Clean store helpful staff

I switched companies after 9 years - I & family have the best service ever w/ metro.The gentleman Gilbert was helpful and friendlyhighly recommend 👍Metro is the best service in this area dont let people tell you eitherwise.

The store managers is Rude. He refused to help me and he is very disrespectful

Went in, clerk was great. Helped me find a phone to replace my old one and transfered everything over.Decent prices - upgrades are about half off.

People in this store are nice and polite but Metro in general sucks been trying to get my very eligible phone unlocked for 2 months they have created 2 tickets and still no resolution!!!

Customer service was great. The workers have knowledge about all the phones they are currently carrying. You are in and out of the store within 10-15 minutes.
