We carried a bag of videos to see how much we would receive from FYE. My son Jeffrey recently passed away September 17, 2021 from multiple organ failure and COVID-19 symptoms. He had hundreds of new unopened CDs and DVDs. We received $56.65 for the bag full of CDs. We thought that was a generous offer. We will return with more CDs to be purchased soon! Thank you FYE!!!

Good place to get used and new movies. They also have candy, clothes, electronics etc. They have music CDs as well!I definitely highly recommend this place!!

They have a fair selection of items and snacks. Just have to watch the dates on some of the imported drinks they sell.

I only gave the store five stars because Corys amazing give him a raise he deserves that extra dollar if not more.

Always like to go in and look at all the different movies. Youll never know what youll find! Employees arent down your neck, but when you need help theyre easy to find and are always helpful.

My favorite place to get used CDs in central Georgia. Unfortunately their selection is not what it used to be.

Kadijah has horrible customer service . Make sure she doesn’t sign you up for anything without your consent. I found out that she signed me up for FYE VIP with my previous information that I had in the system for my previous account that has been cancelled for years . She never asked if I wanted to sign up . so I went into the store and she was like well she didn’t say no. WELL YOU NEVER ASKED! And then a confrontation starts with me and her. Horrible management. Hopefully when people want to start working again they’ll will get more certified managers.

Totally great way to spend my time

They have a lot of cool merchandise, snacks, and knick knacks but they are overpriced. They do have good deals in some things are well priced but the overall is overpriced.

Always a great assortment of POP figures and other specialty items, as well as movies and music.

Manager not the head manger will trick you into getting sighed up with vip account then take money from your bank account evey month make her look good hopefully when covid is over the can hire .a better manager cant blame the store.

Due to firesticks the DVD selection for children was great! I found some great children movies for a decent price.

I mostly went for a funko pop. They have the most I think Ive seen in town so far. They also have candy, shirts, and media.

Staff didnt engage much, but thats good for me, I dont like to be bothered while Im looking. Lots of cool apparel and merch from games and music/movies (funko pop, anime, hello kitty, band tees, etc.)

A month after I purchased 2 DVD’s my bank account was debited $12 for a VIP membership that l never agreed to join. The cashier asked if l had one and l said no thank you I’m not interested. I will not shop here again, putting charges on your card without permission is stealing….😡

Always fun to find a multimedia type store these days. FYE always has a great selection of items.

While the customer service was great, there isnt very much in the way of product in the store. FYE is dying and in its final moments it just makes for a sad visit.

Very Convenient and super helpful staff

As time goes by, physical records are less available, difficult to find, costly, and digital options are condemning to erase from the map all those beautiful stores did an extraordinary pleasure to music & collector lovers. I miss so much when I went into FYI to surf and looking for an album, new release, cover art, and you needed to take a time because the amount of CDs or LPs. Now? Sad, so sad: nostalgic is my word for today. I am not against how this hi-tech & modern times are running now, but it doesnt means I wont regret for old-fashioned years from before.

On 10/17/2020 I ordered a movie set. It was supposed to take 5-7 days to receive it. It is now 10/29/2020 and I still have not received it. My tracking status has not changed in days all it says is receive later than expected and in transit. Very dissapointed especially considering I paid for shipping.

Very cool place for electronics and anime merchandise. Only issue is they dont restock posters.

My whole family loves FYE and we go each time we are at the mall. They have a wide selection of music, movies, accessories, apparel, and toys. Love the 90s items!

Awesome and chill place. A lot of cool fandom merchandise and a big variety of music. Kid friendly. The vinyl selections are pretty choice, but a bit pricey. The employees are really nice and helpful. The store always has sales and discounts going on, especially around the holidays. DO NOT sign up for the card UNLESS you plan on paying for it. Its not a free rewards card, unfortunately. Maybe someday they will jump on the bandwagon and offer a free rewards card, but until then, steer clear of it. Other then that, decent prices depending on what youre purchasing and an all around cool place in general.

I payed for upgrade shipping and didn’t receive. I was told once received if took longer than 10 days shipping could be partially credited. 14 days shipping later and I asked for refund to receive a reply that the item was delivered. Service was awful and I will never use FYE again

Selection is always up and down. Understandable for a place that carries pre-owned merchandise. Organization is pretty good. One of the only music stores left in my area.

The manager was extremely helpful. Her customer service was top notch. Even though she was busy putting out merchandise, she made an effort to talk to me and point out sale items.

Does anybody know if they buy used dvds all from 2016 to 2019 only watched once

Great pop culture place and good place to find some deals on used movies

The store has excellent selection of CDs, vinyl is OK but not many good albums new or classic. Very little selection of t-shirts, something I would expect a store like this to carry lots of. They have a lot of useless little trinkets though if thats your thing.

There is a huge selection of obscure stuff but the store gouges the hell out of prices. Its always been this way. Im surprised theyre still open. As long as you dont mind spending a ton of money this place is for you. But you could probably get 99% of the items from another retailer for a much better value.

They have tons of cool things related to music, movie, and TV shows. And they always have a good clearance section to look thru.

What used to be a good place to find music is now a DVD graveyard. If you cant download your music then I suggest Best Buy.

Rude staff that doesnt know how to ring up anything the right way. Bought a movie and it kept sitting off the alarm to have them accuse me of stealing.The mall security had to explain to the cashier that it was because they didnt scan the movie the right way the alarm was going to keep going off. They have cool stuff and a large selection. The price marked may not be the price that rings up. It could be more, could be less. You pay the price that rings up no matyer what the sticker says.

Some of their prices are crazy, but overall its a nice store.

Months ago I was asked to get a FYE card. Accepted and refused the free magazines that come with the card. Received a months worth of magazines I didnt ask for and was then charged for 50$+ for the subscriptions to renew. Have called multiple times to cancel ALL magazine subscriptions and yet they still pop up on my bank statements. I am very disappointed that the employees do not warn you of this scam; thats all the card is. Please tell your customers what they are really getting so they can be prepared.

Full of lying employees. I was told the FYE card was just like a Kroger card, free and for discounts. THIS IS A LIE. This card cost $11.99 a month as I found out. Do not trust the employees word here. On that note, the stuff in the store is pretty cool but Ill never give these people money again.

Called the other day to do trades the guy said come in at 1 pm did that another one said no he left then she said he gone to the bank I waited there for 5 hours because I need money for gas and the guy never came back so I had to call a friend to get money from and just called again to see and she said huh made no money today and then said hold on have to go check on my son came back said sorry and hang up when I was going to ask when are you going to do trades. But am about to be done with fye if all they do is lie to costumers face and cant call someone that knows how to do trade so they can tell them over the phone. If someone is a hire up that looks at the reviews please contact me.
