Typical items for Walmart. However, this one seems a little cleaner and brighter than most I visited. A little hard to find specific items but store seemed well stocked in general. Prices were reasonable.

I love getting my groceries here! Better prices than the creamery, wider food selections, and better produce! The bus stop is right in front of it, and they let you bring in your backpack (which I use to carry my good to my dorm) no questions asked! I only buy my milk at the creamery now, because its the same price both places and a bulky item.

It’s Walmart, they have what I need. This one is pretty clean, better than some others I’ve been to.

The gentleman who helped us at customer service was funny and helpful. We were there in the evening.. This was at the Centerville location.

Walmart Supercenter in Centerville is is a good experience. It is different than the city stores. The employees are great. They are genuinely interested in assisting people with their needs and it is so clean and orderly. Definitely a different Walmart. FIVE STARS to Centerville Walmart!

I have been using the pick-up service since covid began and planned to continue. I usually order about once a week. HOWEVER, the last 6 months they are often out of items that I need and for the last month the phone has been out of order and never fixed. Ive had to go to the door and knock to pick up groceries. And the poor workers have begged me to call and complain, so that maybe the problems can be fixed.

Not the best Walmart but certainly not the worst. The store is clean and well organized. Like most Walmart stores it takes an act of congress to get someone to help you. No one knows where anything is. They just point in a general direction and off you go on a wild goose chase .

Easy to park.Easy to get help. Found what I needed. Check out at self serve easy.

I want to give kudos to store greeter Deb. She never fails to smile and greet you as you enter the store. So willing to help you locate any item. She is definitely an asset to this store. Wish other greeters followed her.

I want to give Joe, the greeter, the five-star review! I was picking up some big bags of potting soil and Joe came out and loaded them in my cart. When I went to put them in my car Joe came out and put them in my car too! That is great service. Thank you Joe!

Inside pickup needs a serious reworking. Even the employees complain about it. You have a couple of employees that do the inside pickup that I would love to give 5 star too but the majority of the time its some punk kid that wonders off and who knows if there going to come back and if they do it takes 30-45 min for them to show back up.

I mean, its Walmart. Everything seems a little chaotic, and it always seems like checking out takes FOREVER. But they have a great selection of pretty much everything, including things you cant find elsewhere.

We will never use the grocery pick up again! My wife waited for almost an hour in the heat and when the employee came out a full tote was missing. On top of that who ever picked the order didnt report things correctly, so even more of our order wasnt available. Thats after they reported substituted items prior. Not pleased and would give zero stars if I could. Walmart needs to figure out the clitches in the their systems!

Went to Walmart on a Sunday evening. Walmart has a large selection of items varying from food to clothing and toys. Decent produce section very large frozen foods area. Pretty wide isles. They only have carts available no baskets around to carry things, we only needed a few items so we did not need a whole cart a basket would have been helpful, we had to carry everything in our hands. They also have a McDonalds inside and self check outs.

I went here today Aug 14th at 9:30. I was checking out and there was a gentleman who looked like he may have been homeless but was not causing any problems or engaging in any illegal activity. The store VERY obviously was watching him check out (older women standing over him during his WHOLE self checkout scanning). As I was leaving I heard a young girl (maybe head cashier) tell the gentleman at the door to check his receipt when he left. She did this undiscretely and in a way to make sure the customer could hear.. I understand caution but if I was the man in this situation I wouldve been unbelievably uncomfortable by their blantanly obvious behavior. I was next to him during checkout and he was minding his business and causing no trouble. He just didnt fit Davis County expectation so he was assumed to be a thief and Im sure made him feel as such. Just upsetting I hope he didnt notice.

The have some decent garden supplies and now that it is August they have some great sales prices.

They have the worst costumer service I have ever encountered I called them 10 times in the past 24 hours and I still haven’t spoken to anyone then when I went in they gave me a bs excuse saying that they are to busy to answer the phones but when I go in there was literally a crowd of at least 20 people in uniform just standing outside and there was at least 6 people inside that where just standing there not stoking anything helping anyone just standing there... I am very happy to say I am never going to this Walmart again they can’t even do there jobs to the lowest standards

I understand that theres a shortage of workers currently. But the wait time for grocery pickup is absurd and untenable in Centerville. I avoid the Walmart pickup here when I can, but sometimes I am in a situation that requires it. I have never been to the Centerville Walmart and NOT had to wait at least 30 minutes. The spots are always full, and not a single employee in sight. I dont know if management doesnt staff enough or what. But saving time isnt a benefit of using pickup here, thats for sure.

Pretty understocked. A little apocalyptic..But still had a little of the fun of people watching that Walmart has always been good for. The people just arent able to get everything they need.Not was I.. But I got a little over half of my list checked off.

No enforceable mask mandate. So you will see people without a mask. Not many, but enough to steer clear of sections of the store. Will be taking business elsewhere.Aside from this, store is clean, decently ventilated, and the staff is nice and helpful.

Seriously like.the only good Walmart in the valley. They are always clean, well stocked, and though sometimes shorthanded, they usually have an okay checkstand to customer checkout ratio.

They refuse to honor the warranty on their automotive batteries. Apparently because the serial code is not legible. But it still had the date code on it.Just one more reason not to go to Walmart.So moderately busy. Almost nobody shopping. But ever line is 10-12 people deep. Even the self check out has like 15 people in line. Only three registers open. Obviously no one running this place cares about “social distancing”. Now I remember why I haven’t been to Walmart in 6 months.Also they are out of propane. Which is the main reason I came here. Either that or they don’t GAF, and don’t restock.

Web site says auto center opens at 7 they didnt open until 8 it isnt hard to keep a website up to date.

Its a Walmart, you know what to expect. A five star Walmart is like saying a high quality flavorful malt liquor. Really cant exist.Youre here because its cheap, hits the spot, and your standards have declined thru the years.

I had one of the most embarrassing experiences ever at this store. I went through the self check out and purchased six items. As I was on my way out to the car, the greeter came out to the parking lot and sauce that the self checkout attendant said I was trying to leave without paying. I showed the guy my receipt. He dumped all of my stuff out in the cart and matched everything up to my receipt. Of course I had paid for everything. Once he decided I had in fact paid for everything, he flung my receipt back to me and walked off. No sorry, nothing. He just walked off. I went back in and spoke with the manager who was mortified that her employees had treated me this way. Ive never been accused of shopliftng in my life, and the way I was treated was atrocious, not to mention completely against Wal-Mart policies and procedures.

Rude old lady working self check out late at night came over to assist us because our item wouldn’t ring up, she insisted the item we found in the store with a barcode next to similar items was “not their item” and since I didn’t know how much it was she proclaimed “all she could do was take it from me” and told me next time I come in take a picture of the price tag otherwise I can’t buy it. She was unbelievably pushy and rude acting like we were supposed to know that we needed a picture of the price tag on the shelf? Me and my wife also overheard her tell some young teenagers to not come back because they had tattoos. What a joke please fire this lady.

This is definitely one of the cleaner locations. Ive only been here in the morning, but everyone was still helpful and kind. They seemed to have things in stock that I was looking for. I make sure if Im in the area that I go to this Walmart if theres anything I need. Well, here or the Target across the road.

Everything was good, but they gave me vegetarian vegetable soup. I ordered vegetable beef. Some items werent bagged at all.

Ordered and paid for a window a/c unit online (Monday), was told I could pick it up the next day. My daughter was in the hospital and wanted her to be cool as this was the week when extreme heat was forecast for this area. Picked my daughter up from the hospital & stopped by Walmart in Centerville to pick it up. The a/c in my car wasn’t working so I rushed over to this Walmart, sat waiting in the heat when I’m told that the order was cancelled so they could sell it to someone else. I called Walmart.com to ask what had happened & was told “”Yeah, they cancelled it, sorry.”. Really? I wasn’t happy with that, asked to have a supervisor call. We went back and forth for a week with the online folks and the employees at the store - literally hours waiting for someone to answer, then put on hold. It was ridiculous. Was told they found it. I paid for it again. Called to make sure they had it - NOPE - they sold it again and cancelled the order. By this time I was angry, called the online people again who SWORE to me there was one at the Centerville store. So I called the store again, was told they had it and was they would deliver it between 6 - 7pm. GREAT! Guess again - same story. It was absolutely ridiculous!!! Who does this??? Not only was fed up, we were sweltering from the heat. Called online folks - uhgain - was told someone would be contacting me. It’s been almost a month and nada. NO one should EVER (especially a 65 yo woman) have to go through this kind of run-around and lies. Next time you see a Walmart commercial saying “We value our customers”, change the channel. Steer clear of the Centerville Walmart and/or Walmart.com. Consider yourselves warned.

Wide selection of products at great prices

I had to wear a mask here. I got a keyboard and USB cable here. I got in and out fast. I would rate higher if I wasnt required to wear a mask.

They have pretty much anything in terms of supplies, and the store is very well organized. They dont have everything though, so make sure to check on their app for stuff first before heading over to buy something they dont have. Oh, and check out their toy section frequently, they might get something rare every once in a while :)

I grabbed some shorts that I wanted to try on but I couldnt find anyone around the clothes section and I looked around and waited quite a bit. Customer service at the tire center was helpful.

I went inside to pick up a car battery i had paid for online for instore pick up. When i get inside they tell me that i have to sit outside in the hot sun in their pick up area (cuz i dont have a working car to sit in) I do so just for them to tell me my order wasnt in yet, (i even got a notification that my order was gunna be ready between 7am and 8pm) The customer service was horrible, the people were rude, and what was supposed to be convenient turned out to be a hassle with nothing to show for it. Now im out over $150 and my car still doesnt have a battery. I am now unable to make a trip back home for my dads funeral because they wont give me the part i paid for, that they have in stock. Thanks walmart.

For some strange reason no answers the phone and the automated service puts you on hold. My wife called the Centerville and West Valley store with no luck on answering the phone and sat on hold for 40 minutes before she gave up and the 40 minutes is not an exaggeration.

Good but too could sometimes

Fantastic experience. I managed to get my father exactly what he wanted for Christmas this year: an oar. He was very pleased and it was very easy to use the self check out, although I will say that the oar did not fit in any bags, which was disappointing.

Clean and organized and a great location. Online pickup is very slow though.

Even though Utah is not requiring that you wear a mask the store will still ask you for it because of the location. Through covid they were really impact and they just trying to be safe.

Walmart is a consistently good option that delivers when it comes to its slogan save money, live better. Not only are prices low, but theyve done a wonderful job convenienting customers through pick-up services and online shopping. Ive also never had a problem with their customer service. All that said, the environment could feel a bit cleaner.

So, 5 stars for a Walmart? Sure! For a Walmart it’s clean in here and feels nice. Some are super grungy and gross and this one so far hasn’t been.Two things:1. Questionable decision making on the cereal options. Although one box of the pig flavored cereal is gone!! Someone is eating it!! 😱2. Dude wipes. I’ve never been able to grow facial hair like a normal person. But I used a dude wipe and sprouted a full beard at that instant. Hyperbole? All I know is that nobody has ever made a wipe that catered to my needs like this dude wipe has done. There is literally nothing more embarrassing than pulling out a baby wipe for babies at a business meeting and seeing my colleagues laugh at me and call me a baby. Nobody laughs now when I pull out these manliest of moist towelettes. They are quite literally a manifesto to my manhood and everybody recognizes that immediately. My boss promoted me when he saw these. I used one on my 2004 Toyota Corolla and it literally transformed into an FJ cruiser before my eyes. I ran out of baby wipes once and had to use it on my baby, who started walking from that day, and he was only 8 months old. Now he’s basically a little baby Incredible Hulk. I think these may have been made by dipping cloths in pools of Chuck Norris’ sweat. That’s not gross by the way. I’m pretty sure that’s where they get their secret power.

Employees were great, but the company shouldnt let a situation happen where a delivery driver paid like $3 per delivery has to wait 90 minutes to pick up. Thats $2/hour if you exclude tips. Again, not blaming the employees. Blaming the company. And America in general. Maybe I would still be a game developer if we had a better covid response. And maybe I wouldnt be so broke if I couldve gotten through to unemployment. Sorry for the rant. Just like... walmart doesnt care. Doordash doesnt care. The government doesnt care. And you probably dont either...

Overall had to be one of the best walmarts Ive ever been to in a while. Wasnt crowded at 3 on a week day. There is clear, concise, visible instructions per isle direction. However, no one to enforce it. Cant control people, I get it but you can influence the conversation. Other then how close everyone was at check out. Like the man i asked to please stay 6 feet from my 12 year old and I but instead he took it as an insult and moved directly behind me and breathed on me while my order was being bagged and speaking some type of hillbilly at me. He was aggressive and rude. Im worn down and cant keep having this be the reaction to my personal space. The no spine attitude from the cashier was typical. It only got rough at the end though. Heres the biggest positive,; they carried every essential, cleaning supply, so on and were stocking the shelves constantly. Sorry for the ranting.
