Horrible customer service!!!!!!! The girl that was working was so unprofessional. I went in because my SIM card was faulty on my brand new phone. They made no attempt to help me all they said was if phone was bought online nothing they could do for me. I went to the T-MOBILE store in Turlock they were wonderful I was in and out in 10 minutes with brand new SIM card. Get it together T-Mobile on Mitchell Rd in Ceres.

Erica was able to solve our phone issue without hesitation. She made the interaction fun and next thing i knew my phone waa fixed.

Took my son to get an iPhone and service. The employees seem to know what they are doing yet while trying to run the purchase the employee allowed the transaction to time out I believe a total of 3 times. After 2 and a half hours we were told that the money was frozen between being processed and being returned and that there was nothing he could do. We asked that when we came back in a couple days to complete the transaction if we could get a free screen protector or something for our troubles since it was the employees fault and we were told no. I would not recommend the Sprint store on Mitchell by Walmart. Save the heartache and go to any other Sprint store. Heck with it. Go to the corporate store by the mall.

I like this sprint cause its conveniently close to where I live. The people that work here are always nice and very helpful and I like that.
