After the latest update the phone stopped working, but the customer service rep was able to get it working again.
I DO NOT recommend going to this store. Or Metro service in general. The employees are completely disrespectful of people with medical conditions and disabilities. They blatantly violate ADA compliance regulations and consumer protection laws. I went in to this store to upgrade my phone. I was not wearing a mask due to the fact that I am exempt because I have a chronic lung condition and was 39 weeks pregnant. Three employees standing at the front of the store told me I couldnt be in there without a mask. I told them I have a medical condition and they still insisted I wear a mask. One employee even said she had a mask for me to wear and went to the back of the store to get it and tried handing it to me. I asked them if they follow the CDC guidelines regarding people with medical conditions that says they should not wear masks. One employee said yes but they still insist I wear one. Which means they do not, and are not aware or else they wouldnt be insisting I wear a mask. They violated ADA compliance by denying me access to the store. I filed a complaint with customer service only to find out a few days later that there was no record of my complaint. Metro clearly does not care about its customers who have been with them for years. Needless to say Im canceling my service with Metro.

Lilly the young lady that works there very unprofessional. They deleted the wrong 2 phone numbers off my account and then wanted me to pay reactivation fees. Was unwilling to call corporate to get this fixed. So i had to figure it all out myself to get my business # back. I recommend any location besides this 1.

Bad service, they dont care about you they just rip you and went you try to cancel because you are not happy with what they get done, they tell you they cant refund you, mean you dont get what you looking and at final you have to get what they wanted or lose you money.
