Amazing costumer service from Michelle! She made upgrading phones and setting everything up super easy. She was fast and efficient and very friendly and professional.

This store has went so downhill from when it first opened. It is never open, its always a new person in there I just wanted to upgrade my phone and add lines. They had such a great staff when dylan and brittany were there they got our whole family on cricket and we switched our small business . what a shame Im going to have to switch carriers.

One person working. We were close by and stopped in to simply make a payment. We waited for more than 1/2 hr. The girl clearly cant multi- task. Ive been to this location before and had no problems with making a payment while they were servicing other customers. This was on 7/3/21, so it appears you need to have better qualified staffing work your late shift.

Michelle, at the Chambersburg store, but from Richmond, Virginia, was wonderful! I spent over 3 hours on the phone with Cricket, trying to set up my Hotspot and became very frustrated. Michelle was able to help me in less than 15 minutes and was very friendly, personable, but also professional.

First off would like to say thank God there are still caring and compassionate people who are willing to go the extra mile, in this world today. With that being said, I would like to say thank you to Ben at the cricket in Chambersburg for going above and beyond to help my mom understand and take the time to answer all my moms questions, she said that he was not only willing but he genuinely wanted to make sure my mom knew how to work her phone but also better understand all the features of it. My mom said I hope he stays around for a while, seems like theres always new people in there working at that store

Store is closed anytime I try to come by. Even though its within their posted hours.

Got ripped off for 180.00 they have 7 day return policy returned everything after 2 days because i couldnt get service in my area its been almost 2 months and still havent got a dime they are crooks

Ive been a customer to Verizon, sprint, boost and I would choose cricket wireless a million times over these other carriers. For the first time in a long time I have reliable service, no dropped calls, no buffering data, and even in questionable areas I have amazing service. On top of that the staff at the chambersburg Pennsylvania location are so nice and helpful. Service you wont get anywhere else. Cricket wireless is the place to be.

Was told that my daughter would only have to pay the cost of activation when she upgraded her phone and gave them her old one, which was not damaged. Went in to do just that. Was told we dont have free phones anymore. I also wanted to get another phone for myself, mine is cracked. Was told hers would cost $50 and mine would cost $60. So didnt get any. Left in tears. Service itself is good. In store customer service is not

Was with boost mobile and the service was not great so I heard great things about the Chambersburg Cricket store and decided to stop in. I switched not only myself but brought my husband since they have the 2 for $80 plan. I worked with Brittany and she was very helpful and made sure everything was setup and walked me through the new phones. Will definitely recommend Cricket to anyone who is thinking of switching.

I was a straight talk customer for almost 10 yrs, when they switched to Verizon, the service was horrible, at best. We switched to cricket, and never looked back. Hubby drives a rig cross country, and service has been excellent.

I can not begin to explain the frustrating day I was having yesterday looking for a new cell phone. I stopped at three cell phone carriers and was told things like the era of a free phone is over maam you dont qualify for that deal and go home and call customer service. On my way back througn town I stopped at Cricket. When I went in the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to save a little more than $100 a month compared to my old cell phone carrier for four Lines. And i was able to get a new phone for FREE. I will recommend cricket wireless to my friends and family. I also want to extextend a huge thank you to the team at the Chambersburg store. You guys are the best kept secret in Chambersburg.
