A great team of AV experts. They provide great guidance, never try to upsell but balance their recommendations based on what I wanted. Their deployment quality is fantastic. I have used Beacon for many detailed projects and have never been disappointed. Recommend highly.

Beacon installed our home automation components and all the audio/video systems in our past two homes. More recently they helped us with an extensive home theater upgrade including a Sony 4K laser projector, Dolby ATMOS audio equipment, and a stunning 172” screen. An email to the President of Beacon:Rob-I’m writing to tell you something you have likely heard countless times before. The Beacon team that has been working in our Springfield home is extraordinary. These guys have done everything from possum removal, to helping rig a dryer vent cleaner, to talking with our teenage son about their trade (I swear they were working)…..in addition to completely rewiring our house and rescuing our technology from a pitiful state. I have been using them for over 2 years to advise and coordinate audio and video components in my surround sound system. I have build-in cabinets, wall mounted large screen TV, and other concealed devices that pose a challenge to wiring and installation. Very pleased with their expertise, pricing and service.

Recent basement remodel and Beacon was the best sub of all of them. Rob and team were very responsive and patient with my numerous rounds of questions and revisions on system configurations. The team worked around, over, and through the other subcontractors to help recover some schedule for my deadline. Of the three or four AV integrators I met with, Beacon provided the best customer service and best value for my project.

Great company, helpful and responsive. They fully automated my home, TVs, Sound, lighting and would have done the hvac as well except my system is not automation friendly. Their pricing is very fair, great product knowledge, always leave without any mess. Completely trustworthy, I just leave them the key to enter. Nine years and never had a system problem that they were not able to address quickly and professionally. I have referred them to friends who love their systems.

I wasnt 100% sure I wanted to make the investment but Rob was wonderful to work with and came up with a system that met my needs. All the installers were knowledgeable and professional, and we are very happy with our system.

Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Spent a lot of time with me letting me listen to the KEF LS50s and offered pointers on what to listen for to best evaluate speakers.

Do not recommend. Paid them a lot of money and have never had working internet properly through our home. They keep coming out and dont seem to know how to fix it. To their credit, they have tried a lot and are very nice. But I still dont have working internet in many areas of my home. Its 2018. I often have to turn off Wi-Fi and use my mobile data to get functional internet. Its just not ok given the money have been paid. And this has been a reoccurring problem for all the years since they were initially consulted.

I found the technicians at Beacon to be very knowledgeable and fair in terms of pricing. When I move in May, Beacon will be the company I call to install my home theater system.
