. Very nice customer service. He was very knowledgeable about questions I had.

Only one person working counter while two or three where hiding in the back. Took over an hour to activate a phone I was ready to purchase the minute I walked in the door. Took no time to explain the Samsung switch app or to make sure anything was transferred.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE rep couldnt explain why money overpaid did not go onto the next months bill due while a promo was supposed to be given for the first two months...waited on hold for customer service on the phone TWICE since the in store rep would not put me on the phone the first time.
