Just recently got an Xbox through them. Was very easy and wasn’t a hassle. They explained everything to me so there was no questions. The customer service was very nice here and their products are very nice. Once I’m done paying off what I have will definitely be back for some furniture

We are very happy with rent-a-center, we have purchased a few items: a couch, two recliners, a washer and dryer. Our purchases have served us well and we have never had a reason to be unhappy with anything about the rent-a-center in Ceres. (Whitmore store) The staff has always been courteous and helpful. The customer service has always been excellent!

Manny is a great manager! I moved to Ceres 2 years ago and came to these guys to get furniture in my home. When I fell on hard times Manny worked with me every step of the way. I explained my situation and he didnt make me feel like I was less of a person because I could no longer afford one of the agreements I got with them. He is always friendly and upbeat and definitely needs a promotion!!! I worked in customer service for over 20 years so I know very well what to expect. Manny has exceeded my expectation every time. Manny is awesome. The others there are friendly but I only worked with Mr Manny. Great guy.

This place is ridiculous, they could not order in what I wanted. I was going to pay for the furniture in full. Ended up going somewhere else. Their customer service left a lot to be desired.
