The Girls working in this store have very little or no knowledge regarding the operations of the products they sell and are very rude when dealing with customers. I will never go to them again and will take my business elsewhere. They do not take time out to help an elderly person understand cell phones. Not everyone was born with a phone in their hands.

Always open late... poor customer service and thier internet is always down for some reason?

I got here before the worker did store was supposed to open at 10:00 it is now 10:12 she walked in and wouldnt let anybody in while she was on a personal call. Screenshot added for time reference.

Got to this store at 5:55 and door is locked. Employees are inside waiting on 2 people . When you say your open tell 6 be open tell 6.

These people sold me a defective phone. When I got a replacement from them they wouldnt give me a new screen protector because it was considered an accessory. How is it my fault that YOU sold me a defective phone.. I would suggest to go to a different Cricket store..
